摘要:A new approach to AI control is described, which possesses the marits of fuzzy control as well as that of conventional control and can carry out a series of experts’ functions by means of an AI software. Results of laboratory tests and operations of a practical control system show that the qualities of the AI temperature-controller is excellent. A temperatur-controlling system using this AI controller realizes a best quality of control: the temperature stability obtained is better than 0.0004K/h in the measuring range 13120K.
摘要:An exact three-dimensional field analysis is given for the g-port symmetrical H-plane waveguide circulators with a partial height ferrite by means of mode-matching method. The results of numerical calculation and experimental measurements for Y-junction waveguide circulator in W-band show that the calculation agrees well with the experiments in ranges of 86-90 GHz.
摘要:A new method is given for finding out roots of one type of nonlinear equations, which appears in Van der Horst and Berger’s Complete decoding of triple-error-correcting binary BCH codes. When m is even, the new complete decoding of triple-error-correcting binary BCH codes with n = 2m - 1 requires only extracting the roots of quadratic equations and calculating at most m times inner products of m-dimensional vectors over GF(2). The new complete decoding is very simple, and can be realized in practice even for moderate m.
摘要:The electrical field radiated by the unit current in a rectangular waveguide with a short-circuiting plunger is derived by making use of the auxiliary potential function. When the dominant mode TE10 is propagated alone in the rectangular waveguide, expressions for the real and imaginary parts of the input impedance seen by the coaxial line are derived. Theoretical calculation is in close agreement with experimental results.
摘要:CMOS/SOI devices are fabricated on Ar+ laser recrystallized polysilicon islands on SiO2 isolating layers. Both N-channel and P-channel MOSFET exhibit good output characteristics. The low field electron and hole mobilities of MOSFET with a channel length of 4 μm are 510cm2/V.s and 142cm2/V.s respectively. 6-stage CMOS inverters have fine static and transient characteristics. 9-stage CMOS ring oscillators with P-channel transistors of (W/L) = (112μm/6μm) and N-channel transistors of (W/L) = (52μm/6μm) are fabricated. The minimum propagation delay is 2.8ns/stage, and the minimum power delay product is 2.6pJ/stage. These speed performance of CMOS/SOI devices are superior to those of the same CMOS devices fabricated on bulk silicon.
摘要:A novel InGaAs phototransistor is proposed. CdO has the properties of high conductivity (σ =5×103Ω-1cm-1) and wide forbidden gap (Eg(г) =2.5eV),thus it is used as the wide emitter for the transistor. Experimental results show that the transistor has a wide spectral response (λ, =0.51.6μm). A current gain h e = 10 (VCE = 3V, Ic=1mA) is obtained. Other results including Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristic of the emitter junction, hfe-Ic characteristic and dark current behavior are also presented.
摘要:A sampling theorem for narrow-band signals is developed, the sampling frequency can be lower than the Nyquest frequency of the signal when the spectrum of the signal to be sampled is limited in a narrow interval. With this theorem a very simple and clear method for the design of multirate filters is derived. The characteristics of multirate digital filters is discussed as well, and some conclusions differing from those presented in others paper is obtained.

When the prior distribution on the normal parameters is the right invariant Haar measure, the Bayesian limits of t1-R are equal to the Fiducial limits and classical limits. The direct approach of the exact limits anda hand-calculating method of the approxi-mat limits of t1-R are provided. The interval estimation for the reliable life and the maximum maintain time of lognormal distribution is given.
摘要:An equation which reveals the general relationship between the sensitivities of a wave digital filter and the associated reference filter is derived. With this result, the low sensitivity of wave digital filters, which was observed numerically and experimently, can be well explainted theoretically. The result also provides an efficient way of computing the sensitivity of a wave digital filter from that of the associated reference filter, and may be useful for optimization of wave digital filter hopefully. A numerical example for sensitivity computation is given to illustrate the use of the result.
摘要:The design principle is analysed for band-pass filters using three parallel coupled-lines and the related design curves are given. This kind of filter has many advantages such as large bandwidth, easy to design and manufacture, and gives satisfactory performance. The design examples of S-band stripline band-pass filters are given. The test results is in good agreement with calculated results.
摘要:Based on the analytical solution of RSJ model with the existence of external radiation, a method for finding voltage response and RF impedance of superconducting weak links is proposed and discussed. Taking the lowest approach, the analytical expressions of the voltage response and RF impedance are obtained with this method. The results show that the impedance varies continuously on the IVC from the 0th current step to the 1st step. The analytical impedance expressions within the range of the 1st current step are deduced for the first time.
摘要:Large antennas consist of a great many different kinds of elements generally, such as truss, beam, plate, shell and so on. In this paper, a wheel-track form antenna structure is discreted into multi-degree-of-freedom (2694) system and its response to deterministic earthquake is calculated by means of the finite element method. By this mothod, the first five natural frequencies, structure modes, displacement response history of all nodes and various maximum stress responses of all elements are obtained. Finally, some views and propositions concerning large antenna structure are put forward.
摘要:The surface photovoltaic spectra of epitaxial materials of the Ⅲ-Ⅴ compounds, with different doped levels and different thickness in the epitaxial region, are measured. The parameters, doped levels and minority carrier diffusion length in the epitaxial region etc, are calculated by curve fitting method with a microcomputer. The calculated results basically agree with experiments.
摘要:According to the basic character of mobile radio propagation, a distribution density of multipath propagation delay containing two parameters with characteristics of terrain and propagation is derived. The distribution density differs from the exponent’s but can be degraded into the exponent distribution by choosing a specific parameter value. The conditions under which the time delay takes on the exponent distribution are given. Some of the observed results in experiments are explained. Finally, the significance of the two parameters in the distribution density is discussed.

The principle of selection of channel frequency for the minimization of intermodulation effect of the two channels radio interferometer is discussed, and an example of receiver channel design is presented.

摘要:The formation and annealing behavior of the normal donor (TD) and new donor (ND) in NTD CZ Si are studied by Hall effect, electrical resistivine and IR absorption measurements. The apparent TD concentration is decreased obviously and the ND formation can be promoted by neutron irradiation. The main cause of ND formation in NTD CZ Si is that the oxygen atoms aggregate in the disordered region due to radiation enhancing diffusion to form large size complicated silicon oxygen complex.
摘要:A new method for circuits design centering is described.By assuming normal distribution and identical variances, its convergence is discussed using stochastic approximation theory. Since it requires only Monte Carlo analysis and not sensitivity calculation, it is equally applicable to linear and nonlinear circuits and simple to implement. Examples show that this algorithm performs well and is insensitive to nonconvexity and nonconnectivity of the region of acceptability.
摘要:A method to convert an arbitrary combinational circuit into an easily testable circuit and a test generation algorithm for easily testable circuits are presented. Test patterns to detect single stuck at fault of all lines in the circuit can be generated. The upper bound of the magnitude of computation for test generation is 2(n1 + 4n2)2.
