摘要:A boolean function minimization system based on learning from examples called SWT is introduced in this paper. Compared with the existing minimization methods, SWT is the simplest, optimal method and applicable to complicated problems with more than 15 input variables. SWT was already implemented on VAX11/780 and SUN stations. The running results show that SWT is better than the system EQNTOTT, a tool for VLSI design.

摘要:This paper makes a study of ECCM evaluation for radar systems against deception. Based on the signal space analysis for both parties (a radar and a jammer) and on the solution of a matrix game, we propose a methodology of ECCM evaluation for a radar system against deception using the mean value Q of probability of deceits suffered by the radar. The calculation of Q is described. A given example demostrates the utility of the methodology for practical purposes.
摘要:The augmented network principle for the symbolic analysis of S-parameter microwave networks is established, and the corresponding closed form and simplified form of signal flow graphes are also given with their topological and algebraic properties fully discussed. Based on them, a direct algebraic algorithm is developed for generating all the symbolic external network functions in one implementation. Some examples are also given.

摘要:In motion analysis of computer vision, estimation of 3-D rotation parameters is a very important subject. Unfortunately, the existing algorithms for this subject have some disadvantages, especially in robustness. In this paper, a new robust algorithm has been proposed, based on the idea of making full use of constraints or priori information on the problem. The algorithm only involves linear operations instead of solving nonlinear equa- tions. Moreover, the algorithm has advantages than the existing algorithms in numerical accuracy, robustness, and orthogonality of rotation matrix. The results are very satisfactory with noisy synthetic data.
摘要:A token-based method for recursively estimating optical flow from a noisy image sequence is presented. Motion characteristics of the perspective projection of 3-D moving object are analyzed and a dynamic model is relevantly built. By taking a pair of or more matching points as the measurement, the recursive estimates of the relevant motion parameters are achieved. Two schemes for motion propagation of the match points, the direct one and the programming one, are discussed, The experiments show that this method needs longer image sequence but rather few match points. It is efficient and robust even in very low SNR conditions.
摘要:In this paper a new morphological spectrum image analysis approach using mathematical morphology operation is presented. This approach represents complex shapes by its image spectrum components. The principal advantages of this approach are shift-invariant, high data compression rate, easy real-time implementation, using for invoking the shape filtering and shape measuring etc., the original binary image can be reconstructed exactly from its morphological shape spectrum.
摘要:A new mechanism-"Pertubation Augmentation" is proposed to raise the sensitivity of the sensor for microwave moisture measurements. In the light of it, a high sensitive sensor is designed. The sensor is the open type of rectangular cavity, which resonates at two frequencies and has a eva-mode cavity mounted on it. Theoretical analyses for this kind of sensor are given. The results of experiments made on this sensor agree well with the theoretical analyses. A sheet of capacitor paper, which has a thickness of 8μm and a moisture of 8%, can cause the measuring mode a frequency shift of about 3MHz at the temperature of about 20℃.

摘要:The advantage of the definition for m. f. d (mode field diameter) given by K. Petermann is stated in this paper, and a far-field mask measuring system established accrding to the definition is introduced. Considering the practical transparence of different areas on a mask plate, we have modified the calculation formula of m. f. d given in some foreign literatures. This system can easily be applied to determine m. f. d of monomode fibres at the low-loss wavelength windows of 1.3μm and 1.55μm by means of the formula derived in this paper.
摘要:A new method to analyze active switched-capacitor(SC) filter networks is proposed. It is based on the capacitance matrix C, charge transfer matrix D defined in this paper and well-known charge conservation principle. The method can not only analyze the SC network containg nonideal (single-pole model) operational amplifiers (OAs), but also analyze the SC one with idel OAs. Using the method, closed formal expression of transfer functions for the first or second-order SC circuits with nonideal OAs can be obtained by manual operation-s. Besides, this approach is particularly suitable for computeraided analysis of active SC networks because it is very simple and normalize for us to write and find the equations.The exa-mle is given to illustrate the technique.
摘要:By considering two-dimensional distribution of guide-mode field and channel-waveguides refraction index, the coupling length of a directional coupler have been theoretically derived. In order to check the accuracy of the theoretical result, a special directional coupler with four-pair electrodes has been fabricated in our labratory. The comparison of the calculated coupling length with that measured shows a relative errer of about 15.5%. Charact-erestics of the device is discussed as well.
摘要:The purpose of this paper is to synthesizing a system, which can separate and demodulate the cochannel AM/FM signal. First based on MAP estimation of a AM/FM signal a phase locked loop with closed amplitude control and its mathematical model arc introduced; then estimating the two cochannel AM/FM signal, a cross-coupled phase locked loop with c-losed amplitude control is obtained.
摘要:In this paper, an essential improvement has been proposed for implementation of voiceband echo cancellation. The new configuration requires much less computations than that of the existing configurations, especially for the cases where the impulse response of the echo path is long or the far-end echo has to be considered.
摘要:Several applications of multiple-valued logic to the design and test of VLSI circuits are presented. The main contents include: the ECSA theory which can be used as a tool for simulation, design and analysis of VLSI, a ternary scan design which improves the testability design of VLSI, a built-in test technique based on ternary logic and the 2-of-3-valued logic system which provides a self-checking property. These multiple-valued logic techniques provide new tools and approaches for the design and test of VLSI.
摘要:In this paper, by using real frequency technique, a computer aided program ORI is described. In this program, it has been emphatically considered how to reduce errors caused by using a number of straight line segments to represent the unknown equalizer resistance and by rational approximation.The method for solving the problem of stability of an amplifier has been provided, and the problems such as to reasonably choose the method of optimization, to guess the initial values, and to determine the objective function are discussed. In addition, the results of des’gning and experimental measurement of two one-stage and a four-stage broadband amplifier are presented.
摘要:The Y2O3/W and YBa2Cu3O7-x/W field emitters have been fabricated and the corresponding field emission patterns have been obtained. For the same dimensions and electric parameters, the field emission current of Y2O3/W is higher and more stable than that of W tip. By measuring field emission currents and voltages and, then, plotting the data in accordance with the Fowler-Nordheim equation, the work function of YBa2Cu3O7x/w is found to be 4.1 eV at room temperature.
摘要:A method of extracting AC parameters of bipolar transistors is suggested. The method is based on the relations of DC and AC parameters and the optimization theory: By using the method, the in-line extracting AC parameters for bipolar transistor of IC’s is successfully conducted.
摘要:The low temperature characteristics of current gain of silicon bipolar transistors are studied both theoretically and experimentally in this paper. A temperature model of current gain is proposed and the mechanism of the fall of current gain at low temperature is explained. To obtain low temperature silicon bipolar transintors of good electrical performance the methods of using the light doping emitter and a-Si emitter is discussed. The results of theoretical analysis are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
摘要:In this paper, the constrained least squares filter, a new method for texture segmentation in image, is proposed. Based on preknowledge of texture in an image,by using least squares defintion and with needed constraint, the filters are derived. Two examples are shown in the paper.
摘要:After analyzing the characteristics of ECG signal and getting its statistical properties, we introduce two methods of compression coding without distortion, 2-element and 4-element coding. They all have good compression, coefficients about 0.5- Although they are not so good as Huffman coding, they are very simple and easy to be realized by software or hardware.
