摘要:Starting from the hardware configuration of the computer, a variety of hierarchies of control information at the microprogramming level is considered, the formal definition of microoperations is developed, and the microinstructions are organized based on the physical parallelism between microoperations. Such microinstructions are complete and full to describe the computer inherent parallelism. Therefore, they can be used as microprogram computing resources by microprogramers and are integrated. Two types of parallelism, physical and logical, are distinguished. The identification of the physical parallelism and the detection of resource conflicts not at the microprogram level but at the microinstruction level are useful to increase the flexibility in microprogramming and the efficiency of microprograms, and to realize the project of high level microprogramming languages.

摘要:The equivalence between a narrow conducting strip and a thin conducting wire is investigated by means of an analytic method. If the wire radius is 1/4 of the strip width the equivalence is applicable to both the induced currents and the reactions in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional cases. It follows that the great amount of data, curves and computer programs available for the thin wire case can be employed in the calculation for narrow slots and strips.
摘要:A new diagnosis method for analog circuits-tearing method is presented. Anindirect measurement terminal equation is developed. The subcircuit terminal is said to be measurable if m≥m2, and the faulty branch’s parameter is said to be calculable if m = b1+l. Several techniques and formulas for fault location are proposed based on consideration of the tolerances of the nonfaulty elements. This method is capable of fault diagnosis in parallel branches at a single test frequency. Fault diagnosis in ladder circuits are also discussed.

摘要:G. Bruun’s new FFT algorithm with a minimum of complex coefficients is studied. A formula for the real coefficients’ recurrence is derived, and an output-indexing method is proposed. The algorithm is programmed and computer-simulated, and the effects of finite register length for the algorithm’s realization is analyzed.
摘要:The two dimentional problems of the diffraction of the electromagnetic wave by a perfect arbitrary form conductor inbedded in the electromagnetic field are discussed in detail. A general method to solve the diffraction’s wave field is presented. The General analytic formulas calculating the distribution of the electric current on the conductor surface are given.
摘要:The problem of estimating the precision (or variance) of a product under development testing is considered from a Bayesian approach m sets of precision trials are performed under conditions which lead to an ordering of precisions h1<h2<…<hm. The parameter of interest is hm, the final underlying precision of the product. The marginal posterior probability density function for hm is obtained when the conjugated type prior distribution without prior knowledge is assumed. An approximate solution is derived to meet the practical engineering needs, and the method is illustrated

摘要:Type S and type M impregnated dispenser cathodes were investigated using home-made soft X-ray appearance potential spectrometer (SXAPS), commercial X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy (XPS) and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES). The results indicate the presence of considerable difference between type S and type M cathodes. It was found that in activated type M cathode the barium and oxygen were coadsorbed on surface, while in activated type S cathode the surface contained both barium and barium oxide. A new Auger parameter was recommended as a characteristic parameter in determination of the chemical state of barium, including activated dispenser cathodes. The substrate surface of type M cathodes appears to consist of Os/Ru covered with W which has migrated out of the pores. A model surface of monolayer barium on W was used to examine the destructive effect of beam current used in SXAPS. No evident destructive effect was observed.
摘要:A new injector, made of oxidized TiSi2 film and suitable for low voltages (6-10V), is introduced. Its characteristics are measured. Experiments show that, with this structure, more electrons are injected into the SiO2 under a low electric field. The RBS spectra. X-ray diffration and SEM microphotographs are employed to study the microstructures of the various samples.
摘要:The dispersion characteristics of thick strip meander line periodic slow-wave structures, one on a dielectric plate and the other supported by dielectric bars, are analysed, using simplified model’s method to find the characteristic admittance within the unit cell of the periodic structures and using multiconductor transmission line theory to determine the dispersion equation of the meander lines, the computed dispersion curves agree well with the experimental results.
摘要:There are three different types of down-looking airborne early warning radar being used at present: low pulse repetition frequency radar, medium pulse repetition frequency radar and high pulse repetition frequency radar. Their differences, advantages and disadvantages, some of their technical problems to be solved, and the different ground features and clutters that they are designed for, are discussed. So the best trade-off solution can be made according to different situations and conditions.

摘要:Serial numbers are given to 3129 different Chinese characters according to their frequency of occurrence in chinese scientific publications amounting to 1 million characters. The result is, with small serial number n, the frequency of occurrence is approximately Zipf distribution, while with big n the distribution approaches exponential. The frist order entropy and the average code length of the optimum code of the Chinese characters are evaluated. The multiple order entropy and the phonetic entropy of the chinese characters are also evaluated, and an input scheme is analyzed.

摘要:A portable broadband VLF receiver with 56cm air-core loop antenna and automatic realtime calibration has been developed. The system sensitivity is 1.4×10-6 V/m·Hz1/2 (at f=5kHz), and the bandwidth is from 250 Hz to 48 kHz. The simultaneous observations at a number of field stations show that the performance of this system is stable.
摘要:A new semiconductor switching device with bidirectional negative resistance characteristic is developed. The device called Bidirectional Negative Resistance Transistor (BNRT) is based on a combined structure of a transverse transistor and two longitudinal transistors. The BNRT is made by Si epi-taxitl planar transistor technology, and it can readily with TTL integral. The response rise time measured for the first fabricated BNRT’s is 10-30 ns, and the amplitude of the output pulse is 3-4V at 50Ω load.
