摘要:Discrete Fourier Transform in finite fields has a wide range of applications,especially in digital signal processing,coding and cryptology.The conventional DFT in finite fields exists only for blocklength which is co-prime with the characteristics of the fields,so it can not be used to process the data with any other blocklengths.In this paper,a new DFT of arbitrary blocklength in finite fields is proposed,and the related properties of the new DFT are investigated,its applications in cryptology and coding are also discussed.

摘要:Statistical multiplexing can be used to gain higher bandwidth efficiency,but it’s important to properly control the input traffic to avoid severe network congestion.The leaky bucket algorithm has been proposed as an important method in the rate-based traffic control in ATM networks.We derive the leaky bucket algorithm for bursty sources in ATM networks and obtain the analytical expression of the relation among the leaky bucket performance,the leaky bucket parameter and the statistical parameters of input traffic.The results of computer simulation show its concordance with the theoretical analysis.

摘要:In this paper,the security problem of the encryption procedures in the public key cryptosystems ECPSZ and ECPS3 which are based on error correcting codes is discussed.It is pointed out that a permuation matrix can be found in time O(n3) from the public information of the cryptosystems,which can be used to decrypt the ciphertexts encrypted with the secret permutation matrix,where n is the mumber of rows(columns) in the secret permutaion matrix.Further,detailed procedure to attack ECPS2 is described.
摘要:In this paper,a new decision feedback blind equalization cost function is introduced,which is strictly a convex function with respect to tap weight vector of forward equalizer,vector of the feedback equalizer and the error probability of system. Its global convergence is guaranteed by using gradient algorithm.For a typical channel input with 16QAM sequence,our scheme has proved to have low comoputational complexity and fast convergence rate.
摘要:Together with differential signals,utilizing self-learning blind signal separation,the blind separation of time delay narrow band signals is realized. The results of computer simulation are also presented.

摘要:The intra-faults and the inter-faults of the units are modeled by Markov processes and Renewal processes respectively,and the size of the packet loss in these faults models is used as performability evaluation standard for internetworks.The relative formulas are derived and a way to increase reliability and performability for internetworks is presented.

摘要:So far many fruitful results have been obtained for equilibrium characterization of the continuous Hopfield model.In this paper we show that most of them can be extended to the Bidirectional Associative Memory(BAM) model through a special arrangement of its connection weights.Stressed issues are equilibrium conditions,asymptotic stability and regions of attraction of stable equilibrium points,which have important significance in the design of BAM.
摘要:In this paper,an augmented neural network for solving linear and quadratic programming problems is given.It is shown that the new network system is globally convergent to a solution to the problem.The network is capable of achieving the exact solution and solving both the primal problem and dual problem simultaneoursly.

摘要:The Travelling Salesman problem(TSP) is studied using Hopfield neural network(HNN) in this paper.A new algorithm is proposed by simplifying energy function,and the feasibility of the algorithm is analyzed.The analysis is based on the geometry of the subspace set up by the degenerated eigenvalues of the connection matrix.A large number of simulation results show that the algorithm has the advantage of avoiding most local energy minima with the optimum or near-optimum solution and fast speed of convergence.

摘要:In this paper,the OS-CFAR detector is studied in Weibull background and its performance for an homogeneous clutter background is analyzed.For Weibull background with unknown shape parameter C the estimation method with censoring function is proposed based on expectation value and median of random variables from a reference window.In addition,the performance of this estimation method is disccussed in an homogeneous clutter background.The results show that the estimation algorithm possesses very small additive CFAR losses.For N=16,C=2 and k=12,the CFAR losses of the algorithm are much smaller than those of the two parameter OS-CFAR.
摘要:Scan-beam synthetic aperture radar(SCANSAR) is proposed to solve the problem that SAR is constrained to a narrow swath by ambiguity limitation.This paper mainly engaged in SCANSAR imaging.SCANSAR operation principle,signal structure,signal parameters and data format are studied carefully befor imaging processing is taken into consideration.Signal processing includes the block data imaging algorithm and the subimages mosaicing algorithm.In block data imaging,two kinds of azimuth algorithms,spectrum analysis algorithm and time domain-frequency domain hybird algorithm,are discussed.In subimages mosaicing,time relation is utilized to clip the subimages and combine them sequentially.Computer simulation,which includes reformatting SEASAT raw data to SCANSAR data,processing block data and combining the subimages to a whole image,verifies the proposed signal format and imaging algorithm.
摘要:In research of image sequence analysis by using successive two image plane and two steps method one can not obtain accurate motion parameters.In this paper we use arbitrary of image frames and iterative extended Kalman filter approach to estimate object motion parameters.Simulated results show that recursive algorithm is convergent and result data are effective on condition that initial values are suitable.

摘要:In this paper,we suggest using widrow-Hoff LMS method for SAR parameter estimation.Two supervised classifiication experiments and two unsupervised segmentation experiments have been carried out to examine the performance of the LMS estimation scheme.The classification accuracy rates of our experiments are 91% and 100% respectively.In our segmentation experiments,the texture boundries are accurately detected.
摘要:This paper proposes a new non-adaptive quasioptimal approach to temporal-spa-tial 2-D signal processing:filtrating clutter spectrum by rotating.The clutter spectrum over theplan of temporal-spatial 2-D spectrum can be rotated to be a verticall line band and then can be filtrated.Conipared with other approaches published,its performance of the signal detection is more optimal and the real-time processing is easy to be realized.

摘要:This paper analyzes the misadjustment noise introduced by the momentum factor α for traditional BP algorithm,and points out that it is not neglected to effect converget precision of the algorithm.At the same time,an improved algorithm with stochastic attenuation momentum factor is presented.
