- 摘要：In this paper, the conception of the model recognition-tracking-coordinate transfer data processor in HF skywave OTH-B Radar is described. A new method to determine the ground distance of the moving object from the group path of the HF Radar is given. The data obtained from a single radar station are needed only and there is no need to know the ionospheric data of the middle point. - 摘要：A method is proposed to perform the spaceborne Synthetic Aperture Radar（SAR） image processing. The time-domain/frequency-domain correlation algorithm is used to carry out azimuth compression, and relationship of multi-look processing sub-image is used to estimate the deviations of Doppler central frequency and Doppler frequency rate caused from antenna direction error or SAR moving distable and to perform image restoring. - 摘要：This paper proposes a parallel matching algorithm for feature-based stereo vision. The algorithm is based on feature matching, and the so-called features mean zero-crossing points detected with various sizes of Laplacian of Gaussian operators. In order to obtain candidate intervals of disparity, the disparity histogram is computed all over the image. A series of processes are performed iteratively to determine all disparities. - 摘要：The 1/f noise expressions for MOS transistors biased from weak to strong inversion are derived in this paper. The variations of all the factors in the expressions versus the bias voltages are discussed in detail. The theory is in agreement with the experiments. Especially, it can be used to explain the experimental phenomena of strong inversion in the sub-saturation and saturation regions. In addition, the device parameters such as the device capacitance ratio and the threshold voltage can be determined using the present theory. - 摘要：The initial conductance mechanism of the thin gate SiO2 has been systematically studied by measuring the time-dependent tunneling current characteristics under constant voltage stress. It has been indicated that the oxide conductance is not only affected by initial and generated trapping electrons and newly generated positive charges in the SiO2 bulk, but also affected by generated interface states. - 摘要：In the line concentrator, the scanner information and signal distributor information are transferred between the subscriber line circuit and the line processor via a scanner memory （SCNM） and a signal distributor memory （SDM）. In this paper, the measurabi-lity of SDM and SCNM is discussed. An improved circuit design and an algorithm of fault diagrosis for SDM and SCNM are presented, hence the automatic test and diagnosis of SDM and SCNM can be implemented. - 摘要：This paper proposes a method of eliminating the field curvature aberration in combined focusing and deflection systems, by means of canceling the pre-deflection aberration with the main-deflection aberration. A theoretical aberration analysis indicates that under certain conditions, both the coma and the transverse chromatic aberrations can be reduced to zero, and the field curvature can be restricted to extremely small. - 摘要：The singular value decomposition （SVD） has been applied to the extraction of the fetal ECG（FECG） out of maternal skin measurement signals. In this pater, we emphatically seek a new method of extracting FECG that is free of maternal ECG under the condition that the path needn’t to be orthogonal. - 摘要：This work studies a MOS device fabrication tachnology to form Ti polycide gate, Ti si-licide contacts on S/D regions and shallow PN junctions simultaneously. In this technology, MOSFET of good chararacteristics with very shallow S/D PN junctions can be made by a specific MOS fabrication process including As ion implantation through titanium silicide and NH3 plasma assisted thermal annealing （NPTA） process. Using the ion implanted titanium silicide as a dopant source, the dopant redistribution and the low resistivity titanium silicide formation were completed during a high temperature annealing. The depth of PN junction was 0.1μm, and the resistivity of titanium silicide was 24μΩ·cm. Finely defined self-aligned titanium silicide contacts and interconnects have been obtained using NPTA process which effectively suppresses the lateral growth of titanium silicide during Ti/Si and Ti/poly-Si solid state interaction.2|23|0更新时间：2025-12-08
- 摘要：Deep levels in n-type and p-type Si, due to Co-sputtering and RTA （Rapid Thermal Annealing） at various temperatures is investigated by using DLTS （Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy） technique. It is found that Co-related defect levels at （Ec-0 20eV）, （Ec-0.36eV）, （Ec-0.40eV） and（Ec-0.45eV） are produced only for n-type material. The concentration of these defects is rather small and ranges between 2×1010 and 1×1011cm-3. - 摘要：This paper presents the new technology in preparing double layered transparent conductive films of ITO/SnO2 in non-crystalline silicon solar cell by use of ring-shaped double electron beam evaporation method. The surface resistance of such film prepared under optimal technological condition amounts to 6.1Ω/□. The film has a transmittance over 90% of visible light, and a carrier density up to 1.0×1021 cm-3. - 摘要：In this paper, motion compensation and radar imaging are treated as a problem of localization of multiple scatter points. The maximum likelihood method is used to estimate moving parameters and radar image of target simultaneously. DFT is introduced by proper assumptions, thereby the computational requirement is greatly reduced by using FFT. When the range between radar and target is a quadratic fuction of time, a simplified algorithm for simultaneously realizing motion compensation and image formation is presented.
