Abstract:This paper has analyzed the PN code acquisition performance effects of adaptive narrow-band interference suppression filters in spread-spectrum systems based on detailed theoretical derivation. And complied with the theory of filters, the arnplitude frequency responses and group delay responses of adaptive narrow-band interference suppression filters,as well as the simulated results, are presented. These theoretical and simulated results show that because of narrow-band interferences and part of spread-spectrum signal being rejected by the adaptive interference suppression filter in the same time, large side-lobes will be formed in the output of correlator and the performance of PN code acquisition will be seriously affected.
