摘要:In[1], a theorem of the impedance function matrices of RLC(β) networks has been given and demonstrated by the network extension theory. In this paper we give a mathematical proof and generalize the results of the theorem.
摘要:An improved least square method for a special polynominal differentiation is analysed in this paper. The method is very useful for linear FM pulse compression radar and sonar systems, capable of obtaining optimal estimation while keeping the advantages of refe-rence. It is shown in the analysis that the only need is to change the system work parame-. ter in order to keep meansquare errors in the minimum range at different smoothed positions. Simple formulas for weight coefficients and estimation errors are also shown in the paper.

摘要:The method of expressing the state of shift register by Walsh Hadamard Function is used to slove the following two problems: 1) the number of bits of delay with which a delayed m sequence is made of Modulo 2 adders of two or several delayed m sequences; 2) the number of bits of delay with which a delayed m sequence is made of Modulo 2 ad- ders of any number of stages for a generator of delayed m sequence. A general solution of these problems is proposed, and a simplified method is given for the analysis of some delayed m sequences. Delayed m sequences with reciprocal polynomial are also discussed.

And a new concept of adaptive testing for system diagnosis is presented, which is timesaving by reducing the number of tests for self-diagnosis systems. The algorithm and adaptive testing are applicable not only for any faulty models, but also for one-step diagnosis and diagnosis with repair. 摘要:The multiple criterion optimization technique is used to design the low-noise broad-band MMIC FET amplifiers. The weighted sum and the weighted ∞-norm methods are applied to the design. A new weighted quotient method is developed for the design, and the minimum noise measure design can be regarded as a particular version of this method. The weight selection heuristics for different methods are also discussed.The amplifiers are designed for max-min transducer gain and min-max noise figure in passband. A design of the 615GHz MMIC FET amplifier is presented to illustrate the application.
摘要:An application of the Kalman filtering theory and simulation results with computer are developed in tracking system of airborne firecontrol radar. The dynamic mathematical model of target, the linear filtering and simulation, approximation by the linear filtering, sensitivity simulation, maneuvering target tracking and adaptive filtering and etc are showed. Simulating results show that this system is better than general system on the performance and the adaptive capability of maneuvering targets greatly.
摘要:A Modified Kalman filter,based on the model of filter bank for tracking maneuvering targets(see referenced), is presented in this paper. It detects the target maneuver by judging whether observation residue exhibits bias. The maneuver acceleration command is estimated by damp least squares method only when the maneuver is detected, and then the filter will correct the state-prediction and its error covariance with the estimate. Otherwise the filter works as a single Kalman filter with zero maneuver acceleration command. Thus,a better compromise between the steady filtering accuracy and rapid response to maneuver is obtained. The computer simulation results show that the filtering accuracy is somewhat better than that of Moose’s complicated filter bank and the computation burden is only 1/3.6 of Moose’s filter.
摘要:Accroding to the continuous-slowing-down approximation theory and the multiple-scattering theory, the electron transport in Beryllium, Iron and Tantalum has been calculated by a first class Monte Carlo model in the Sub-MeV energy region.The reflected and/or transmitted characteristics of these materials and the distribution of deposited electron energy in a semi-infinite medium have been obtained.
摘要:The Gaussian index profile of a diffused optical waveguide is approximated by an appropriate polynomial, and the asymptotic solutions of the mode efficient index is derived in a analytical form. A method is given for determining the parameters of a diffused waveguide from the observable values of mode efficient index by using the asymptotic solution equations. For the waveguides with fewer modes (mode number≤3), this method is more accurate.
摘要:Green function of a radial current in a circular waveguide with a short-circuiting plunger is derived, and the electric field radiated by the currents on the radial cylindrical probe is calculated. When the dominant mode TE11 is propagated alone in the circular waveguide, the input impedance and higher order mode reactance may be determined by applying the complex Poynting vector to the coaxial-line opening. Formulae and curves are given for obtaining the optimum design of the feed. An example showing how the feed is-designed is presented in the frequency band of 8, 400MHz10,600MHz, with VSWR≤1.27. The theoretical calculation is in good agreement with experimental results.
摘要:The problem of transient effect of one-dimensional end-fed array antennas is discussed. It is shown that the transient effect of end-fed array antennas will deteriorate the angular resolution performance in radar systems, and that such influence is more serious to the radars sensitive to the amplitudes of very short pulses.
摘要:Early this year, at the invitation of the American Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the Chinese Institute of Electronics sent a Mid-Career Education Study Delegation to the United States. The delegation, during its stay in the states, visited the IEEE HQ’s, fifteen universities or colleges, one vocational school, and seven well-known enterprises of the electronic industry. The authors, as members of the delegation, were much impressed by the efforts and contributions of the aboue institutions and enterprises to the development of continuing education in the electronics field. The article presents a rough picture of what the delegation saw and heard, in addition to the authors’ personal thoughts and veiws in this connection.
摘要:A general thinning technique in conjunction with the use of the method of moments is developed. Judicious applications of this technique will save much computation time without sacrificing the desired accuracy. Examples are given on the calculations of the surface-charge distributions on a parallel-plate capacitor.
摘要:The analysis shows that the reflected wave of a 90°phase shifter is an elliptic polarized wave. To describe completely the reflection characteristics, the reflection coefficient and isolation coefficient have been defined. And the formulas for calculating the coefficients are given.
摘要:A Robust M-Detector is proposed in terms of the modified Neyman-Pearson criterion. The proposed optimum detector has an obvious advantage over the classical detectors in the performance of constant false alarm when the noise distribution has changed or the noise level has increased. The test statistic adopted is a Robust M-estimator of the signal parameter θ. It can be derived by Newton’s iteration method and can be realized by recursion.
摘要:Formulas are developed for calculating the weighted interference noise power in base band and the interference reduction factor of periodic TV signals and periodic random TV signals in FM TV systems interfered by various digital modulating signals thus making it possible to compute approximately the digital-analog interference for both motionless and motional images. A simplified method for exact calculation is also given. The high degree of accuracy of the approximate calculation formulas is confirmed by the fact that their numerical results are in good agreement with the exact calculations.
摘要:The I-V characteristic was calculated for a GaAs N+-p-N+Ballistic structure with a short length of half micron. The calculations were carried out by solution of the electron energy and momentum conservation equations and the Poisson equation, taking into account the energy dependences of relaxation time and effective mass. The results showed a good agreement with the experiments reported previously.
