摘要:The theoretic and numberical analysis of the linear properties of the Continuous Valued Logic Gate (CVL) and some experimantal results are given. The analysis results of the median filter made of CVL show it very suitbale for filtering of high magnitude low probability noises.
摘要:A full custom Multiple-function and Multiple-Valued Array Integrated Circuit (MMAIC) is presented in this paper, which is able to realize binary, ternary combinational logic,sequential logic and multiplexed digital and analog switching function etc. Through theory analysis and experiments it is shown that MMAIC can provide us a new type of hardware for non-destruclive informalion processing. Its funclion is obviously superior to that of the similar binary logic circuit hardware.

摘要:An inverse design of magnetic focussing coil for electrostatic and magnetic imaging is investigated in this paper. For the inverse problem of designing magnetic coil, a mathematical model has been developed, an optimization method called BFGS has been introduced and an universal programme using FORTRAN language has been drawn up in the paper. On the basis of computational results, a magnetic focussing coil with four variable magnifications and a prototype tube of electrostatic and magnetic imaging without image rotation have been made, the results show that the computational and measuring values of axial magnetic induction coincide with the theoretical ones. It fully proves that the theory of electrostatic and magnetic imaging without image rotation and the method of inverse design described here are correct.
摘要:The Prony fitting theory is applied in this paper to solve the deconvolution problem. There are two cases in deconvolution in which unstable solution is easy to appear. They are: (1)the frequency band of known kernel is more narraw than that of the unknown kernel; (2) there exists noise. These two cases are studied thoroughly and the effectiveness of Prony fitting method is showed. Finally, this method is simulated in computer. The simulation results are compared with those obtained by using FFT method directly
摘要:A new 3-D texture synthetic method is proposed in this paper, i. e., the parallel 3-D texture synthetic algorithm based on autocorrelation parameters, the mean and the variance of texture images. The good effects on synthesis and less time-consuming in computation can be seen from the experiment results using the above method.
摘要:A new spectral analysis method with high resolution minimum symmetric divergence spectral analysis method (MSDM) which uses MSD principle as optimization criterion to exploit the total average discrimination information and to make MSD spectrum better than MCE spectrum is developed. With MEM being generalized to compute the MSD spectrum, a fast and noniterative MSDM algorithm which is as effective as fast MEM algorithm in computation is developed too. Computer simulations which demonstrate that the developed method and its fast algorithm are correct and efficient are illustrated.

摘要:A new method of multilevel coding based on multidimensional signal constellations and corresponding decoding algorithm is presented in this paper. The method solves the problem that the decoding complexity grows approximately exponentally with the increase of coding gains in previously known trellis-coded modulation systems. As examples, Some coding systems based on the four dimensional lattice D4 and the eight dimensional lattice E8 are given. The results show that the required normalized (each two dimensional) decoding complexity of the new coding scheme grows almost linearly with the increase of coding gains.
摘要:A study has been done on contour-texture coding--one of the second-generationimage coding techniques. The work is composed of three parts: preprocessing, contour coding, texture compression and postprocessing. Experimental results indicate that the work has increased the compresion efficiency of contour texture coding and facilitated its implementation. When the compression ratio is as high as 62: 1, the restored image is still visually good.
摘要:A synthesis procedure of mixed lumped-distributed networks with thebuilding block concept is presented in this paper. Some fundamental mixed two-ports can be treated as the building block, which can be considered as a sectien of the transmission line with dispersion, so the mixed networks can be synthesized with the method similar to commensurate line networks. By combining this procedure with the simplified real frequency technique, a CAD procedure for broadband matching networks, the microwave solid state amplifiers with mixe lumped-distributed networks are designed successfully.
摘要:A new method for calculating the microstrip discontinuities by using the planar waveguide model and planar Green’s function is presented. It is possible to obtain the Z parameters or S-parameters of the microstrip circuits with discontinuities in the boundary area connected to the transmission lines under the condition of calculating the high modes in the lines. Having the advantage of high accuracy and versatility, this method can be used for the analysis and optimization programs of microwave integrated circuits to improve the accuracy of circuit design. As an example, some results of discontinuities of microstrip circuits calculated with this method are given.
摘要:On the basis of multidimensional discrete Fourier transform, a new algorithm is presented for symbolic analysis of multiphase SCN and implemented in a IBM-PC/XT. This method is easy for programming and efficint in getting symbolic network function which does’nt contain cancelling terms. A new SCN formulation is developed to gain minimal system matrix. As a result, the amount of conputation is greatly reduced.

The works of Kumamoto University and Bell Labaratories are compared. It shows that the DYL circuits of China can accomplish the fuzzy logic operations effectively. Finally the paper looks into the future development and the application fields of fuzzy computers.

摘要:A new method of two-stage image matching with multiple assumption tests based on two-fork deciding tree is proposed in this paper. First, the definition of twofork deciding tree representing multiple assumption tests and its computational cost formula are given. Then, a new variable threshold is derived. Finally, the computational cost of two-stage image matching with multiple assumption tests using variable threshold is obtained. A large amount of computer simulations shows that the limit of computational cost of original twostage template matching can be broken by the proposed method and the computational cost of image matching is further reduced. Furthermore, it is sure that the matching location accuracy is almost the same as the Mean Absolute Difference Algorithm.
摘要:Tucker’s small signal model for semiconducter laser diode has been improved so as to be used for the DC and AC analysis of the OEIC with SPICE program. Using this improved model, the monolithic integration of a heterojunction bipolar transister driving circuit and a laser diode has been analysed. It has been shown that the base resistance Rb and the forward transit time tf are the most important parameters of HBTs which affect the frequency characteristics of the OEIC seriously. The frequency response of the OEIC will be reduced by 66% and 63%, if Rb is increased from 1Ωto 5Ω and tf from 0.5 ns to 1 ns respectively. Through the analysis, the optimized parameters which are suitable for the existing techniques have been extracted, and then, the frequency characteristics of it with the optimized parameters has been obtained, which indicates that the frequency response of the optimized OEIC is close to that of the single LD proper.
摘要:By using space harmonics expansion ot field, formula of dispersion and interaction impedance of the fundamental modes for loaded ring-plane structure are derived from Galerkin’s method. The numerical results agree well with experimental data. Investigation shows that dielectrical loading will reduce working voltage and broaden the bandwidth of ring-plane TWT at millimeter waves.

摘要:At present, the research of single sideband (SSB) techniques in VHF and UHF bands is emphasized at home and abroad. This paper describes a special double loop phase-locked receiver, which is suitable for the pilot-in-band SSB systems. The principle and performance of the receiver system are presented and the test results are given. Compared with the general long-loop phaselocked receiver, it has a higher speech transmission quality, and a simple configuration with integrated circuits.
