摘要:The algorithms to evalute the reciprocal approximation using the improved secant algorithm are studied.Three typical formulas and their accuracy control schemes are discussed.As an example,a design of a reciprocal approximation unit is described.
摘要:Ternary flip-flops(tri-flop)are discussed by means of modular algebra,and a JK tri-flop based on modular algebra is proposed.Compared with the JK tri-flop based on Post algebra,its logical function is in equilibrium and it can easily form two other general tri-flops:D tri-flop and T tri-flop.Furthermore,the sequential circuit design shows that it may lead to a simpler excitation function and combinational circuit because of its more powerful logic function.
摘要:An advanced microstrip series-feed divider/combiner is presented,which is formed by cascading many narrow-side re-entrant microstrip directional couplers.It has advan- tages of light weight,small size and is suitable for dividing and combining power of any number of ways.A five-way divider/combiner at L band has been fabricated.It’s efficiency and bandwidth are up to 88% and 25% respectively,with a VSWR of less than 1.2.The experimental results agree with the theoretical analysis.
摘要:The principle of two-point frequency modulation of phase-locked loop (PLL) is briefly described.A simple PLL,operating at 12.5 MHz,and modulation networks of two- point FM are designed and constructed to demonstrate that flat FM responses can be achie- ved with this method.Experimental results are given which show a good correspondence with the theoretical analysis.
摘要:The physical model and numerical method for CCTWT’s large-signal interac- tion are given.In this model,the electrical field distribution in the gap(both modulus and ph- ase angle),as well as the backward wave influence and the relativistic effect are considered. And the mechanism of the electron beamwave interaction is discussed in great detail.Since the model uses the energy conservation law as a rule for the interaction,the computational results conform with the law accurately.The computation for an X-band CCTWT shows good agreement with the experiment values.
摘要:A method for designing electrostatic and magnetic focusing image transfer- ence systems is introduced with variable magnification but without image rotation and two con- ditions,the eigen value λ as well as the potential V(z) and the magnetic induction G(z) along the axis are derived.As soon as these two conditions are fulfiled in the system,an image with magnification M=1 or M≠1 but without image rotation can be obtained.Thus,the method for designing image transference system without image rotation appears to be an improvement and development for the existing one.Some practical examples are also given.
摘要:An modified PBD formulas algorithm for solving nonlinear stiff ordinary dif- ferential equations and the discretized-linearized circuit models for two classes of multiele- memt-coupled dynamic elements are presented.By using them the nonlinear generalized dia- koptics is extened to the dynamic nonlinear generalized diakoptics for large-scale dynamic nonlinear networks.In the associated algorithm,the change of order and step-size is auto- matic.

摘要:Based on the field effect method,ID—VG characteristics are measured for diffe- rent source-drain voltages and annealing temperatures,indicating properties of the a-Si:H field effect transistor (FET).For samples annealed at 500℃ and in Ar gas,the field effect chara- cteristics in negative gate voltage show a remarkable improvement.It is found from measured data that peaks of N(E) exist at about 0.4eV from the mobility edges in the valence and co- nduction bands.

摘要:A scanning low-energy electron probe(SLEEP)is used to analyze the Work function distribution and variation of the surface.with a slow sweep circuit to simplify the measuring system.Impregnated dispenser cathodes(IDC)and oxide cathodes are investigated using the SLEEP.heir work function distribution apears to have evident differences at vari- ous states.The IDC has a more uniform work function distribution than an oxide cathode. The work function distribution of an activated cathode well corresponds to Gaussian distribu- tion.The phenomena of low energy electron reflection in single crystal silicon and tungsten are also observed by using this technique.The position of the conduction band edge with re- spect to Fermi level Ec and electron affinity of Si(100)are measured,the former being about 1.2eV and the latter about 3.6eV.
摘要:The effects of velocity overshoot on the device parameters of short channel GaAs MESFET have been investigated.The stationary dipolar domain model has been stu- died.The results show that velocity overshoot improves the device parameters.and that frequ- ency limitation depends on transconductance cutoff frequency ffor the device operating at the stationary dipolar domain model.Frequency limitation can be increased by eliminating the domain or suitably controlling the form of the domain.
摘要:ZS region growing method is proposed for surface feature classification.This method consists of R2 gradient operator processing and two new ways of image processing,thus ensuring high speed and accuracy.Experiments show that the results are correct.The method is especially suitable for surface feature classification of satellite pictures.
摘要:A principle of multiport reflectometers is analysed with the Apollonius low re- flecting the symmetry.The transformation separation method to measure complex reflection co- efficient by means of four-pairs anti-phase unit-vectors is given.With this method,one can sen- sibly check up on the measurement error of the power detectors connected on the side-arm of the multiport reflectometers.This method not only can be used in the measuring technique of the four-port generalized reflectometer with amplitude response.but also can be used to cali- brate six-port reflectometer.

摘要:Real time optimal and quasi-optimal methods for the angle measurement are analyzed using frequency-scan and phase-scan radars as examples.These methods and the linear adding and peak selecting processing are compared,and in its engineering realization,the quasi-optimal method can not only simplify the programming but also give an RMS error approaching that of the optimal method in the entire amplitude comparison angle measurement range.
摘要:The electrical properties of boron-implanted polysilicon after thermal and laser annealing are measured,and theoretical calculations are made by using the grain boundary trapping model,giving results in good agreement with experiments.It is found that after laser annealing,when the grain size becomes large enough,the minimum of the mobility is not at N=N*,but appears near N=1017cm-3.
摘要:A Simple and direct method,Al-Si ohmic contact achieved by utilizing capacitance dischar- ging instead of conventional sintering,is introduced.Using this method,Al-Si interdiffusion phenomenon which causes the failure for shallow junction device can be restricted effectively.
摘要:The quantization effect of individual coefficients on the amplitude response of a digital filter is analyzed and a method of designing digital filters with different quantization steps according to the deviation factor of coefficient quantization is presented.This method is simple,time saving and can achieve satisfactory design performance.It can also be used to design high order digital filters with finite word length coefficients.
