- 摘要：A complex-cavity gyrotron is analysed and calculated in the paper. The resonance frequency, Q-value and field profile function are solved numerically. On the basis of this, the large signal analysis of it is carried out. The relation between the interaction efficiency and some parameters is investigated in the case of the interaction of fundamental wave with secondary electron harmonic. - 摘要：The fast and efficient QMMP algorithm of measuring first three Volterra kernels in nonlinear system is presented in this paper. Applying Volterra functional series and discrete Fourior tansform （DFT） to the system, we can obtain the model of the system in discrete frequency domain. - 摘要：The stochastic nature of the IC fabrication process and the resulting difficulties in the process control are described. The multivariated statistical analysis （MSA） software package and its fundamental principles are presented. The data generated from 100 sets of test and for 23 parameters are analyzed with this MSA package. It shows that the MSA package is a powerful tool for analyzing the process data in IC production line. The relations between the process parameters and the device or circuit parameters from a great quantity of test data can be rapidly and accurately found out, and the key problems in fabrication process as well. - 摘要：SIMS and IR transmittance techniques are employed to measure the OH groups absorbed on wafer surface quatitatively. The increase in bonding strength with temperture is caused by bonding area increase. The diffusion of species existing at bonding interface and the oxide viscous flow can eliminate micro-gaps. - 摘要：The dependence of apparent band gap （EgaDD） on buffer layer thickness has been measured. The result shows that the EgaDD of the cell with a buffer layer is widened by introduction of the buffer layer, which contributes to decrease the reverse saturation current Io and improve the VocThe C graded buffer layer can not only increase the inner electric field and decrease the recombination current in I layer to a certain degree but also result in the fast degradation of the performance of cells. - 摘要：An inverse design with constrained conditions of focusing magnetic field with unsaturated magnet for electrostatic and magnetic imaging systems has been investigated in this paper. A constrained optimization method called interior penalty function technique has. been introduced and a universal programme has been drawn up. - 摘要：The on-surface radiation condition （OSRC） method which is based upon radiation boundary condition applied directly on the surface of a scatterer is a high-frequency approximate approach for electomagnetic scattering. In this paper the point matching method is used to solve OSRC equation for the scattering magnetic field on the surface of a perfectly conducting cylinder for TE polarized incident wave. The cases of circular and elliptic cylinders are used to show that OSRC method is suitable for scatterers with electrical-large dimension and large radii of curvature of the surface and yields good results for the surface current and the radar cross section. - 摘要：In this paper a method to locate and track a 3-D moving emitter using measurements of direction of arrival and time of arrival is discussed. A Levenberg-Marquardt least-squares filtering algorithm is proposed in order to improve the stability of the iterated algorithm. The LM-LS method can be used in combination with the square root filtering technique easily. - 摘要：Modified Hadamard Variance （MHV） has been widely used for the power spectrum measurement of frequency sources. But the metheod can produce rather great estimate bias. In the paper, a new type of variance-Improved Modified Hadamard Variance （IMHV） is put forward. A signal proceessing model of power spectrum measurement system with IMHV is set up; the unit impulse response, transmission function and equivalent noise bandwidth of the system are deduced; the analytic expressions of estimate bias are presented. Under conditions of phase flicker noise and phase white noise, the numerical solutions of estimate bias are also given. - 摘要：In this paper the optimal algorithm for image matching in noise is derived, and two combining correlation methods which can realize fast registration of two digital images in low SNR and short data are proposed. - 摘要：A numerical procedure for the solution of scattering problems involving conducting cylin ders of argitrary cross-section shape coated with inhomogeneous dielectric is discussed. The problem is modeled vie a hybrid integral equation/partial differential equation approach.The equations for general three dimentional configurations are reduced to two dimentional cases both for TM and TE illumitions. The method of moments is applied to solve differential equations as well as integral equations. - 摘要：A reconstruction methods is presented, by which the 2-D image can be reconstructed from, their two orthogonal projections without models. Based on the strategy of the tree-search, the levels and branchs of the problem-tree are corresponding to the row and column transforms in the 2-D image, respectively, and a memorable data structure is introduced.
