摘要:The energy gap parameters of semiconductors and the optical transition types are determined by the surface photovoltage method. The calculating expressions are derived. The forbidden band width and energy gaps are measured for Ge, Si GaAs, InP, GaP, AlGaAs and GaAsP, etc. The calculated results basically agree with experimental values measured by other methods.
摘要:A set of improved rate equations is introduced to study external-cavity semiconductor lasers, and expressions of steady state oscillation conditions and spectral linewidth are derived analytically, which are suitable for semiconductor lasers with any amount of optical feedback. Theoretical analysis is found to be in agreement with relevant experiment results.

The direction for experimental research and the limitation of the thermodynamic result are discussed by combining with experimental results.
摘要:A five-layer structure model of the Han Yu (Chinese Language) Speech Information Processing System (HYSIPS) is proposed for the first time and a concept of the speech code for information interchange is described. Also, the architecture model of the HYSIPS is discussed. It is pointed out that the design of the HYSIPS must be based on the HanZi (Chinese Ideogram Character) Information Processing System (HZIPS) and HanYu Information Processing System (HYIPS.
摘要:In this paper, a switch-level macromodel suitable for the logic simulation of MOS digital device is introduced. The creation mothod of the model and solution algorithms of the network including the macromodeled element is discussed. Mean while, a new simulation algorithm called node mark method has been developed. This method can reduce the occupation of the memories of simulation’and can run reliably. Finally, a switch-level simulator MSLSIM using above model and algorithms has been presented.
摘要:Using the number of large deviation samples as statistics, a new sequential decision method for fast image matching is proposed. Under the condition that registration probability PD and false registration probability PF are given, the threshold sequence expression is derived. The method is at least over one order faster than common MAD and its performance is better than MAD in low SNR. Monte-Carlo simulation has shown that the method satisfies the demand of some systems for real time matching. Therefore it is a better initial location method under low SNR condition.
摘要:In this paper the z transform of the autocorrelation model for two-dimensional discrete random pattern is derived, and the linear model for the coefficient of z transform is established and identified. The logarithm identification approach to a two-dimensional separable exponential model is presented. The validity of the methods and the precision of the results are verified by the identification results for several terrain and image patterns.

摘要:By studing of the optimum of the symbol weighted wave shape, a new type of quadrature overlapped modulation that is called QOTSW (Quadrature Overlapped Triangular Sine Wave) modulation using a triangular wave added to a sine wave as a symbol weighted waveform is presented. The performance of the modulated signal has been investigated that shows the power spectral density is narrow and the sidelobe drop off very fast. The normalized power of out-of-band is also very small. The experimental result is in agreement with the theoretical calculation. The problem in relation of application for QOTSW modulation has also been discussed.
摘要:A new apprppach of computer-aided design(CAD)for treating the broad-band and twoport matching commensurate line network is presented on the basis of "real frequency technique" published in recent years, and this approach is applied to design low noise, broad-band and multi-stage microwave amplifer. A corresponding CAD program is carried out. A design example of amplifer is given to illustrate the effects of this technique.
摘要:In this paper, the transient performance of an infinitely thin circular flake in a hard coaxial cable is directly analysed. The waveforms of TEM and of some high modes have been obtained. Discussions about the results are given, and the results are proven by experiments. Bying this method, trouble of relative convergence caused by using modes match can be avoided. Through analyses, the distortion of TEM mode and the transmission of high modes can be understood quantitatively.
摘要:In this paper the equation of circuit tolerance analysis is established, then an interval iterative algorithm is presented. When the tolerances of circuit parameters are not too large, this algorithm will be converged to a n-dimension interval which includes the solution set of tolerance equation. In order to make the n-dimension interval approach as far as posible to the hull of solution set, a corrective algorithm is suggested.

摘要:The complex ray theory provides a simple and useful approach to analyze the propagation and scattering of HF EM waves in various complicated environments. This paper deals with complex ray fields in free space, reflection and refraction at a single interface, multiple reflections and transmission through a layered medium, total reflection and critical reflection at a planar interface, diffraction at an edge, complex ray expansion and superposition, as well as RCS calculation by complex ray method. In addition, some numerical results are given.
摘要:A new method is presented for calculating the cutoff wavelegth of a waveguide with arbitrary shaped cross-section. The potential functions of a regular waveguide such as rectangular waveguide act as the associate potential functions, thus a integral equation(f. E.) with respect to the potential of the original waveguide is deduced in terms of Green’s 2nd identity. A system of linear algebric equations can be obtained by the discretion of the I. E. and the cutoff wavelengths are then calculated. Numerical results for a rectangular-to-circular waveguide are in good agreement with those by the method of lines.
摘要:In this paper, the nonintrinsic loss caused by random microbend for single-mode step-index fibers is researched using the coupled mode theory under the following conditions: (1) Not considering the effect of fiber core on shape of field of cladding mode LP1j (2) considering the above-mentioned effect. We assume that the autocorrelation function of random microbend of fibers is Gaussian.This method canbe extended to study the nonintrinsic loss caused by other geometry or refractive-index deforming fibers.

摘要:According to the characteristics of the error distribution in mobile communication, this paper designed an error-correcting scheme in which symbol-interleaving and RS (31, 19) code were introduced. The computer simulation shows that this scheme is more suitable for mobile communication than that proposed by Eurocom. Finally, the hardware/software implementation of this scheme was presented.
摘要:A new high-order OTA-capacitor filter using the leapfrog configuration is presented. The filter has low sensitivity preformance and high cut-off frequencies., it is compatiable with MOS process. The filter is an electronically tunable one. Its cut-off frequencies can be controlled by a DC voltage or current. Experimental results are given to prove its feasibility.
摘要:This paper presents a modified method for multiple-faults diagnosis of resistance circuits with weakly nonlinear element. The method consists of two parts: multiple-faults location by solving linear diagnosis equations, and then multiple-faults identification by solving nonlinear equations. Diagnosability of the linear diagnosis equation is improved, and the occurrence of the failure of diagnosis or the presence of equivalent faults under certain circumstance by other methods may be reduced, since the characteristics of the nonlinear elements are taken into consideration while formulating the linear diagnosis equation.
摘要:In this paper, a globally optimized modeling method (GOM) is presented based on the characteristics of canonical piecewise-linear modeling. Using the accelerated controlled random search (ACRS) to perform the canonical piecewise-linear modeling, this method overcomes the difficulties of multiminimum in the modeling. The strategy of defining constrained search domain and parallel processing is used to speed up the modeling, and the result is satisfactory. It is shown with experience of modeling that the GOM is reliable and practical.

摘要:A switched-capacitor (SO four quadrant analog multiplier (4-QAM) is presented in this paper. This SC 4-QAM consists of only one D-FET, which operates in triode region to realize the multiplication of two independent voltage signals, and as a result, the inconsistency of multiple D-FETs has been completely removed, and it has simple structure as well. Moreover, by adjusting the widths of the clock pulses outside, the error introduced by the mismatching between the capacitances inside the 4-QAM can be eliminated.
摘要:In this paper the features of the median filter and the Sobel operator are mainly discussed. A pseudo median filter and a Sobel edge sharpening are realized in hardware by use of the water-flow working fashion. The results show that the two methods can filterout image noises and draw the outline real-timely. The filtered image’s SNR increases about 7dB. The time delay is less than 200 μs. In addition, we put forward a new method for noise smoothing. It can protect the edge of images and filter out the pulse noises just as the median filter but better in filtering out the stochastic noises.

摘要:The effect of initial chirp on the propagation of solitons in optical fiber is investigated by means of variational method. It is proved that there will be soliton propagation along fiber when initial chirp does not exceed a certain value, but its amplitude and pulse width are both in oscillation.
