摘要:MSFVW dispersion and impedance in YIG/GGG magneto-optical waveguide are discussed in theory and experiment. MSW-GOW interaction is analysed according to couple mode theory. Modulation of MSFVW (magnetostatic forward volume waves)-GOW(guided optical wave) is realized with efficiency 21% and bandwidth 0.5GHz.
摘要:Cusptron is studied theoretically in this paper. First of all, electron motion in cusp magnetic field is analysed. On the basis of this, the interaction between electron beam and standing wave field is investigated. The interaction between H811 π mode in magnetron structure with sixteen vanes and electron beam at eighth harmonie of the electron cyclotron frequency is calculated numerically at f。 = 35GHz. The influences of electron velocity distribu-tion in the beam, the thickness of beam and BK≠B。 on electron efficiency are taken into consideration.
摘要:In this paper three electromagnetic scattering similitude laws for the model measurements of lossy target are presented. The Radar Cross Section(RCS) of the measured model can be transfered to the RCS of the full-size target (prototype) by using one of the similitude laws.The scope of application,similarity requirement, induced similarity ratio of RCS and experimentel results for the three similitude laws are also given. The experimental re-sults for the first similitude law shows that the agreement between measured result of the prototype and the result transfered through the modelling measurement is very good. The transfered error is about 1-2 dB. The exact solution of the conducting sphere coated with dielectric material is also used to verify the three laws. The second and the third laws can be uaed in the full band with transfer error less than 1 dB. The first law can only be used in optics region and there is large error in the Rayleigh and resonant region.

摘要:The linearized Vlasov-Maxwell equations are used to analyze the characte-ristics of cyclotron autoresonance maser with a large-orbit electron ring andwe point out that the TEon and TMon modes can not exist, for which the waveguide partially filled with dielectric is needed.

摘要:This paper derives the spur performance of phase quantization Digital RF Me-mories. The results show that the phase quantization DRFM possesses a good spur performance, the magnitude of spurs decreases monotonically as the number of harmonics increases, the peak spur is at harmonie No. 2m-1 (where m is the number of quantization bits) and its magnitude is (2m-1)-1 while the magnitude of near-harmonics (the harmonics before the peak spur) is zero.
摘要:The velocity deception jamming released by airborne repeater jammer is of co-channel nature. Up to present, there is no better measure to resist such jamming,Anti-jam-ming circuit using CCPLL demonstrates its ability to extract useful signal from a weak echo under strong jamming above a certain signal to jamming ratio.
摘要:The basic theory, measures of realization and the design of key components in detecting underground targets by nanosecond electromagnetic pulse method are described in this paper. A creative design of high quality traveling wave antenna is suggested by using sector antenna with three layers, high efficiency of radiation and good performance. The system can be used to detect underground metallic pipes and cavities about l meter deep. Fast and high resolution display system is used in the terminal to clearly display and print the target features. Compared to similar domestic and foreign products, this system is character-ized by high resolution and rapid signal processing, and can meet engineering requirements.
摘要:A transverse equivalent network representation for partially dielectric filled single and aysmmetrical double groove guide are presented in this paper. Based on this, the dispersion characteristics of various groove guides is analysed by the microwave network ap-proach. Some comparisons are made between the data obtained by the present method and those by others, and very good agreement has been found. It is verified that by using the present analysis the calculation can be significantly simplified with very high accuracy. Thr-ough design of the broaband directional coupler of groove guide, practical significance of the present method in analysing and designing the groove guide circuit is demonstrated concretely.
摘要:This paper describes the principles of boundary element method (BEM) in ca-lculation of electrostatic fields, especially emphasizes tbe advantage of Coons method when the shape of electrodes becomes more complicated, for instance, in the case of electrostatic multipole systems. Meanwhile the basic ideas of programming as well as computing examples of two quadrupole lenses and one octopole deflector are given. The results show that the calc-ulation has sufficient accuracy and can satisfy the requirements of general design.

摘要:This paper presentted a new method of Ring-Loop Traveling Wave Tube design. The pulsed output power is 12 kW and the average output is 600W covering the frequency range of 2.0-2.5 GHz by this method. The average output power is higher than the limit of 400W in L-band reportedabroad.
摘要:A yield driven CAD of GaAs MMIC is presented. The way of improving production yield is discussed and the detailed program flowcharts are given. With the developed NAMP software package the predictive yield of a designed single stage amplifier may be improved from 17.78% to 53.55%.
摘要:Based on that the stationary wave paltern is related to the operating frequency in the sho-rt-circuited waveguide, the paper proposes a new automalic frequency measurement method in which the pattern is refited by means of the detections of the moving probe along a slotted waveguide at a series of the given locations. In the paper a practicable scheme is designed. The correciion on two main errors is discussed and the simulation experiment is also completed.
摘要:Large current photofield emission (PPE) is obtained when laser pulses irradiate a cold cathode working just below the field emission threshold. Calculations with a semi-classical model showed that PEE is more convenient than the pulsed field emission in generating stable short-pulse and high bri-ghtness electron beams, and has higher yield than normal photocmission. The large current emission pro-perty is specially discussed.

摘要:A new extrapolation algorithm for band-limited signals is proposed directly based on Fou-rier Transform. The iterative FFT algorithm can provide better extrapolation performance and more ac-curate spectral estimates than other developed algorithms for the band-limited signals with a smooth spec-trum. Since the powerful FFT technique and the convergence accelerating factor are used, the iterative FFT algorithm is more practical in the numerical implementation of the algorithm. The numerical exa-mples have shown that the iterative FFT algorithm is an efficient extrapolation algorithm for the noisy data.
摘要:The basic concept of signal flow graphs and the Mason’s gain formula are employed to calculate transfer functions directly. In order to make the calculation simpler, higher order term can be selected and lower order term thrown out in the linear operational amplifier network. It is very con-venient to use this method in engineering.
