摘要:In this paper, electromagnetic parameter measurement of arbitrary medium is investigated. Generally, the medium sample may be regarded as a lossy transmission network. Electromagnetic parameters and are completely inve-rsed by S-scattering parameters of network. Computer-aided analysis is used in all processes. Finally, some experiment results are given.
摘要:In this paper we choose sidelobe level as our criterion using 0-1 nonlinear program and Monte-Carlo method for Optimization and get the required distribution for thinned array antennas. Thus we have an optimization method for thinned array antennas. We calculated uniform array and Taylor array. The results are compared with those of Skolnik.
摘要:In this paper, the problem of interaction of guided electromagnetic waves and strong fluctuation random media is studied for the first time. The equation governing the mean (coherent) wave in metal cylindrical waveguide is established and the equivalent dielectric constant of the media is deduced. Detailed discussions and interpretation on some derived expressions are made.
摘要:An integral equation which is convenient to calculate the transient response of dipole arrays is developed. The current distribution and radiated field of planar antenna arrays of straight-wire coupled antennas are calculated in the time domain especialy for short dipoles. The approximate method determining the transient response of large antenna arrays composed of short dipoles is discussed. The numerical results are interpreted in detail. The test about stability and convergence of numerical solution are carried out. The calculating time for transient response between time domain and frequency domain is compared.

The design and performance of multiplier with concurrent structure based on large scale integrated circuits technique are discussed in detail. The functional simulation results and CMOS layout of concurrent multiplier are given.
摘要:A novel prebonding plasma surface activation methed has been introduced. Surface silicon dangling bonds are significantly increased after surface activation which lead to effectively chemical adsorption of OH groups. Plasma produced by low pressure gas electric discharges can give energy to and activate the surface by ion bombardment. Therefore, activation effectiveness is independent of the gas used. Temperature can give energy to and passi-vate the oxide surface through thermal energy. Therfore, the activation temperature should not be over a critical point. Plasma treatment at 850℃ for 6’ provides satisfactory results. 3" silicon wafers were succesfully bonded with this method. High voltage and 0.8-3μm CMOS devices have shown that the bonding introduces no contamination and extra stress, thus guarantee the bonding quality.
摘要:This paper proves that when a parity matrix of linear binary block code contains a J dimensional orthogonal submatrix, state number of the trellis to be stored in the Vi-terbi decoding is reduced to 2n-k-j+1 from 2n-k and the performance of the decoding is not changed. Lower and upper bounds of the dimension of the orthogonal sub-matrixes are given at the last.
摘要:A method of channel routing from the viewpoint of the whole optimum is presented in this paper. This method breaks away from the convention that channels are not ove-rlayed one another. Hence, it overcomes the shortcoming that only optimum route inside the channels is taken into account and thus leads to adverse effect as a whole. This method is simple but effective. At the cost of a little storage space and computing time, we can remarkably improve the routing effectiveness as a whole.
摘要:Based on direction measure and circular AR model, a new set of rotation invariant features for texture are proposed in this paper. These features represent more accurately the coarseness, the strongness of directionality and the isotropicity of textures. Experimental results confirm the validity of these new features.
摘要:For the development of mathematical morphology, the general image-morphology is investigated. A series of important properties of morphologic transformation of image are given, and the methods of morphologic analysis of binary image, multi-value image and digital discrete image are discussed. Meanwhile, the applications to image processing and pattern recognition are briefly expounded.
摘要:A new adaptive filter, called the combined time-delay adaptive filter, is proposed in this paper. Compared with the traditional lookup table adaptive filter, the new configuration can synthesize a signal response with a long time delay and has the characteristic of fast convergence speed. The new adaptive filter can be used as an echo canceller in ISDN U-interface full-duplex transmission system. The paper discusses the algorithm, characteristics and application of the filter. A set of experimental results are given.

摘要:The relation between alloying temperature and specific contact resistivity in the Au-Zn/Au-Sb/GaP system has been reported. At alloying temperature of 520℃-560℃. good ohmic contact characteristic has been obtained. By observing the small islands in the interface of the contact system using scanning electronic microscope, energy dispersive spectrum and Auger energy spectrum, we have found that the ohmic characteristic has a close relation with the formation, size and density of the small islands. Analysing theorectically the relation between small islands and the specific contact resistivity, we have explained the facts that small and dense islands can result in a low specific contact resistivity, and we also proposed a mi-crostructure model which shows good ohmic contact behavior of Au-Zn/Au-Sb/GaP system.

Based on the residual error model, the various residual errors can be measured precisely, thus providing the effective technical specification that can characterize the property of ANA system correctly.

This paper intends to mark the founding of the theory and consists of the following parts: A brief description of Shannon’s best contributions to information theory; a summary of optimization theory of communication system, especially the coding theorems and cryptography theorems all by Shannon; a generalization of the optimization theory of communication system and a perspective for information theory.

摘要:In this paper, 1.5μm GRINROD external-cavity semiconductor lasers and the beat experiments are reported. A stable intermediate frequency with 6MHz linewidth is obtained by the beating of the two identical external-cavity semiconductor lasers. The drifting of the intermediate frequency is less than 100MHz in 2 hours continuous observation without any external active frequency stabilization. The results show that this kind of external cavity semiconductor laser is practical in FSK coherent optical communication systems. The linewidth-power characteristics and the frequency modulation responsibilities are also studied in this paper using the beating method. The experimental results are in agreement with the previously published theories.
摘要:The quantum AM and FM noise spectra of an integrated-external cavity (IEC) Semiconductor laser (LD) are presented for the first time semiclassically. The noise characteristics of an IEC LD depend mainly on the lengths of the active region and the external cavity and on the changes in the refractive index.
摘要:In this paper, a multi-threshold progressive detection (MTPD) method of visible image ob-jects in noisy complex background is studied. Visual properlies of gray contrast and spalial size and minimum error detection probability are ccnsilered. The theoretical model and the computer software imp-lementation of MTPD, as well as its application in X ray bone age recognition are presented. The practical test results show that the performance of MTPD is good.
摘要:A novel analytic model for HEMT is developed. In this model, the empirical formula suggested by Giblin et al. is used to approach the behavior of electron drift velocity vs. electric field. The diffurion component of current and the effect of the parasitic resistance of the undoped GaAs buffer layer are properly involved. The calculated current-voltage characteristics agree well with experimental data. Using this model, the parameters of HEMT such as channel conductance, transconductance, gate capacitance, and cut-off frequency are derived.
