摘要:By tracing the crucial points defining the hysteresis loop of the inhomogeneously pumped semiconductor lasers, the absorptive optical bistablity has been studied. Analytical expressions for the output power and the threshold current at the switch-on and off have been derived, and the relationship between the cross-sections of the media with the measured power and threshold current has been established, thus the messurements of these cross-sections are simplifed greatly.
摘要:A simplifing equation, which can give sencond order temperature effects of silicon integration MOSFET from 27 to 300℃, has been presented by this paper. It is used to improve the ZTC model of MOSFET which works at wide operation temperature range and very high temperatures. The data indicates that the error of theoretical and experimentical values in saturation region has been reduced from more of 29% to less of 8%.The theoretical analysis and experimentical results have shown that the conclusion is correct.
摘要:In this paper, The general expressions on common emitter DC Current gain hFE, emitter Gummel number Ge and current gain enhancement factor K of polysilicon emitter transistor (PET) have been derived in the analytical forms for a complete structure of PET by considering various factors which affect the current gain of PETs. The various device structure of PETs can be unified in these general expressions, and according to these expressions, PETs with the different device structure are classified scientifically. These general expressions include Ning’s and Graaff’s theoretical results.

摘要:In this paper, the effect of difference sampling number on discriminability and sensitivity has been discussed for OCRS. An optimum seeking principle is given for difference sampling number, k, in OCRS analysis. An improvement on both discriminability and sensitivity for OCRS using computer technique is studied.

摘要:Timing performance is important to high performance VLSI. This paper pre sents a new method of timing driven placement. In initial placement we propose a new way giving weights to the nets, and in iterative placement, we present a concept called Equal Position Field. The experiment results show that this is an efficient method of timing driven placement.
摘要:The papers[1-5] discussed the basic principle and the realizing method of a simple fuzzy controller. The paper[6]considered the contradiction between the dynamic and stable performances of the simple fuzzy controller, but it utilized the linear switch to overcome this contradiction, without full play to the fuzzy controller’s functions.After discussing the effect of the change of fuzzy sets on system performances in a simple fuzzy controller, this paper presents a new fuzzy control algorithm with variable fuzzy sets to overcome the contradiction as mentioned above, which can greatly improve the response performances of sytems from software simulations. Based on the algorithm, this paper presents further new fuzzy control algorithms with self-optimizing fuzzy sets. It is shown that these algorithms are very applicable from simulations. After self-optimizing fuzzy sets, the response performances of fuzzy control systems are very satisfactory.
摘要:Based on the frame and method of semi-infinite and nondifferentiable optimization technique, the advanced strategy and method of solving unitized model of circuit design centering for manufacturing yield maximization, tolerancing, tuning and cost minimization (DCTT) are proposed in this paper. When the method is used to solve DCTT problem, the circuit characteristics functions can be allowed to be nonconvex and nonsmooth. After the strategy of restraining constraint expansion is introducted, the method can solve larger scale statistical optimization problem. It opens up a new way for further development in the field of statistical optimization.
摘要:This paper shows that calculation of the maximum dynamic power consumption for CMOS circuits may be achieved through calculating the minimum number of non-convertion gate in the circuit with a special test sequence as input. The algorithm about polarity assignment and value assignment advanced in this paper could be used not only to solve fast the minimum number of non-convertion gate but also to generate the corresponding test sequence. This algorithm is independent of the number of input variable in the circuit.

摘要:A program for Switched-Capacitor Filter (SCF) design is described in this paper. The epuivalent circuits are produced automatically by using Modified-KNOB Method raised by the authors. The frequency response of SCF is calculated by means of the general circuit simulation program-SPICE, meanwhile, the effect of the Operational Amplifier’s finite gain bandwidth is considered. The method is simple and facile. The measured results of several real circuits are identical to those of computer simulation.
摘要:By discussing efficiency and redundancy of signal-encoding in the 2-3 mixed-valued circuits, the drawbacks of conventional 1T-2B encoding is analysed, the 3B-2T encoding is proposed, and CMOS interface circuits for 3B-2T encoding are designed. The discussion shows that the circuits using 3B-2T encoding scheme have advantages of high efficiency, easy designing and reducing one third of external signal lines with the same internal binary interconnection.
摘要:In this paper, the forming process of copper wire ball in copper ball bonding has been studied by numerical simulation. By means of calculation of temperature field, speed field and displacement field for ultrafine copper wire under a mini-arc, the formation rule of copper wire ball has been clarified. The calculating results of displacement field have also been tested and verified.

摘要:Recently, phase shifting lithography, as a novel lithography process, has been developped (or ULSI applications. It utilizes optical phase shifting mask to improve resolution limit for an existing wafer stepper. This paper describes the development of phase shifting lithography and its applications in ULSI technology.
摘要:Aiming at the recognition problem for Regular Script Chinese Character (RSCC), we have advanced a new method for abstracting the features of the RSCC from the view of entire evolution and have constructed a computer recognition system. Becausce we emphasized the entire information, relative relationship between components in our method, we have obtained & good effect and the rate of correct recognition for RSCC comed to 80%.

摘要:The history, present situation and importance of the laser-generated ultrasonic technique are presented. Basic principles and some experimental results of laser-generated ultrasonic gauge which we developed are introduced. Several problems about using this technique to NDT are discussed in the paper.
摘要:The gas sensors based on copper phthalocyanine thin films are reported in the paper. The copper phthalocyanine thin films are deposited on the plane interdigital electrode by using vacuum gas phase physical deposition technique. The results show that the sensors exhibit high sensitivity and high selectivity to NO2 gas, and can be used to detect 1 ppm of NO2 in air. Response time of less than 1 minute and recovery time of the order of several minutes are observed. Annealed at 320℃, the stablity and the repeatability of the sensors are improved.

摘要:To understand better the properties of the interface layer of a-SiN:H and a-Si:H, we proposed a new measurement technique to probe the electron accumulation process caused by a step applied voltage. The samples with the structure of Cr/ a-SiN:H (3500A) /a-Si:H (2. 1μm)/n+ a-Si:H (500A)/A1 were used. The experimental results show that the a-SiN:H and a-Si:H contact forms an electron accumulation layer with electron density of about 3.2×1011cm-2. The density of accumulated electrons increases linearly with applied voltage, which agrees very well with theoretical calculation both in the shape of induced charge versus applied voltage curve and the magnitude of induced charge.
摘要:Based on the continuity equation and the particle flux equation, this paper deriveds the methematical model of photocurrent in bipolar devioes under square-pulsed γ radiation. In addition, this paper describes the photocurrent effect and the conductivity modulation effect on diffused resistors as well as the model in which the diffused resistor varies with γ radiation rate. Finally, a comparison is given which shows good agreement between the simulation of integrated voltage regulator and the practical radiation experiments, and suggestions for bipolar IC’s γ radiation-hardening are presented.
