摘要:The solution of characteristic parameters of polygonal microstrip antennas are investigated by the method of conformal outermapping. The outside area parameters of a polygonal microstrip antenna are transformed into the corresponding ones of a circular microstrip antenna first, then transformed inversely into the boundary values of a polygonal antenna. Thus the solution of polygonal microstrip antennas is obtained. The theoretical and experimental results are in agreements.
摘要:The H-algorithm for test generation of asynchronous circuits is discussed and its validity is proved. A program HALG on the basis of H-algorithm is developed on a computer of PDP-11/23, and test sequences are generated for some circuits. The results are con-sistant with the theoretical analysis.

摘要:A simple and efficient algorithm for locating multiple faults in parity check circuits is presented. It is based on a new concept called "Minority Bit",and the fault location test set so obtained is optimal.The length of the test sequence is equal to the number of primary inputs plus one. The implementation of automatic generating the optimal test set and fast locating all the faults is also discussed.
摘要:A new active filter circuit with one operational amplifier.one capacitor and several resistors is presented.The operational amplifier pole is utilized. The circuit can fulfil the second-order lowpass, highpass, band-pass, band-stop and allpass functions. As a band-stop filter, not only the w0 and Q can be adjusted independently, the band-stop attenuation can also be adjusted. Design examples and experimental results are given.

摘要:X-ray diffractometry is used to determine the crystal perfection and state of the strain in InGaAsP epitaxial layers grown on (001) oriented InP substrate. The methods and the results of measurement of rocking curves in the InGaAsP/InP heterojunction are given. The improvements of measurement of lattice mismatches by means of X-ray diffractometry are presented, so that one can determine the lattice perfection of epilayers without double-cyrstal spectrometer.

摘要:The allowable bit-error number selection based on a bit error rate in correlating recognition for typical procedures of frame synchronization is described, and a stable and optimal performance of the system can be achieved in this way. In Search mode, a more complete expression of frame synchronization one-pass acquisition probability is obtained. In verification and lock modes, for compensating loss and gain in timing pulses, a multi-bit detection aperture is recommended. Finally, the allowable bit-error number when using the multi-bit aperture is analysed.
摘要:On the basis of fundamental research of the electron irradiation degradation mechanism of the front-illuminated EBS-CCD, the diffirent factors affecting its lifetime limitation are analysed. Several practical ways to increase the lifetime are qiven. Experimental results are in good agreement with theoretical predictions.
摘要:The Monte-Carlo computer simulation is presented in solving the problem of frequency stability in modern electronic systems. Its first key procedure is generating a high quality random sequence simulating the oscillator phase noise, followed with calculation of the response of the system (mathematical model) with this random sequence on computer. After that, the required statistical estimation can be obtained. The method for designing randomsequence is discussed in detail. Finally, two examples-synthetic aperture radar and Dopplervelocity measuring system-are given to clarify the realization of computer sumulation andillustrate its versatility.
摘要:The electromagnetic coupling between an incident plane wave and a conducting cavity with a conducting wire in it through a small hole is studied. Bethe’s small-hole theory and thin wire approximation are applied to simplify numerical calculations. Resonant frequencies, equivalent dipoles over the hole, induced currents on the wire, and electrical fields in the cavity at resonances are derived and calculated in numerical examples.
摘要:The circuit tolerance design and iault analysis usually demand the knowledge of the circuit properties while the elements are getting incremental changes. The adjoint-network method may give differential sensitivities efficiently, but it can not be used in incremental situation and nonlinear circuits directly. The extension of this method is discussed.
摘要:The residual correlation of the version I of the discrete cosine transform (DCT-I) is given. It is compared with the residual correlations of the version I of the discrete cosine transform (DCT-I) and of the version I of the discrete sine transform (DST-I). Results show that the residual correlation of the DCT-I is the smallest one if the correlation coefficient ρ is mediate.

The transconductance for quasi-enhan-cement-mode devices is 60-90 mS/mm. Large negative conductance is observed with a corresponding trans-conductance of about 190 mS/mm.

It is indicated that H/H transform and H/h transform are more efficient than HRT, and their fast algorithms are /aster than that of Hadamard transform (HT).
摘要:An IIR digital filter is considered. Its filter characteristic can be changed according to the users’ requirement. A Canonical Signed Digit Code (CSD code) is employed in the filter. A Z-80 microprocessor is used for controlling the filter work and converting the coefficients in the BCD code into the CSD code. The Direct Data Transmission method and a Fast Shift Matrix structured by multiplexers are adapted to speed filtering rate.
