Then, by using the results of multi-layer assignment statement loops in references [10,11], the problem about the vectorization of multi-layer loops with control structures has been satisfactorily solved.
摘要:Attribute-based Inductive Knowledge Acquisition System AIKAS is presented. The system lets knowledge system have concept learning and rule learning functions based on inductive learinig on attribute-based positive and negative examples, concpt cluster and inductive learning algorithm. The axiom system on attribute theory is also discussed in this paper.
摘要:In this paper, the clustering of BBL is researched. A (extended) vertex structure model, a graph model and an (extended) oriented tree model are proposed. A formula calculating the number of vertex structures (or oriented trees) is obtained. A conclusion that the (extended) vertex structure and the (extended) oriented tree is one to one correspondence is proven. Clustering algorithms used in top-down placement and floor plan and bottom-up placement are presented. A placement algorithm adopting recurrent clustering which can form slicing and nonslicing placement is proposed. These algorithms have been implemented on UNIVAC 1100/10 computer in Fortran 77. The experimental results are satisfactory.
摘要:Direct manipulation environments have been well received by users. But most of them are lack of the facilities of syntax representation. Visual language is the key to solve the problem. This paper discusses the methods of formalizing and analysing the visual language, and presents some ideas of attributed tree and attributed tree clipping methods. Finally, a direct manipulation environment TRY, which supports visual language, is presented.
摘要:An improved fuzzy perceptron algorithm is suggested for the two-class classification. The basic idea originates from an observation that the variances of different moment invariants (features) under rotation, shift and size transform are not the same. Then the sample feature vectors are weighted, so that those features with small variance will play the dominant part. The algorithm is also extended to multiclass case and the experimental results are given. The computer simulation shows that the new method is more effective for the classification than the old one.
摘要:The toplogical model and the corresponding network model are established for waveguide eigenvalue problems by using the theory of differential forms in this paper. A general algorithm for evaluating the cut-off wavenumbers of an arbitrarily shaped waveguide is constructed through diakoptic node analysis. Finally the algorithm is applied to several typical waveguides, demonstrating the validity and effectiveness of the method.
摘要:A new mathematical model for circuit tolerance design is presented. It is based on the Orthogonal Array Tables.In this algorithm direct estimation of yield is avoided and no yield gradient calculation exists. The model and the algorithm allow us to solve the tolerance design problems with less computational effort.
摘要:The tunneling current in GaAs/AlAs heterostructure as a function of an applied voltage is calculated by the one band two valleys model. The dependence of tunneling current on quantum well structure and electric field and the band mixing in tunneling are studied from which it is shown that this symmetry transformation could be used to develop the X valley electron generator. The application of this X valley electron generator in the design of devices and the developing of a heterostructure LSA diode are discussed.
摘要:The current-voltage characteristics in N-channel SOIMOSFET which was fabricated on laser annealed polycrystalline silicon have been investigated at room temperature (RT), liquid nitrogen temperature (LN) and liquid helium temperature (LHe). The results show that the Kink style of transistor with film contact terminal at RT is very similar to that observed in N-MOS devices at liquid helium temperature. The Kink size is larger at LN than at RT and larger at LHe than at LN. The Kink characteristics at the three temperatures can be explained by capacitance effect, carriers freezen mechanism at low temperature and generation and recombination of carriers under different bias voltages.
摘要:A MVL memory element or DYL multi-valued D-type flip-flop in which the value can be extended arbitrarily is proposed in this paper. And by using the design method of binary sequential logic circuits in MVL field, arbitrary valued sequential logic circuits can be realized with DYL linear And-Or-gates and J-gates as well as MV-D flip-flops.
摘要:An approach for designing multilevel trellis coded modulation schemes based on multidimensional signal constellations is described through two examples. We discussed some related problems in detail, such as, how to construct chains of lattice partitioning and constellations, and how to select binary convolutional codes.
摘要:This paper presents an optical communication system algorithm with intensity modulation and nonlinear heterodyne detection. The computational results show that optical communication system with nonlinear heterodyne detection using semiconductor lasers (such as DFB or DBR one) with linewidth of tens of MHz without line-narrowing provides performance inferior to that of coherent detection (zero linewidth) shot noise limit about 6dB, and superior to that of direct detection system about 713 dB at 100 Mbit/s and 1021 dB at 1 Gbit/s.
摘要:This paper describes a Quasi-Kalman recursive echo cancellation algorithm for fast acquisition of echo paths on two-wire full-duplex data transmission system. A theoretical analysis of the adaptation and convergence properties of the canceler is given and is verified by the computer simulations. The results show that the new scheme has almost the same performance as that of the original Kalman filter. In comparison with the stochasticgradient algorithm, it shows substantial improvements in transient behavior without increasing the computational efforts.
摘要:A multi-function programmable digital radar signal processor which has been developed recently is described. It is composed of adaptive MTI (AMTI) with variable number of pulses, digital pulse compression (DPC), moving target detector (MTD), digital integration (DI) and constant false alarm rate (CFAR). The operation mode and parameters of system can be changed flexibly by programming and instruction from radar computer. The system also contains advanced BITE, which can isolate and detect faults on board. The test results indicate that average improvement factors of the system for ground clutter and weather clutter are greater than 53dB and 40dB respectively. Side-lode of DPC is smaller than -40dB. Since the system uses new algorithm and advanced devices and architecture, the operation speed is up to 1148 MIPS. It can be used in 3-D radar systems and many different surveillance radar systems with high performance.
摘要:Recently developed fast recursive least squares transversal filter, when used in multichannel cases, requires the input vectors have equal lengthes.In this paper, a general version without the limitation is presented by introducing a matrix transformation method. For more general cases, exponential pre-window, etc. are also considered. The new filter has the least calculation complexity and the advantage of few divisions. Numerical unstability is also discussed. Its computer simulation is given.
摘要:The paper puts forward a differential property of function matrix Hadamard’s product. On the basis of paper [1] a formula of network multi-output and multi-parameter second-order sensitivity has been derived. The paper points out that the simple method of the calculation of the network multi-output and multi-parameter second-order sensitivity is realized by means of the simple computation of so-called basic sub-matrix Hadamard’s product, and that this fandmental idea is suitable to higher-order as well.
摘要:On the basis of calculating the relation of saturated magnetization of amorphous magneto-optic media of rare earth-transition metal elements with temperature, a new method suitable for calculating the relation of the reading quality of magneto-optie disks to the reading laser power has been established. For the practical example of the quadrilayer, the optimum reading laser power is obtained. The optimum reading laser power and the signal to noise ratio influenced by the variation of the content of rare earth elements have also been studied. The results agree with related experiments.

摘要:In this paper a simple microcomputer controlled AES data analysis system and its design considerations are described. Auger electron spectra can be not only directly displayed on the terminal, but also hard copied on the printer. As a result, the cost has been reduced to the minimum extent. Moreover, a hybrid programming of FORTRAN and assembly language is used for the software system. In this way a fast run speed as well as the various powerful graphics functions have been achieved.
摘要:A 1*4 optical switch with 3 zero gap directional counplers integrated on a LiNbO3 chip has been fabricated at VVVV = 1.3UUUUn. The ON/OFF ratio, the switch voltage, the electrode capacitance, and the theoretical band width are 12.7dB-16.7dB, 18V-23V, 6pF and 1GHz respectively.
摘要:A general mathematical expression between stability sectors and changes of the bifurcation parameters G and C1 in Chua’s Circuit has been derived. It has been found that chaotic oscillations disappear when α<1 at G-bifurcation and when β<1 at C1-bifurcation. Thus one of the goals of investigating chaotic circuit (i. e. determining failure boundaries) is obtained.
摘要:A new structure of dielectric waveguide coupler is described, which has advantages such as very Hat frequency response over 50 percent bandwidth. Theoretical analysis by a superposition of normal modes is presented. Finally, experimental results at 3mm waveband show good agreement with theoretical calculations.
