Abstract：This paper presents a new high-speed FIR Filter structure which includes a unique multiplier-adder unit.Through studying BOOTH multiplier and high-speed adder structures,we explored a new multipiler-add unit.With this multiplier-adder unit,we can implement FIR filters with any orders.In the end,we design a chroma FIR filter with this type fitler,and compare to the filter employed with the converntional structure.
