摘要:The confidence of estimated Allan variance (?)y2(T0)is studied with the random signal processing theory.The signal processing models for calculating (?)y2(T0) and σ2[σy2(T0)] from y(t) are set up, and their calculation formulas are derived. The problem of increasing the confidence and decreasing the measurement time is discussed. The confidence interval of σy2(T0) is calculated for the given confidence coefficient. For white noise of frequency the above theory is verified by computer simulations.This paper points out that the formulas about σ2[(?)y2(T0)]/σy4(T0) in ref. [5] are approximations of the formula (13) in this paper under the specified condition, and some of the autocorrelation coefficients in ref.[6] are improper.
摘要:The concepts of Universal-Logic-Gate and the reduced-dimension K-map are introduced in this paper. The ULG3(F) is discussed in terms of reduced-dimension K-map.The fact shows that this approach not only is intuitive and convenient, but also offers quick derivation of all connection patterns for an arbitrary three-variable function so that the optimum connection can be determined after comparison.
摘要:This paper presents research results of X band monolithic GaAs MESFET oscillators and describes the methods used to derive GaAs MESFET 3-port S-parameters and to design monolithic oscillators with these S-parameters. 摘要:In this paper a method for deriving the corresponding finite difference equation in the rectangular coordinate system from the finite difference approximation to Laplace equation in the general orthogonal curvilinear coordinate system has been described. Than the electrical field in a box lens is solved by means of succesive overlaxation. Some properties of the programme designed for solving the three-dimentional static electrical field has been discussed.
摘要:An analysis is presented for multi-strip coupled system consisting of symmetri-cal edge strips and identical middle strips, in which the direct coupled interaction between nearest neighbors plays the leading role. The normal modes of the system are obtained, and the analytic expressions of image impedance and propagation constant for a quarter-wavelength coupled meander line are derived. Numerical results using finite-difference methods are presented for mode impedances in vaccum and filling factors in substrate. The calculation method of microstrip wavelength and impedance with substrate (especially ferrite substrate) is given. The developed theory is used to analyse the impedance-match problem of microstrip meander line ferrite phaser in X-Band, C-Band, and a good agreement with the experimental results is obtained.
摘要:The features of the steady state distribution function of the electron beam are discussed in this paper, and it is proposed that the steady state distribution function of a practical electron beam be represented in terms of momenta variables and position coordinates or in terms of three momenta variables. The complete form of Δρf0 and the first order perturbed distribution function for both H and E modes in thick beam masers are derived, and the decoupling property of waveguide modes in thick beam masers is proved. The general dispersion equations are derived for arbitraty H and E modes, arbitray cyclotrin harmonics and electron beams of arbitray thickness, with the term ef0/er0 included in calculation, and the features of both the waveguide maser and cavity maser are discussed. The analysis made in this paper provide a theoretical foundation for the calculation of thick beam maser and give more rigorous computed results for thin layer beam maser as well.
摘要:With a configuration of interdigitai coupled suspended microstrips with tuning septums, an isolation better than 25 dB is obtained in 12 GHz band for directional couplers. A set of curves of odd/even mode impedances and phase velocities are presented. They are analysed by spectral domain technique and calculated by the Galerkin’s method. A 3-dB directional coupler is designed and fabricated. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
摘要:In this paper, a current sensistivity function is defined to describe the sensisti-vity of the sense amplifier of single transistor cell MOS RAM. It gives a more detailed and vivid description of the transient process when the sense amplifier is reaching latch state. By using computer simulation techniques, it is possible to change the various design factors (such as the device parameters, precharged voltage on the bit line, raising waveform of φs, etc.) to observe their effects on the characterization of the sensistivity function S (t). It is used as the basis for the optimal design, and the parameters can be obtained visually. Some suggestions of improving the sense amplifier design are made.

It is shown analytically that the phase error of the inverting VCVS transfer function is a third-order term equal to -(l+K)ω3/ω(t1)2ω(t2),whereas the magnitude error is a second-order term equal to(1+K)ω2/ω(t1)ω(t2) over the range of frequencies ω/ω(t1)≤1 and ω≤ [ω(t1)ω(t2)/(l+K)](1/2),where K is the closed-loop DC gain of the inverting VCVS and ω(t1) is the gain-bandwidth product of the OP AMP. An example of application and the experimental results are also given.ω

摘要:A passive lens based on the prismatic refraction principle proposed to amplify the scan angle of a phased array. The lens consists of an array with any curved surface of revolution, or of dielectric material. Many formulae used to calculate fixed phase distribution for the array lens, configuration curve of the dielectric lens and aperture phase of a feed phased array are derived. When used in combination with a planar phase array antenna, the lens makes it possible for the single planar phased array antenna to achieve the capability of beam scanning for hemispherical coverage.
摘要:A real time analogue apparatus is presented, which can be suitable for terminals of PAL television system and can segment-display color images with appropriate background by hue, saturation and brightness. Experimental results are given, and prospective applications are discussed.
摘要:A new integration formula and its local truncation error are presented on the basis of non-iso-interval Newton interpolation. The new integration algorithm appears to be more stable and efficient than the methods of Gear, BDF, PBD. Its numbers of the integration steps, Newton iterations, Jacob modifications may be decreased significantly. The self-start, automatic variating order and step of the integration, the interpolation of output points and the structure of the integration program are discussed and the effect of the algorithm is assessed by using numerical caculations.
摘要:The concept, performance and applications of supercomputers are described. Some typical kinds of current supercomputers are introduced briefly. Recently the rapidly increasing demands, for very higher throughput and computing power to handle very large amounts of data and very big problems, are forcing computer system designers to consider development of high performance supercomputers by improving integral circuits, architectures, software and algorithms. This is the total tendency of supercomputers evolution. At the end of this paper, a forecast is given for the supercomputer progress in this decade.
摘要:An adaptive image transform coding method for compressing the bandwidth of the digital image signal is described. The adaptivity is realized by finding so called activity factors for each transform subblock. The Subbloks will be coded by different bit numbers. The computer simulation of this scheme has been done. The experimental results have proved that the designed scheme is efficient and feasible.
摘要:A generalized formula is given for the expressions of the first kind of dyadic Green’s functions for rectangular, circular and axial waveguides, and on this basis, the dyadic Green’s functions for the corresponding semi-infinite waveguides are derived by image method. The method used and the results obtained can apply to any cylindrical waveguides with arbitrary cross section. In addition, a formula is developed for calculating the electrical fields of a tiny exciting probe in a semi-infinite rectangular waveguide.
摘要:Results and simple conclusions for digital signal processing in LFM pulse compression radar are presented. This compression is realized by Fast Fermat Number Transform and simulated with the use of Computer 441B-Ⅲ.
