摘要:A new method based on overall consideration for routing on the single plane is presented. This method is also called track loss-profit analysis. With a view to minimizing the total track loss, the relation among individual nets is analysed first. Then the routing way and order of each net are determined based on overall consideration of the set of relative nets. This method can improve the rate of completion by about ten percent in complex routing problems (R≥0.48) as compared with other methods which dfetermine the routing order of each net.
摘要:A method is proposed for the approximation and realization of the optimal transfer function of the receivers in full-response digital fiber-optic communication systems. The circuit types approaching the realization of the optimal transfer function of the receiver in low- and high-dispersion digital fiber-optic communication systems are given. A variable equalization circuit is constructed. which makes it possible to approach the realization of the optimal transfer function of the receiver in practical optical fiber links with different band- ’ widths. A practical 1.3μm and 34Mb/s receiver designed by this method and the measured results are presented. This receiver has been used in the fiber-optic communication system with a repeater spacing of 24.6km in the Institute and in the 13.4km 34Mb/s optical cable communication link in Wuhan with good results.
摘要:The dynamic detection performance of the adaptive line enhancer (ALE) and the adaptive maximum entropy spectrum estimator (AMESE) is studied using both analytical and computer simulation techniques. Explicit results on the dynamic detection performance are obtained in terms of the adaptive processor parameters. In the range of low input signal-to-noise ratio of interest and for prescribed number of data samples, the optimal choise of step size μ and the filter length L are derived. It is shown that for both the ALE and the AMESE the dynamic detection performance is improved if the value of the step size μ is made as small as possible. This result is significantly different from those published previously.
摘要:A new type of four-frequency parametric converter is designed according to the different roles of the frequency components in the process of frequency trasformation. A small signal analysis is conducted, giving the conditions for conversion gain, for stable operation and for resonance. The resonant conditions define the requirements for the circuits and nonlinear elements in the realization of the new down converter.
摘要:As well known, it is very advantageous to calculate basic parameters of two dimensional cavity resonators, made of ideal conductor, by solving equations 2E + K2E = 0 and · E = 0. Such a method has been developed for three dimensional case. Instead of the usual linear extrapolation, a new way with high accuracy is proposed for treating the boundary condition for the normal component of the electrical field. The numerical results are fairly satisfying.
摘要:The oxide cathodes consisting of a mixture of the oxides of the alkaline earths. Ba, Sr and Ca. are investigated by means of a scanning Auger microprobe (SAM) for their abnormal electron emission image. Analysis show that the surface segregation of Ca is the main for causing the loss of electron emission. This is quite different from the generally accepted Ba-depletion mechanism. Results also show that the topography plays no definite role in Ca segregation.
摘要:Based on the cylinder-model scattering and the combination of expansion solutions of wave functions and the point-matching technique, ageneral a pproach to scattering calculation of arbitrary cylinder-array and cylinder-grid structures is presented. A few calculation examples of typical scatterers are given, demonstrating that the approach is useful for the analysis and design of the scattering and antanna systems made of cylinder-array or cylinder-grid structures.
摘要:The theory for the duality of sequences and the multiplicity of transform-pairs is presented, and the essential relation of Fourier-Transform (FT) pair, Fourier-Series-Transform (FST) pair. Fourier Z-transform (FZT) pair. Discrete Fourier-Series-Transform (DFS) pair as well as the unified expression of these four transform-pairs are given. Some new ideas and methods for the application of the duality theory are presented, such as cross convolution, cross cyclical convolution and borrowtransform-pair methods.
摘要:In semiconductor devices the number fluctuation and the mobility fluctuation models of 1/f noise have many limitations. A micro statistical model of 1/f noise by Boltz-mann transfort theory is proposed. A general formula of 1/f noise spectrum density is deduced. This formula agrees with experimental results.
摘要:Passive location and tracking method using multiple measuring station is discussed for a moving target carrying an active emitter. Weighted least square estimation for target location and Kalman filtering for tracking and predication are used in such passive location system. Simulation results show that it is an efficient mathod for emitter location. The location accuracy depends on the number, measuring accuracy and geometry of the stations and the moving emitter trajectories.
摘要:The phase shift and loss problems of microstrip ferrite phaser are investigated. The relative permeability of ferrite substrate and the reduced magnetization of the substrate magnetic circuit are analysed. The calculation formula for phase shift is given, and the factors which affect phase shift are discussed. The expression of conductor attenuation constant for coupled strips on a magnetic substrate is derived, and the formula for phaser insertion loss calculation is given. The theory so developed is used to analyse the phase shift characteristics and insertion loss of a phaser. and a good agreement with the experimental results is obtained. Both the theortical analysis and experimental results show that the so-called "two shortcomings of the meander line phaser-the lower phase shift efficiency and the higher internal resonance loss" can be overcome and a high quality phaser (a 4-bit device, insertion loss = ldB, bandwidth = 20%) can be realized.
摘要:A new method is described for designing FIR digital filters. A desired frequence response can be regarded as the sum of elementary frequence units (EFU) triangle shaped with different central frequence. Adding together the time sequences corresponding to these EFU, the filter’s impulse response can be obtained. The advantage of the method is that the time duration of the impulse response is about one third less than that obtained by the window method at a slight sacrifice of the pass-band ripple (within 2 percent). The method can be used for designing filters with an arbitrary frequence response (such as low-pass, highpass, band-pass or band-elimination filter), Hirbert transformers or differentiators.
摘要:The recent progress of RC active filters is reviewed, beginning with the developments in active elements and biquads, focusing on the realization of high order active filters, and followed by a brief discussion of the integration of active filters. It is suggested that, with the merits of low sensitivity, the active simulation of double resistive load LC ladder filters might be a favorable scheme for high order filter realization.

摘要:The improved essential complementary partitions is defined and the rules for non-essential complementary partitions are illustrated by means Of the covering di-tree groups. Some simplified rules and the di-tree groups matrix algorithm for ECP generation are proposed. An example is given to show the effectiveness and fast speed of this method which can be easily extended to cases with larger K values.
摘要:A method for calculating the frequency response characteritics of the planar hybrid power divider (PHPD) is presented. The frequency response characteristics of three-way, four-way and five-way PHPDs on the voltage standing wave ratio, power trasmission coefficient and isolation are given. As for the three-way PHPD, the loss of uniform transmisson lines and its influence on the performane of PHPD are discussed.

摘要:The photo-induced conductance change decreases with the increase in oxygen content in the a-Si:H films. The IR absorption spectra show that in oxygen-doped a-Si:H Films, oxygen atoms serve as bridging atoms in the Si-Si weak bonds. The analysis of absorption data indicates that a small amount of oxygen can reduce the disorder of a-Si:H networks. In addition, illumination promotes the coupling of bridging oxygen atoms, suggesting that the Si-Si weak bonds are broken by photons during illumination. From the experimental results it is concluded that oxygen atoms stabilize the weak bonds and thus reduce the photo-induced conductance change.
