摘要:This paper presents a new fast algorithm for computing two-dimensional discrete Fourier transform DFT(2n; 2). This algorithm has the lowest number of non-trivial real multiplications compared with any publisbed algorithms for computing DFT(2n;2). Furthermore, this algorithm uses only real multiplications and it shows that this algorithm is more suitable for real input data.
摘要:In this paper, a nearest-mean nonlinear filter is presented and some properties of this filter is also derived. It shows that the nearest-mean filter has the virtues of edge preserving and noise smoothing. The new technique will be useful in digital signal processing.
摘要:A highly programable digital FFT array processor has been proposed in this paper. The number of unit is M = 2S, and the transform length is N = 2r. The 1024 points complex FFT (or IFFT)could be calculated in 519 μs by 4 units array FFT processor.The architecture roposed in the paper can solve the problems of communications between the arithmetic unit, and the generations of the address of data and coefficients. The hardware of 4 units processor of FFT and IFFT has been implemented and be using in real time radar signal processing.
摘要:A new fast algorithm of MEM is developed by using the properties of correlation matrix and Winograd’s principle. Compared with other MEM algorithms, conputational complexity of the fast algorithm is less than that of the classical LMS, but its performance is the same as that of the Marple’s algorithm.

The Heterodyne system with Phase Feedback Interferometer (HPFI) is realized successfully. The experimental results agree well with those obtained abroad.

摘要:In this paper, the design and experiment of an optical fiber amplifier by evanescent wave coupling are described. The effect of the concentration of dye solution and the temperature on the refractive index of dye solution are discussed in detail. Relations of the refractive index of dye solution, interaction length and pump intensity to the amplifying properties are experimentally studied.
摘要:A new tapered type of circular waveguide H01oH11o mode converter is presented. By using the coupled-mode theory and finite element method, the converter properties are analysed. Calculated results show that the converter has good properties with low insertion loss and broad frequency bandwidth. The measurements of the converter sample are also described in 8mm band. The insertion loss is less than 0.8 dB and the VSWR is less than 1.2.
摘要:By use of accelerator theory in FEL studies, single particle, nonlinear equations of motion with corresponding non-self-consistent computer code is established. The numerical calculation based on this computer code yields the features of backward wave FEL in nonlinear region, and proves the predications, given by linear theory, that the backward wave FEL is suitable to be one stage of the two-stage FEL.
摘要:The complex ray method is employed to analyze a Gaussian beam reflected at ,a plane interface from a denser medium into a thinner one. Besides the reflection by geometrical optics, a lateral wave contribution must be included for the region of total reflection.To simplify the calculation, a paraxial approximation is employed when the observer is located near the beam axis. However, the above-mentioned analytical methods all fail in the transition region which is determined by a parameter called "numerical distance". The uniform solution in the transition region is generated by means of a parabolic cylinder function with a complex argument. Detailed numerical comparisons assess the validity of various formulations.
摘要:Various E-plane septa discontinuities in planar circuits are analyzed by the moment method combining with generalized network analysis technique. By introducing an i-dea of generalized waveguide, a unified treatment of such problems is realised, and the effects of the septa thickness are taken into account. A general formulation for calculating the equivalent circuit parameters of the discontinuites is derived. Based on the present analysis,E-plane bandpass filters are designed and fabricated in W-band. The experimental results agree well with the theoretical predictions.
摘要:A uniform GTD formula for the TE plane wave diffraction by a perfectly conducting wedge with impedance surface on illuminated side is given. Using this formula, the backscattered RGS of rectangular conducting flat plates coated with lossy dielectric is computed. The results computed here are in fair agreement with the experimental values.

摘要:This paper discusses the synthesis of optimum thinning arrays by nonuniform spacings in the sense of Dolph-Chebyshev. Having derived the equations of optimum element distribution, we analyze the exponentially spaced arrays, which arc optimum when the elements are isotropic and equally weighted. The formulae for estimating the sidelobe envelope and beamwidth of the array pattern are obtained. Also, the relationship between the nearby side-lobe level and the array parameters is given. These results allow us to design a desired array with minimal elements. Finally, a comparative study on some "optimum" arrays shows that the exponentially spaced array is the best one of them.

摘要:In This paper a kind of wideband mechanically tunable Gunn oscillators are introduced. The arrangement of the oscillators is very simple and reliable. The oscillators’ mechanically tunable range can nearly cover all of the W-band, The maximum output power of the oscillators is about 25 mW, the electronically tunable range of the oscillators is about 450 MHz within all of the mechanically tunable range.
摘要:A high-frequence on-chip CMOS balanced operational amplifier with a stable common-mode feedback circuit is designed and fabricated. The 3μm N-well Si-gate CMOS process is utilized to implement the circuit in order to improve its performance such as gain, GBW, PSRR etc.. The circuit is analyzed theoretically. A smallsignal model and a PSRR model for balanced operational amplifier are set up. The experimetal results are given finally.

摘要:General analytical expressions for evaluating the jitter, performance of a PWM fiber optic system with arbitrary levels and given system parameters are presented. The results of the calculation show that four-level PWM fiber optic system is the optimum compromise between jitter performance and circutray complexity. In comparison with a PCM fiber optic system, a PWM fiber optic system not only shows better errer performance but also exhibits superior jitter performance.

Assuming that the data belongs to the S-contaminated class, whose nominal pdf. f0(x) is unimodal and symmetrical about zero, the algorithm for the design of asymptotic minimsx robust quantizer is presented. The characteristics and performance of minimax robust compander for e-contaminated Gamma and Lapla-cian data are given in formulae and tabular forms.
