摘要:A high level architectural synthesis procedure on DSP is given in the paper. An architecture of Systolic Array Processors is implemented in the DSP synthesis system. Starting from FDDL(1) behavorial description of DSP algorithms, a list of procedures as parsing, partitioning, DDG (Data Dependency Graph) generation, space projection & scheduling, retiming, data-path allocation are needed to generate the systolic processors array of an application-specific DSP algorithm. The synthesis algorithms and optimization strategies in each design stage are also studied, and some results are illustrated.
摘要:We present an efficient ower and ground (P/G) nets routing algorithm and a new strategy for its implementation in Building Block Layout system. In contrast to other works, more than one pad for each of the power nets is allowed. The new strategy consists of the following four parts: (1) An efficient hierarchical top-down P/G nets planar analysis and topological routing algorithm. (2) Wire width of P/G nets is determined. (3) After global spacing or global re-routing, the information of P/G nets topological router can be dynamically updated. (4) Planar gridless P/G nets detail routing with signal nets in a channel. Experiments show that our P/G nets routing method has achieved satisfactory results.
摘要:The paper describes the design of 1M bit ROM for Chinese character generation. The circuit design of functional parts has been analysed in detail. The characteristics of the 1M bit ROM prototypes have been tested. The test results show that the performance of the device completely meets the requirements oi design and application.

The Influence of particles, metallic and nonmetallic impurities, bacteria and total organic carbon in high purity water on performance of VLSI has been studied. The influence of impurity oxygen, water, carbon dioxide, total hydrocarbon (THC) in hydrogen chloride, nitrogen ammonia and silane on VLSI processing, and the effect of impurities in chemicals on VLSI processing have been studied.
摘要:This paper deducts the piezo-constant expression of 0-3 type connectivity according to the basic definition of piezoelectricity, and amends the flaw of T. Furukawa’s piezo-constant expression. This makes the theory more correspondent with the experimental results. By means of the analytical methods such as SEM and X-ray, we also discuss the mechanism which affects 0-3 type composite piezoelectricity and get three main factors affecting the piezoelectricity.

摘要:The deep levels of semi-insulating GaAs crystal befor and after annealing are respectively measured by Thermally Stimulated Depolarization Current (TSDC) method and the general kinetic equation of the thermostimulating relaxation process are developed. The thermal activation energy E and the kinetic order b et cetera are fitted by curve fitting and the computer simulation of theoretic curves is carried out. The theoretic result is well coincide with the experiment.
摘要:On the basis of analyzing previous models of generation width, a new model of generation width is presented, which may be used to directly calculate generation lifetime from capacitance-time transient characteristics of a MOS structure. This model can be regarded as a simplicity for Rabbani model, and meantime it can be considered as an improvement on Zerbst model. The analyses of experimental data show that the generation lifetime extracted by using the new model is consistent with that by using Rabbani model.

摘要:A direct algorithm to determine the weights of multi-layer feedfoward neural networks based on logical input samples is proposed in this paper. It can be realized by only three-layer networks for logical input samples; otherwise, a pretreatment layer between input layer and hidden layer has to be introduced to transform input samples into logical vectors. Because error-energy function is not introduced, the problems of slowly convergent rate and error trapped in to local minimum appearing in BP algorithm are avoided in this algorithm. Finally, the correctness of the algorithm is proved in detail and the computing process is explained with XOR problem.
摘要:Starting from the principle that an effective multivalued algebra system can reflect the physical process in multivalued circuits, this paper proposes a set of operations which may describe the interaction between signals and switch elements in multivalued ECL circuits. The physical counterparts and relative properties of these operations are discussed, and the switch-signal theory suitable to ECL circuits is established. Some basic quaternary ECL circuits are designed. They are proven to have correct logic functions and ideal characteristics by using SPICE program.

摘要:The principle of equivalence between switched-capacitor (SC) and switched-current (SI) circuits is described. A new SI biquadratic filter is presented with this equivalence. The SI circuit is derived from the SC biquadratic prototype with three op amps in literature[5]. The important feature of the proposed SI circuit is that it can simultaneously obtain lowpass, bandpass and highpass filter outputs, in a single building block. A general biquadratic realization is also proposed with this SI circuit.

摘要:This paper describes the measurement system of 10mV superconducting Josephson voltage standard developed by our institute. The total uncertainty of the system is 2.4×10-a and its random uncertainty is less than 1×10-a. In April 1988. the 2e/h value in SI Unit is precisely determined as 483597. 88GHz/V. The difference between our result and international adjustment is only 4× 10-a. Because it possesses very high accuracy and reliability, the system was ratified as National Temporary Voltage Natural Standard by National Monitoring Bureau of Technology and was formally put into operation in August 1992.

摘要:An expert-system-based robot high-level planning system has been developed and is empha-sically discussed in this paper. Some subplanning systems with potential application have been introduced. A two-robotic coordinated motion planning with collision-avoidance has been reported. This planning system has better planning capability and higher planning speed.
摘要:In this paper, the convergence properties of Hopfield-type associative neural network with projection learning rule under synchronous update operation have been studied. Using energy function method, we have proved the network having the property converging to one of its equilibrium points. A formula for estimating the upper bound of update steps required for convergence and an algorithm for calculating the convergent radius of the equilibrium point have been derived.
摘要:The effect of the particle size of Pb2(Tax, Ru2-x)O6+δ conductive phase contained in Ru-based thick film resistor on resistance and temperature coefficie t of resistance(TCR) has been studied. It is found that thick film resistor with stable resistance and TCR can be obtained by appropriately controlling the size of the conductive particle.

摘要:A method for synthesis of single CCⅡ filter with high-input impedance is presented in the paper. Second-order filters with the least RC components are composed. If more complex first-order RC networks are used, more second-order filters can be constructed.
