摘要:The Chinese speech understanding system BJD-I with dialogue capability used for railway reservation and query service consists of three parts: (1)Speech Acoustic Processor (2)Linguistic Processor,(3)Voice Response Processor.In the,speech acoustic processor,two algorithms are proposed.One is for voice detection and syllable separation of continuous speech by maximum formant(MFDS).The another is for Fast Speed Dynamic Programming matching of patterns (FSDP).The experiments show that the correct rate of syllable separating for continuonus speech by MFDS is above 98%.By using FSDP algorithm,the recognition accuracy is as same as the optimized dynamic programming presented by Sako,but the pattern matching speed is above twice faster.In the linguistic processor,a grammar model RSNG (Regular Semantic Network Grammar) for syntax analysis and a knowledge representation method called tree-structure knowledge representation are set up.The performance of BJD-I Chinese speech understanding system has been tested by a man speaker and the experiment resultes show that the correct rate of semantic entry recognition is 80% and the 98% of service was well completed.
摘要:A contour-based approach to motion analysis is introduced.It is based on firstly calculating the motion at image corners,and then propagating the corner motion estimates along the principal contours in the image based on a local 21/2 Dmotion assumption by the dynamic programming.The results of several experiments show that the optical flow field is globally consistent with the principal contours.
摘要:A comprehensive analysis concerning the calculations of DC Characteristics,microwave and noise parameters of HEMT is given.A modified charge-control model taking account of the effects of nsεF dependence is utilized.The DC characteristics are calculated by using saturation model with a minor modification when negative mobility model involved.Analytical formulas for M-W behaviors and intrinsic noise parameters are derived,and the Fukui coefficient obtained KF is 5070% smaller than that of GaAs MESFET.

摘要:The dependence of the microstructure and phase composition of the conventional sintered,hot-pressed (HP) and hot isostatic pressed (HIP) ferrites on the bending strength σ(?) vickers hardness Hv and coefficient of thermal expansion has been studied,its mechanism has also been discussed.The results show that HIP ferrites have an improved mechanical properties and such ferrites are very good magnetic head materials for high density recording.
摘要:A new concept,s-order even term signal,is proposed and its properties are discussed.The relationship between cepstrum and s-order even term signal of a signal is given.When a signal is finite,the expression of the Z transform of its s-order even term signal is derived.When signal is perioic,the relationship between its s-order even term signal and its discrete Fourier transform is obtained.Finally,the least square even term decon-volution method is presented.
摘要:a new gas-sampling technique for long-term (lifetime) mass-spectrometric analysis of sealed gas lasers is presented.Using a self-made new valve-ultramini-flow valve of planar type-and a quadrupole mass spectrometric system,the authors investigated the lifetime process of a CO2 gas laser and discovered some meaningful phenomena.It is pointed out that the adpsortion of gas due to the sputtering of the cathode material is the main reason for the failure of laser tube.
摘要:A test generation algorithm for stuck-open faults in CMOS combinational circuits is presented.An initializing input pattern T1 and a test input pattern T2 can be generated at the same time.It is shown that the test (T1,T2) generated using the algorithm is a robust test.

摘要:The grain boundary structure of polycrystalline films of multialkli photocathodes is discussed.The conduction model of muhialkali photocathodes is proposed and the conductivity expression is derived.The theoretical curves of lnσ-l/T show good agreement with the experimental results.The experimental phenomenon on that the curves of lnσ-l/T of multial-kali photocathodes are composed of two or three straight lines is explained,and the idea that the three straight lines may transform into two straight lines is proved in experiment.

摘要:Rabbat,Sangiovanni and Hsieh proposed a Multilevel Newton Algorithm (MLNA) for analysis of large scale nonlinear circuits in the time domain.In this parper two techniques of improving MLNA are presented: 1.Using terminal voltage of subnetwork as stimuli of the subnetwork.2.Evaluating the subnetwork contribution in Jacobian matrix by analysing the sensitivity network.The proposed techniques considerably save the time for establishing jacobian matrix.
摘要:The S-parameters of symmetric stripline T-junction are studied by using of the concept of equivalent parallel plane waveguide and the method of mode analysis.Under the condition of TEMtransmission,the theoretical formulas calculating T-junction S-matrix are obtained and the S-parameters are measured at 9.6 GHz.The theoretical results are basically in agreement with the experimental data,and quite consistent with the results obtained by the empiric formulas based on experimental data in the references.

摘要:In this paper,the rate and distortion of vector quantization are discussed.It is proved that the minimum rate for encoding a source with munimum achievable distortion Dmin for a given number N of k-dimensional output codevectors is the output entropy of the optimal k-dimensional vector quantizer with codebook size N.It is also shown that for a codebook with symmetrical probability distribution,the output entropy of the vector quantizer will never be smaller than one bit per vector.Finally,a series of inequalities is derived,which gives a quantitative relation between the performance of a vector quantizer and rate-distortion function.

摘要:On the basis of the electron degradation,caused by the total x-ray dose absorbed by the SiO2 layer of backside-illminated device,the lifetime of EBS-CCD is calculated.The theoretical results are in good comformity with experiments.The effective lifetime for backside-illminated EBS-CCD is more than several kilohours,which may be confirmed in our accelerated lifetime experiments.
