摘要:A new fast algorithm for the Fourier transforms over any finite field is introduced. It is highly regular and easy to be implemented by a pipelined structure, requiring only O (n log2n) additions and the same number of multiplications. In some fields, the number of multiplications can be reduced to O (n logn). A flow chart and a schematic diagram for the hardware implementation are shown. The computational complexity and the throughput rate are estimated. It has applications in encoding and decoding of some error control codes in the spectral mode. It is also a fast algorithm for the evaluation of a polynomial over a finite field.
摘要:A new transform, the phase shift cosine transform (PSCT), is introduced. It almost diagonizes the covariance matrix of the even part of a high correlated Markov-Ⅰ sequence. Several criteria are established for measuring the closeness of a transform to the Kar-hunen-Loeve transform (KLT). All these criteria show that the PSCT measures closer to the even part of the KLT than the version-Ⅱ of the discrete cosine transform (DCT-Ⅱ).
摘要:By developing the second-order interpolation function from the linear one, the second-order finite element is constructed to analyse the eigenvalue problem of a waveguide partially filled with anisotropic dielectric material. Dispersion curves of rectangular waveguides loaded with rectangular anisotropic dielectric rods are calculated and compared with the results obtained by other methods. Field distribution of a dielectric loaded waveguide is also calculated by using two types of elements. Two approximate formulas for calculating HE and EH modes are presented. The finite element analysis based on these two formulas is described and the numerical results are discussed.
摘要:The techniques for analysis of time-invariant networks are applied to the SCN’s with no attention to either the patterns of clock-pulses or the form of inputs. Switches are considered as fixed branches, thereby the topalogy of a SCF becomes time-invariant. A new variable in form of sequence, termed S, is defined for each switch. It is the combination of voltage-sequence across the switch and charge-sequence through the switch.
摘要:The calculation model of the CuC1 Laser is discussed, and an analyses of the influence of pulse repetition rate is given. It is found that the electron temperature has decisive influence in a certain frequency range. But the initial value of the density of electrons and the metastable state of Cu atoms are important outside the range.
摘要:Some theorems about fundamental properties of the digraphs are proved. A search algorithm for finding simultaneously the basic sets and whole body of directed circuits is presented. It generates all circuits systematically, without duplication and in groups. Thus, the problem of efficiently finding the basic set of directed circuits in a digraph is solved.
摘要:A new type of filter using degenerate mode is studied by applying the pertur bation theory. The eigenvalues of degenerate mode of TE010 and TE100 in square planar circuit can be lifted by the small perturbation on its boundary and then the perturbed square planar circuit presents a flat pass-band response with very low insertion loss in the pass-band. Both theoritical and experimental results of this filter are given.
摘要:A design with its nonlinear analysis of a common gate MESFET microwave oscillator stabilized by a dielectric resonator is presented. It may be built in single or push-pull circuits for different applications. The frequency stability can be higher than 10-3. The circuit is simple and compact, easy to adjust and low in cost. At 4 GHz, the output power is about 10 mW when a MGF-1200 is used.
摘要:Based on the SAW diffraction phenomena on acoustic grating explored in our laboratory, a wideband pure-acoustic RF spectrum analyzer, i. e., SAW-acoustic grating spectrum analyzer (AGSA), is proposed. The fundamental principle and the primitive structure of AGSA are described and some essential factors which determine the performence of the device are discussed. Finally, compared with the integrated acoustic-optic spectrum analyzer (IOSA), the potentiality of AGSA is estimated.
摘要:A type of programmable Doppler filter bank using second-order recursive implementation with charge-coupled devices (CCD) as delay lines is developed for application to Radar MTD system. The agreement between measurements and theoretical calculations is encouraging. Two kinds of configuration which give the same algorithm are discussed. Errors in center frequency and bandwidth of the filter which arise from the accuracy of the MDAC coefficients are evaluated. In addition, a detailed account of the Smear effect caused by imperfect CTE as a function of loop gain, transfer inefficiency and number of transfers is developed, and a technique reducing Smear is suggested. The performance of modified filter-banks is introduced.
摘要:The microwave solid state noise diodes are investigated based on the PN junction avalanche multiplication theory with tunneling penetration.The spectral noise power density of pure avalanche diodes is compared with that of avalanche the diodes with tunneling penetration.The upper frequency limit and some factors affecting noise output power of microwave solid state noise diodes are discussed. It is useful to the design, fabrication and application of microwave solid state noise sources.
摘要:A new transmitting transducer with piezoelectric layered ring is developed. The wide-band principle and structure design of the layered ring are analysed. The properties of the transducer with low frequency, wide band and horizontal directivity-free are given. The result is applicable to the design of layered underwater sound and ultrasonic projector with cylindrical piezoelectric ceramic ring.
摘要:A local weighted averaging method for image smoothing is presented. The weighting coefficients of this method are a simple continuous function of noise variance and the gray level difference between the center pixel in a 3*3 window and its neighbors. The method cleans noise effectively while preserving edge sharpness well, and is computationally efficient. The tests show the smoothing effect of the method is better than that of gradient inverse weighted method. The results of applying this method to a real image are also given.
摘要:A new approach to synthesize optimized R-G filters by means of linear program method is given. The performance of the (R-G)0pt filters are superior to that of R-G filters with lower peak range sidelobe. The conclusion shows that two approachs to design (R-G)opt filters and LP filters can merge into a general way. Much work was done to analyse the performance of both (R-G)opt filter and LP filter in the actual environment of PD radar, and many meaningful data and conclusions are drawn from the analysis. Yet the paper also pays much attention to study the performance of Barker code with negative range sidelo-bes.
摘要:More attention has been given to the test generation for functional level digital circuits with the development of LSI and VLSI. In the paper, functional level circuits are described by means of the procedural function description language and an information flow model, which is constructed by using a function graph and a data flow graph. Based on this model a new test generation algorithm for functional level circuits is presented. On the basis of the algorithm a program written in FORTRAN Ⅳ has been developed on PDP-11/23.

摘要:The substrate type ISFET is a chemically sensitive device. The sensitive membrane (for example Si3N4 or AgC1 membrane) of the device is deposited on the back of the substrate. The exposure of the active surface to test soluction results in the changeof drain-source current. The expression calculating the drain-source current of the substrate type device is derived. The ISFET is fabricated. The enclosure and stability is improved.
摘要:A cover type wide band and high power polarizer is presented. It is made of three photo-etched copper fiberglass epoxy plates. The VSWR is less than 1.10 and the axial ratio of the circular polarized field is about 1dB within 20% of frequency band width.
