摘要:A general method is presented for generating the directed k-tree polynomial of the directed graph associated to an active electrical network by means of its multi-level vertex tearing and its corresponding directed k-hypertree polynomial. Using it the scale of electrical networks which can be topologically analysed by a computer will be increased, and the result expressions are terse. Furthermore, for the special case k=l, e = 2, the recursive formulas are presented for generating the directed hypertree polynomials of a hypergraph having two hyperedges. Using it the directed tree polynomial of a directed graph G can be found conveniently and efficiently. Its expansion gives all directed trees of the graph G.
摘要:The effective constitutive parameters of forests at high frequency range is analyzed. It is found that because of the occurence of resonance at high frequency range in tree trunks, magnetic energy can be stored and the effective permeability of the tree trunks needs not be determined conventionally to be unity. For vertically polarized waves, the effective permeability is found to be not significantly different from unity. For horizontally polarized waves, however, both the real and imaginary parts of the magnetic susceptibility, in a typical example, is about 10-4 and the imaginary part of electric susceptibility is about 10-3 and the real part of that is about 0.05.
摘要:An experiment on cross-polarization, fading and space diversity was conducted at 7.6 GHz over 29.07km path and the radiosonde was made in the mid-path. The experimental results show that the multipath fading and depolarization are serious in the central plains of China, the effect of depolarization on system performance is much more important than fading of signal level for double polarization frequency reuse communication system, the deep fading and depolurization in clear-air are caused by multipath due to atmospheric layer without the surface reflection, the high correlation and linear relaton with slope not to equal to-1 exist between the cross-polar discrimination XPD and Co-polar attenuation CPA, a significant improvement for deterioration of XPD and CPA can be obtained by space diversity .The experimental results agree well with the theoretical calculations on probability distribution of XPD and CPA.

Many of fairly general and complicated loops are successfully decided to be vectorizable, and they will reach their separate vectorized object program segments, if this algorithm coordinates with the re-writing technique.

摘要:InGaAs Hall devices were firstly produced by planar technology. In the case of same carrier concentration, the sensitivity of InGaAs has increased by fifty percent as compared with GaAs Hall devices. Because InGaAs has a sufficiently high carrier mobility, it has small temperature dependence of its characteristics at a wide temperature range between -50 and 200℃, although it has a narrower bandgap. It has lower contact potential barrier. Magnetic flux densities of InGaAs Hall device were determined up to 80 kG at 4.2 K.
摘要:The dispersion characteristic of the ring-plane slow-wave circuit for mm wave TWT is worked out by the variational method. The establishment of the variational equation and its solution are discussed. The numerical calculation is performed on the computer. Theoretical values obtained show good agreement with the experimental results of our cold measurements. This theoretical method can be used for the analysis and design of the ring-plane circuit.
摘要:The problems of using packaged diodes with large junction area for milimeter wave integrated mixers are discussed. A cavity stabilized integrated Gunn oscillator is given and analyzed. A high performance 8mm wave integrated front-end has been developed with minimum double side band noise figure of 3.6 dB, frequency temperature coefficient of 3×10-6 /℃, spectra line width of 500 Hz and very high shock-resistivity. Such unit has been produced by small amounts and working well in many systems.
摘要:A partitioned method of optimizing extraction of MOS3 model parameters for small size MOSFET in program SPICE-ⅡG is discussed. The oaper includes: input date to be measured, partitioning methodology, and optimizing method of model parameters. The method is very simple and its convergence is better. The differences between measurement and calculation are less than 16%.
摘要:The error-rate performance of the high-speed QPSK digital satellite communication system with cochannel large capacity FDM-PM signal interference is studied by means of computer simulation. On the basis of the satellite signal’s narrowband transmission characters, base-band equivalent models of the satellite high-speed QPSK modem system, TWT no-nlinearity, large capacity FDM-FM interfering signal and noise are derived and realized in the computer. A computer simulation system is constructed, which is suitable for studying the error-rate performance of the high-speed QPSK digital satellite communication system under interference and noise. Using this equivalent system, the transmission error-rates of the high- speed QPSK satellite signal are simulated under varying signal-to-interference ratios and varying signal-to-noise ratios, the error-rate performance curves with up-link and down-link large-capacity FDM-FM signal interference are obtained, and the simulasion results are discussed.
摘要:The three-dimensional numerical analysis of the combination multipole field-rotationally symmetric field systems is discussed. Some practical methods are presented. A computer program used to analyse the combination systems has been developed. Some novel features of multipole lens are shown through several examples, in which unsymmetric voltages are applied to the lens. The elementary properties of the system combining a multipole len with a round len are studied.
摘要:The paper-discusses the method and laboratory models for the accurate measurement of the group delay distortion in the telephone network, microwave network and trunk network for data transmission. Loop measurements are discussed. A program-controlled approach using microprocessors is presented, and laboratory models are described and evaluated. The use of a microprocessor results in a low-cost, yet accurate and reliable group delay meter.
摘要:The theory of error correction in scattering parameter measurement is discussed and a further improvement is suggested. The corresponding calibration techniques and ma-thematic models are given. Using μC onto NA accomplishes the error correction and the analysis shows good agreement with the practical results.
摘要:The approach to obtain a variety information of the radio anechoic chamber is presented. On the basis of geometric optics, the representation of fields in radio chamber in the three dimensional case is derived, from which the reflectivity and cross polarization coefficient concerning with both the transmitter and receiver antenna patterns can be obtained. In addition, according to the region of the transmitting and receiving points, the position of the reflected zone on each of the six walls is sought out. Consequently the arrangement of the absorbers on each wall can be selected and arranged to be more reasonable and economical. The numerical and graphical results are given.
摘要:The frequency stability is studied by using the stochastic signal processing theory and a new variance definition in the time domain, the Generilized Allan Variance σp2,q(T) is given. It is proved that the variances including the Allan Variance and the Modified Allan Variance are all the special cases of σp2,q(T). For the power law spectral noises, the signal processing models for calculating σp2,q(T) from Sy(f) and its calculation formulas are obtained, the conversion formulas between σ32,2 (T) and Sy(f) are derives, the calculation formulas of the other variances in the time domain from σ32,2(T) are given and the conversion between Sy(f) and σp2,q(T) can be made easily, the formulas of σ32,2(T) by computer simulation are verified.
摘要:The properties of land clutter and target echo for ground combat surveillance radar are presented. The mathematical model for the clutter power spectrum and relationships between the spectrum cut-off frequency and windspeed are obtained. The experimental results show that the slowly moving ground targets signal embedded in strong clutter may be detected by long time integrating processing in terms of making the plus electrical level from the Doppler signals and minus ones from the countpart. The theoretical analysis is also made for the amplitude statistical property of the CW radar echo fluctuation.

摘要:A new principle of flow sensors is introduced. When a fluid is passing ever a heated chip, the change of the power dissipation required to keep the chip temperature constant can be used as a measurement of the flow rate. Based on this new principle, an integreted flow sensor has been made by CMOS technology. It has simple structure, small size (1×1.9mm), high sensitivity(80mV output at flow rate of 50 cm/s with chip temperature 55℃ and fluid temperature 30℃).
摘要:A novel method for characterizing the surface resistance of two conducting plates shorted at both ends of a dielectric resonator is given in this paper. It utilizes only one dielectric resonator that can resonate with both TE012 and TE021 mode at same frequency. The theoretical relations and experimental results are also given.The described method has been proved to be convenient, relatively accurate, and of practical usefulness.

Compared to copper grids evaporated with carbon, ion implantation is a prospective method for improving these characteristics.
摘要:The root locus of control theory is applied to the networks synthesis. A criterion theorem of R-type function is presented, and a new method is given for designing RC two-port networks connected the arbitrary RL loads at the output terminal. The realization problem of the transfer function is thus solved, with the poles on any arbitrary positions on the left half of S face, and the number of elements used for the realization network is reduced.

摘要:A picture in picture colour television system in accordance with the TV standard of China and with improved quality is put forward. The filtering, storage, sampling and quantization schemes of the subpicture signal are discussed, the methods of composite filtering, time division shared ADC, sampling correction and reading out correction, etc. are proposed. The test results show that the basic consideration of the system is correct, the designs of main circuits are feasible, the system functions are realizable.
