摘要:The store technique of persistent object providies programmers with the manipulation capacity of RAM and disks on the level of high Languages.The study of the store technique of persistent object is substantiated in the practice of persistent object-oriented programming languages (POOPL) , object-oriented databases (OODB) and object management systems (OMS) . This paper deals with the basic concepts and requirements concerning the store of persistent object ,formulating POOPL ,OODB and OMS. In addition,the paper discusses briefly the prototype design of distributed object store as well as the design of JB2 OMS.
摘要:Recursion is one of the most important basic principles in computer science[1].But it has become a natural enemy of parallel processing since the parallel system was born. Based on cutting with real changing order points[2,3] ,cutting with equal length and refined cutting[3] ,the paper introduces the concepts of function weight and segment cutting ,simulates the relationship between whole course tracing[4] and segment tracing[5] and derives the result that cutting a shorter segment will reveal the law of whole course, so as to destroy recursion limits thoroughly and display the maxium benefits of parallel processing by means of multi-processors or vector processors.
摘要:This paper presents a learning problem from positive examples based on multiple valued minimization paradigm.A new heuristic algorithm for the problem is given.Compared with the existing learning methods from examples,the proposed algorithm is based on deductive reasoning. Furthermore,the algorithm is simple,fast and easy to implement. The comparison of the proposed algorithm with the inductive learning system AQ15 and the Boolean function minimization system SWT is carried out by two illustrations: the knowledge acquisition for the automatic weiding technology design and the Boolean function minimization.

摘要:The silicon bipolar transistors with hFE≈300 at 77K and hFE=21.7 at 10K (this value is better than that reported in reference[7]have been designed and fabricated. The IC, IB-VBE characteristics at 77K and hFE-1/T characteristics of the devices have been measured and an explorative explanation on them has been given by a new idea.

摘要:A new silicon unitized micro-acceleration sensor is presented in this paper. Both analysis and experiment show that it has many advantages over the conventional structure,such as good temperature characteristics,simple process technique,high yield and so on. The structure is most suitable for manufacturing resonant sensors.
摘要:In this paper both bolometric and optically induced nonequilibrium mechanisms for the superconducting photodetector are theoretically analysed. Formulae of responsibility for the device have been shown. Characteristics of photodetectors based on the granular and epitaxial films are measured ,and the experimental results have been compared with the proposed theoretical model. High Tc superconducting YBa2Cu3O7-δ film photodetectors with good performances are developed.
摘要:A nonlinear circuit model based on the small signal equivalent circuit of semiconductor laser is presented in this paper. This model enables the modulation response and nonlinear distortion of LD and other relevant circuit to be analyzed in a unified manner using any general circuit analytical software. The second harmonic and third order intermodulation distortion of a single mode LD are predicted by hsing the established model. The results are in good agreement with published theoretical and experimental data.

摘要:A common method is proposed to analyze synchronized system with N oscillators mutually injection-locked. Both the perfect equivalent nonlinear model and state equations of the system are obtained. The CAA and CAD of these kinds of systems are made practical when the parameters of the physical oscillators and combining networks are put into computation.
摘要:The capacitance between gate and source of a-Si TFT consists of not only parasitic capacitance Cgspdue to overlaps between gate and source electrodes ,but also intrinsic capacitance Cgsi between the channel at the source sied and gate electrode. The formula for Cgsi is derived from gradual channel approximate model. The revised formula for level shift voltage △Vp at pixel electrode may explain some experimental data satisfactorily,which can not be done by traditional formula for △Vp, so the ambiguous view on △Vp mechanism is clarified.

摘要:In this paper,a kind of laser-controlled semiconductor-loaded E-plane waveguide switch has been presented. The on/off ratios and insertion losses are given under laser illumination.The on/off ratio reaches 38. 5dB,the front fringe time of the switch is about 0.05ms,and the insertion loss is only 0. 16 dB at frequency 37.1GHz. One simple method to analyze its behaviors, which is in good agreement with the experimental results,has been introduced. It shows that such switch can be applied in high power millimeter-wave system.
摘要:NiOx thin films were prepared using dc magnetron reactive sputtering in the various pressures of oxygen. They were subsequently hydrated to obtain NiOxHy by treatment in the aqueous KOH. Electrochemical characterization of NiOxHy thin films were measured,and spectral normal transmittance and near normal reflectance for bleached state and coloured state of NiOxHy thin films were measured in 0.35〈λ〈2.5μm wavelength range. Sputtering oxygen pressure dependence of average luminous transmittance ,reflectance and absorptance on the bleached and coloured state was derived. The absorption coefficients for near optimum sample vs wavelength and electrochromatic mechanism were discussed.
摘要:An integrated circuit of a receiver-stimulator has been designed for a multiple-channel electronic cochlea using a combination of full-custom and semi-custom design strategies,The IC mainly contains a data receiver,a decoding circuit ,a control signal generator,a supply voltage monitor,an error detector,a programmable current source and an output switching network. It has two stimulation modes ,256 levels of output current and 22 outputs for electrodes. All of the analog and digital circuits have been fabricated using a standard 3-μm CMOS P-well process technology. The chip area is 12. 5mm2.

摘要:A ten-valued circuit of decimal arithmetical unit using DYL devices is presented. The DYL device is a kind of linear element,able to work at any voltage between 0-3 volts with high resolution to signals.This gives a good ground for the realization of the ten-valued logic circuits,with high information density. By designing the circuit, a method called"data assigning and selective output"(DASO) is adopted. All possible values of the output are assigned to the circuit,and proper output is selected out according to the input signals. The method of DASO is of general significance to the design of multiple-valued circuits.

摘要:This paper first suggested a method,which has used the kinetic theory of chemical reation for investigation of semiconductor statistics (distributions) then,a several channels ,in which oxygen negative ion O2 ̄-,O ̄- can be produced on the surface of gas sensing materials are analysed by the same method,and the formula of the concentrationratio [O2 ̄-]/[O ̄-] decreases with the temperature increases and estimating of ionsorbed madelung potential ,a conclusion is made ,which it is impossible for ion O ̄- to be produced on the surface of the perfect ionic crystals. Furthermore ,the channel which possiblly produces O ̄- on the surface is described.
摘要:On the basis of a priori reference and existance of tolerance,problems of diagnosis are clearly distinguished as three different classes.It is revealed that fault cones are objective reality and thereby features of these classes are developed.
