摘要:From the practical requirements of new astronomical photoelectronic imaging detectors,much attention has been paid to the design of new permanent magnet focusing field systems,in which curved input-image and demagnification are allowable.The constrained inverse design of the focusing magnetic field in electrostatic and magnetic imaging systems applying new permanent magnet materials is discussed and investigated using the constrained optimization CVM (Constrained Variable Metric) method.

摘要:This paper reported a novel bulk acoustic wave (BAW) microresonator structure based on piezoelectric thin films and polysilicon membrane. In contrast with conventional BAW composite resonators based on Si membrane,the poly-Si mambrane is fabricated with surface micromachining technology. The process is a completely planar approach and the double-side lithography and back-side etch are deleted. The c-axis oriented piezoelectric thin film ZnO is grown on poly-Si membrane by S-gun magnetron reactive sputtering.The size of a microresonator is less than 250×250μm2 and the resonant frequency is about 560MHz.
摘要:An improved surface acoustic wave (SAW)/diode convolver is presented.It makes use of a SAW tapped delay line and the nonlinearity of an attached array of backward biased diodes.The harmonics of input signals and the influence between the taps can be suppressed well in the new structure.It possesses the advantages of real-time processing,simple structure and high efficiency.The analysis of the convolver and the experimental results of a device with 28 taps are also given.
摘要:A new high-efficiency microstrip photoconductor switch ultrashort electric pulse generator is presented in this paper. The effect of photoconductor switch on instantaneous property of output electric pulse is discussed in theory. The experimental results are given.

摘要:The reliabilrty of 62Sn-36Pb-2Ag surface mount solder joints has been analyzed by means of thermal fatigue tests.Meanwhile,the effect of different plated process for components and substrate on reliability is discussed,and the evolution of thermal fatigue dislocation substrucure and failure mechanism of solder joints have been studied tentatively. The results show that:intermetallic compounds influence the reliability of solder joints significantly,for solder joints of components and substrate plated with Au ,the thermal fatigue cracks initate and propagate in AuSn4 intermetallic compounds ;on the other hand, solder joints plated with Ni/Au ,cracks initiate at the AuSn4/β-Sn interface. TEM observation finds out that there is high density dislocation in β-Sn phase after crack initiation.
摘要:C-V,I-V,interface,charge density and breakdown characteristics of MLS stucture are deeply studied in terms of device physics in this paper,and a new type of MLS structure field effect transistor with high electrical performance is developed.The experimental results of MLSFET fit well with the theoretical analysis.
摘要:The nonlinear characteristics of the 90°bridge coupler power amplifier/combiner are thoroughly analyzed after the dynamic equations at large signal are derived. The formulation of gain at small signal is obtained.The effect of the parameters of each amplifier on the combining results is discussed. Experiments at Ka band are in accordance with the theory very well.
摘要:This paper presents a digital circuit high-level synthesizer DCS. The synthesis of data path and the implementation of control sequene in DCS are mainly discussed in the following subproblems:the allocation of operators, the allocation of interconnection units,the synthesis of control circuits and the implementation of circuit at gate level.The clique algorithm is used in the allocation of operators, the rule-based method is used in the allocation of interconnection units, and the counterbased method is used to implement the synthesis of comtroller.
摘要:With TLU-based FPGA becoming more and more popular,various specific logic mapping algorithms have emerged for either area optimization or delay optimization. But until now there is no good logic mapping solution for the trade-off between area consideration and delay consideration. In this paper,we present an improved algorithm for above problem,which also adopts a novel heuristic algorithm to partition the DAG into single-output sub-DAGs.
摘要:The paper presents a new gate matrix layout system:GMS for VLSI CMOS circuits.GMS can be used as a cell generator to produce basic cells automatically.The whole layout procedures in GMS are divided into gate assignment ,net assignment and compaction. Based on the consideration of many practical constraints,GMS uses a new gate assignment algorithm which can improve Li’s algorithm[6] a lot.GMS also transfers net assignment into an extended l-dimensional assignment problem,and a heuristic algorithm is developed. GMS allows users to do interactive improvement on the layout results.It compacts the layout results to further reduce the used area.GMS has been implemented in C language on Micro VaxII.Many practical examples are tested and the experimental results are promising.

摘要:Direct electro-optic sampling is a very powerful technique for characterizing high speed GaAs integrated circuits on wafer,An electro-optic sampling system using semiconductor lasers has been set up. It has been used to test 43.7 ps fuli width at half maximum electric pulses generated by a comb generator,SGHz microwave signaIs, phase shift or time delay of 3GHz microwave signals and static curve of microwave ferrite phase shifter. This system will be applied to the on-wafer tests of dynamic characters of high speed GaAs integrated circuits.

摘要:The paper proposes a five-input adder module with dual carry-out ,which can process more information. As examples,a nine-input adder and a serial carry-propagation adder for three multi-bit numbers are designed.It is shown that the number of adder module can be reduced in the design of arithmetic operation circuits with the module.

摘要:Based on the extended physical optics approximation,we obtain the Fourier diffraction theorem for a perfectly conducting object,which is quite similar to the one for a dielectic object derived under the Born or Rytov approximation. This identity relates the object characteristic function with the scattered fields over a measurement plane in Fourier domain.Therefore,it can be used to reconstruct a perfectly conducting target from the scattered dara. The availability of the itientity is exemplified by a circular cylinder case.
摘要:A complete model of PIN-PD is presented in this paper.This model can be used to develop OEIC CAA program for DC,AC and transient analysis.The results from this model for an InGaAs/InP PIN-PD agree well with the reports.
摘要:The order of complexity and stability of linear time-invariant active networks is studied by means of tha concept of decoupling zeros in polynomial metrix theory,and the network(or system)matrix P(s)is obtained hased on the fundamental loop metrix, fundamental cutset matrix and branch V-I relation matrix.Compared with Reference (3), the order of network matrix is lower,the elementary row operation becomes easier and the complexity is studied,too.
摘要:In this paper,a probability space is introduced to describe IC yield optimization problem,and the probability measure of the feasible region is employed to indicate the yield The weighted Monte Carlo method is snitable in the early optimizzation stage,while the improved SA algorithm is more efficient in the final stage.Using these methods,the yield optimization system for integrated circuits (YOSIC)works very well.
