摘要:A new LSI circuit, DYL 12 bits high speed look ahead carry generator, which is one of the series of DYL, is described.It consists of basic linear And-Or gates and is characterized by high speedand simple processing with high yield and low processing tolerance requirement. Many advantages are clearly shown as comparing its characteristics with other series products. After testing the whole function ofthe sample by random function testing equipment and operating it in CPU of DYL-1300 processor, it is Confirmed that the sample has stable performance with high speed and high reliability.
摘要:The input resistance of a commonly-used amplifier is so large that the distributed capacitance is very harmful. An approach to minimize the influence of distributed capacitance is proposed and the concept of quasi-null-resistance amplifiers is introduced.The quasi-null-resistance amplifier and the commonly-used high resistance voltage amplifier are mated, their characteristics, applications, circuit configurations, advantages and defects correspond to each other. The new circuit can perform amplification of various signals. It has the advantages of minimizing the influence of the distributed capacitance and improving the frequency characteristics. When the amplifier is applied to the transmission of the measurement signals over a long distance, the attenuation and distortion caused by distributed parameters of leads can be eliminated. When it acts as a wide-band amplifier, the influence of the input and output capacitance of an a mplifier is decreased, therefore the bandwidth can be greatly increased. When the amplifier is used.in the input circuit, the input capacitance can be reduced from tens of pF to 1pF.
摘要:It is rediscovered that some early works on conventional waveguides, including several published papers by the author, are applicable to optical fiber and film waveguides. This paper shows that the coupling coefficients for ideal modes, for local modes and for superlocal modes are all related by similar matrices in the sense of Lowey, and as far as discrete modes are concerned, the "equivalence"expressions derived by Marcuse are special cases of our general results. Physical arguments will illustrate the reasonable-ness, under certain restrictions, of extending the applicability of the said relations to cases which also in-elude a continuum of modes.
摘要:This paper is to show how a modified Wang product can be used to generate all the Hamil-tonian cycles in a plane graph with considerably less computation than previousely reported. The method is explained in detail with examples. To assure correct algorithm a necessary and sufficient condition for a 2-tree to be a vertex 2-tree is derived. A vertex graph is said to be a vertex 2-tree, if it has 2-com-ponents and contains no cycles.
摘要:A direction-controlled weighting factor of crossed-loop element radiation pattern is derived,which shows that under weighting condition the principle of pattern multiplication can be applied to phased circular arrays of arbitrarily-oriented crossed-loop elements. Up till now, the techniques for optimization are considered appropriate for an array of similarly-oriented identical directive elements. Such techniques are expressed by the ratio of two Hermitian forms. The paper holds that such techniques can be applied to phased circular arrays of arbitrarily-oriented crossed-loop elements.The paper proposes a formula of far-zone radiation field for phased circular arrays of arbitrarily-oriented crossed-loop elements, derives an expression of far-zone field for phased circular arrays of crossed-loop elements under the weighting condition, and the optimization formula by adjusting either complex excitation or phase.
摘要:The paper discusses the processes of fabricating high sensitivity thick tri-alkali antimonide photocathode on inside surface of fibre-optic window in an image intensifier. Following data have been obtained for 15 samples: mean integral sensitivity 3251μA/lm, minimum sensitivity 270μA/lm,maximum sensitivity 440μA/lm. When λ is 0.9μm, IR response is usually at approximate 6mA/W, the highest being 10.8 mA/W.Peak of photo sensitivity distribution occurs at 0.55 to 0.65μm, wavelength threshold can be extended to above 0.95μm.
摘要:In this paper is presented an architecture of duplexmicroprocessor system for increasing the operating speed of computerized sequential machines, exploiting two ideas which sequential machines inherit. That is to say, ( 1 ) sequential machines of Mealy type possess proper characteristics of parallelism im their computation of next internal state and output state; ( 2 ) any sequential machine can be converted into a corresponding amount of autonomous sequential machines. Analysis shows that in comparison with the operating speed of single microcomputer scheme, the operating speed of the duplex-microprocessor system can be increased in a factor of 2.4.Based on the M6800 microcomputer family, a duplex-microprocessor sequential machine is designed to illustrate how to implement the two ideas.
摘要:The mechanism of slow degradation of GaAs-AIxGa1-xAs DH lasers has been analysed on the basis of a defect model proposed by the author in a previous paper. From the analogy between the slow degjadation of GaAs DH lasers and that of the LED’s GaAs, GaAs-AlxGa1-x As and Gap,it ia suggested that GaAs DH lasers and GaAs1-xPx LED’s should degradate by a similar mechanism too.This leads to the conclusion that the traps GaAVGa and As aV a predicated by our model might play an , important role in the slow degradation of GaAs DH lasers. Finally, the effect of some technological factors is discussed in the light of the proposed mechanism of degradation.

摘要:On the basis of computer calculations for a series of image tubes, we proposed an approximation for structure characteristic parameter K characterizing the internal connection between magnification M,object distance P and image distance Q of an electron-optical system. It is easy to estimate these electron-optical properties of image tubes and to draw up the initial design by means of the approximation.
