摘要:Complicated two-dimensional value problems can be solved by MOM combined with conformal transformations. This approach eliminates the disadvantages and combines the advantages of MOM and conformal transformaions. The conformal transformations are used to change open structures into closed boundary problems, and to remove potential gradient singularities. The MOM with "Collin Principle" is applied to evaluate numerical upper and lower bounds for odd mode and even mode capacitance (or impedance) of two coupling trasmission lines. Some tight-coupling examples are given.
摘要:A modified version of the stack algorithm of sequential decoding particularly suitable for the decoding of high rate convolutional codes is presented. The modification consists in using a discarding threshold to eliminate the least likely branches for each path extension performed by the decoder. Computer simulation results with rates 2/3 and 3/4 codes over hard and soft-quantized memoryless channels, show that substantial stack memory savings and computational complexity can be achieved at hardly any cost in either error performance or computational variability, making sequential decoding a very attractive and practical alternative for the decoding of high rate codes. Furthermore, a simplified stack algoritm which exploits the periods of noiseless reception is described briefly. Finally, a new approach to the analysis of the average computational effort is presented.
摘要:Concerning with the design for microwave open resonators with given longitudinal distribution of RF field, the basic features of RF fields which may be realized in open resonators is discussed, the general principle for solving this problem is proposed, a simple and straightforward design scheme for the unsymmetrical triangular distribution which allows the gyrotron to achieve the optimum electronic efficiency is given. The calculation formula and plotted curves can be applied to design of high-efficience gyrotron resonators.
摘要:The general expression of the dyadic Green’s functions for cylindrical cavities with arbitrary cross sections is obtained by image method when the dyadic Green’s functions for the corresponding waveguides are known. As an example, the dyadic Green’s function for a rectangular cavity is analyzed, and the result is identical with that obtained by Ohm-Ray-leigh method or by the scattering superposition method.

摘要:Two second order recursive digital filter structures having both low coefficient sensitivity and low roundoff error are presented. The structures are derived via a two step two-pair extraction procedure, where the first step improves the coefficient sensitivity and the second step lowers the order of the digital filter transfer function. The coefficient sensitivity and roundoff error of the new structurs are analysed in detail.
摘要:A new type of hybrid-integrated X-band Gunn diode VCO with high tuning linearity is described, where a multi-section reactance compensation technique is used. The principle of linearizing VCO by reactance compensation is discussed. The design of the practical VCO is given.Measurement of these VCOs shows that the tuning linearity is better than 0.8% and the tuning slope ratio is less than 1.2 within 600 MHz.
摘要:The factors influencing the current gain hFE temperature dependence in silicon bipolar transistors is investigated. Taking into account the effect of non-ideal factor n in the medium current range a concept of the "apparent amount of bandgap narrowing" is introduced and a theoretical model of the current gain hFE temperature dependence is presented. Experimental investigation on the heavy doping effect in silicon bipolar transistor is carried out.Based on the theoretical model, a new type of the transistor with low temperature coefficient of the current gain has been manufactured successfully.
摘要:Proper regulation of technological parameters, Ts and r. f deposition power, can result in a mode transformation from amorphous morphology into microcrystalline or polysili-con-like structure.The crystallization of amorphous silicon film leads to a further reduction in its room-temperature resistivity by about three order of magnitude and a reduction in its activation energy of electrical conductivity. The enhancement of conducting performance is a consequence of the narrow band tail width in crystallized microcrystalline silicon.
摘要:An Electron Cyclotron System (ECS) is proposed as a simplified model of the equilibrium electron beam in gyrotron. By means of this model, the dispersion equation and the relationship of parameters in Gyro-TWA are obtained. Numerical analysis is carried out. It is pointed out that there exist the critical values not only for β⊥. but also for the momentum spreads. For TE01,2. TE02,2 and TE03,2, the optimum values of the ratio of the beam radius to the waveguide radius are found to be 0.75-0.80, 0.42-0.45 and 0.30 respectively.

摘要:When He + Ne is used as buffer in the XeCl excimer laser, the output energy increases by 10% compared to that of the lasers with pure Ne as buffer. The output laser pulse width and the small signal gain are measured repectively. The output laser pulse broadening as the total pressure enhances is observed with He + Ne as buffer.
