摘要:A Pattern Recognition Information Entropy Theory (PRIET) is presented in this paper. Two kinds of information sources in pattern recognition are analysed,the information entropy system in pattern recognition is defined,using the concept of information entropy,the convertion and transition of information entropies in learning and recognizing process are discussed and three information entropy theorems are presented. The PRIET reveals the inherent relationship between the feature selection and PR performance limitation,and is helpful for researching and designing the PR system. The PRIET is proved by the practice of Chinese character recognition system.

摘要:The definite physical model has been developed for the thin-film fully depleted buried n-channel SOI MOSFET without PN junction based on silicon direct bonding material. Its condution mechanism has been analized in detail,and the analytical expressions have been given. Finally,the analytical results based on this model have been compared with the experimental results,and the disscussion has been given.

摘要:A new theory about minority carrier injection into polysilicon emitter has been proposed in this paper. The minority carrier recombination in grain boundary and its width are considered. The functions of minority carrier mobility and lifetime as polysilicon width are introduced. Not only the conclusion that grain boundary blocks and recombines minority carrier is obtained,but the contribution of different grain boundaries to injecting saturate minority carrier current is distingnished successfully. The injecting saturate minority carrier current may be reduced the most effectively by the first grain boundary. Meanwhile,the relationship between the number of effective grain boundaries, which reduce injecting saturate minority carrier current more than ten percent,and the interfacial state density of grain boundary and grain size has also been presented.

摘要:Deep levels in n-type and p-type Si, due to Ti-sputtering and RTA (Rapid Thermal Annealing) at 950℃ .are investigated by using DLTS (Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy) technique. It is found that Ti-related defect levels at (Ec - 0. 09eV), (Ec - 0.26eV), (Ev + 0. 29eV), (Ev + 0. 41eV) and (Ev + 0. 53eV) are produced. The concentrations of these defects range from 1013 to 1014 cm-3,depending on the temperature of RTA. These defect levels may be attributed to substitutional Ti atoms,interaction of Ti with RTA.

摘要:The influence of electrode on laser gas stability of CO laser by several kinds of metal materials is investigated. These materials are Aluminum .Phosphorus Copper, OFHC Copper, Silver Copper Alloy,Stainless Steel,Nickel and Tantalum. From the analysis of the adhesion on the surface of electrode after discharge,we get the imformation about the surface variation,and We recognize that this can be the criterion of suitable electrode material selection. We find that Tantalum is a relative good electrode material for CO laser.
摘要:It is proposed that double-tuned circuit can improve the bandwidth of microwave and millimeter-wave IMPATT amplifier. The small and large signal characteristics of the amplifier are analyzed in detail and the conditions to realize the maximum bandwidth are given after the relationship between circuit parameters and broadband characteristic is discussed. The theoretical results are verified by the experiments.

摘要:A technique for the realization of all-pole highpass filters using OTA-C is presented. The method is based on the nodal voltage simulation of the passive LC ladder networks. The synthesis of OTA-C for the four kinds of resistive terminations of the passive prototype is also investigated.
摘要:For a two-dimensional (2-D) Roesser model digital system, a new expression of a scalar sensitivity of transfer function with respect to all coefficients is derived from Kawamata et al’ s definition of sensitivity [3], and an optimization method for lowering sensitivity is also given in this paper. The optimization method not only lowers sensitivity, but also increases structure efficiency. The example results show that the new expression is more agreeable with the computer simulation results than Kawamata et al’ s expression.

摘要:Select problems relating to multiple attributes occur frequently in many fields,such as design,test,etc. We have developed an expert system to tackle the multiattribute selection problems. This system is based on a merit function for multi- attribute utility measurement. Heuristic strategies are utilized to combine organically the attribute requirement with the merit score to help users to make decision. During the selection, the evaluation mechanism of the merit function would be regulated automatically according to the user’ s feedback.

摘要:An extended income function and an optimization technique using tradeoff of the parametric sampling and income are suggested. The technique is capable of coordinating the feasible solutions of the statistical multiobjective optimization in the IC design. Based on this technique an improved Monte Carlo yield optimization algorithm is obtained.

摘要:Resonant nuclear reaction and infrared absorption experiments have been used to investigate the behavior of hydrogen atoms in amorphous carbon films radiated by different doses of electron beam. It has been found that different doses of electron radiation make the hydrogen concentration and the exist patterns of hydrogen atoms change in a different degree.
摘要:In this paper,on the basis of truth table of a logic device,the constrained energy equations are established by use of Hopfield model. By using linear equations theory,the necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of its neural network is achieved,from which a general neural parameter expression for any one gate is obtained.

摘要:According to the papers[1][2],this paper presents a new fuzzy control algorithm with self-optimizing fuzzy sets and self-regulating the control rules, Based on the software design and the hardware design that the papers[4] [5] proposed,this paper presents the hardware realization of the universal fuzzy controller,whose principle is that the optimal fuzzy sets and control rules are determined by software and the control functions are realized by the Continuous Logic Circuits(CLC). Comparing with DDC controller that is optimized,this fuzzy controiler(FC)is simpler and more applicable, and the universality of this hardware design creates some conditions for further spread of the fuzzy control.

摘要:In this paper,we present an unconstrained optimal learning rule by analyzing asymptotic stability of the symmetric neural network. It ensures to store each training pattern with a nontrivial basin of attraction. Theoretically, we study convergence theorem of the learning algorithm and a lower bound of attraction basin. Computer simulations are reported to show its advantages.
摘要:A measurement method of generation lifetime profile is proposed, which is based on the capacttance-time(C-t)transient technique of pulsed MOS capacitors. By using the computer aided measurement, the whole measurement process,which involves sampling read out of C-t transient,data handling, and data output,is automatized.
摘要:In Ref. [1],we have established a new noise circuit theory,its advantages make the accuracy and efficiency of noise performance analysis and low-noise design to be greatly improved. In this paper,the experimental study on this noise circuit theory is described and its advantages are verified. Compared with other noise measurements,the noise spectrum measurement system given in this paper has the advantages of measurement overall low-frequency noise spectrum,accuracy higher than 4% and automatic operation. Moreover,the extracting problem of noise parameters of active devices or circuits is easily solved. Lastly,a pratical example of theoretical and testing results is given and compared with each other.
摘要:In this paper,the dynamic behaviors of continuous neural networks under structural variations in learning process are studied. A mathematical model of continuous neural networks specified by a time variation nonlinear differential equation is presented. A linearization method for analysing dynamics of a nonlinear network with structural perturbations at equilibria is suggested. The exponential stability of associative neural networks with invariant structure and with bounded slowly variation structure are investigated.
摘要:Second-order high-Q active RC notch networks can be realized by using the Q-multiplier structure[1]. It is shown from the theory and design that the structure can also be used in SC notch networks to decrease the capacitor ratio and capacitor area of the circuit.
