摘要:This paper presents a new approach based on a simulated evolution (SE) method to optimize the design of filters. SE method can be used to search for the optimum parameters of a filter so as to accurately match with desired frequency characteristics. The basic idea of SE and the practical implementation are described. The results show the advantages of SE algorithrm and its applicationprospect for optimization of the pararmeters of filters with non-standard frequency characteristics.
摘要:After analyzing the traditional equation on the Thermally Stimulated Current (TSC) of dipoles with a single activation energy, especially on the physical meaning of the transcendental function in the TSC equation,a new kind of thermally stimulated current theory with an arbitrary dipoles activation energy density distribution is deduced. With the expression obtained in this paper,it is easy to get the numbers and activation energy density distribution of the dipoles which attribute to the currents.

摘要:A kind of Bi-MOS Hybrid-Mode Transistor is proposed. The structure of BMHMT is essentially a four-terminal MOSFET with MOS and LBJT working together, so the processes of BMHMT are compatible with MOSFET,The current driving capability of BMHMT is higher than any of the single MOSFET,the single LBJT or their simple combination. The experimental results show that the magnitude of current gain of BMHMT is as high as 2500(VBS=0. 62V) under 0.smA collector current per unit width. Moreover, under low base current level, the short channel effect is lower than that of MOSFET. Above characteristics have been successfully proved by simulation of PISCES device simulator and experiment results.
摘要:It is illustrated in manufacturing micromotor that the contact friction between rotor and substrate or axial is a major hurdle in the instability of rotor. The rotation rate and lofetime are far away from the theoretical value. It is a good manner of replacing the mechanical bearing by electric suspension. In this paper, we present the stable equilibrium condition of electrostatic suspension and simulate the dynamics process of levitation. We have also experimentally demonstrated the robustness and practicality of the electrostatic suspension in micromotors:a 3cm diameter and 0. 2mm thick glass plate was levitated from rest and held stably after tuning the circuits.
摘要:A three-dimensional recombination kinetics of carriers,adapted for GaAs bulk photoconductive semiconductor switches (PCSS), is utilized. And three-dimensional fullwave analysis for transient EM problem of PCSS is implemented by employing both time-domain finite-difference method and superabsorption technique. Three-dimensional pictures given in this paper may be helpfulto understand transient phenomena in PCSS and the computer programmes may be useful for practice calculation. An“optimum design”is proposed,which may alleviate somewhat the major disadvantage to bulk PCSS ,its requirement for large optical trigger energies. A discussion about the effect of static field components on numerical results is also given.

摘要:The scale down of device dimension is an effective way to realize VLSI technology,however,the dimension is limited to a definite level by the influence of some parasitic and second order effects. On the basis of comparative analysis of small devices operating at room temperature and at low temperatures,the subthreshold behaviour and its effects on the device properties and scale downprinciples are described emphatically. A kind of low temperature scale down principle is presented according to the low temperature operation characteristics,which will play an important role in low temperature MOSFET optimal design and further improvement of the circuits and systems.

摘要:In this paper a systematic approach of 2D reasoning and 3D interpretation from a single image is presented from the point of view of perceptual organization and uncertainty reasoning.Three steps are involved in the 3D perceptural organization approach : (1)2D grouping and uncertainty reasoning;(2) 3D interpretation and justification; (3) model-based consistency verification. Experiments with real images of indoor scene have shown the robustness and efficiency of the approach.
摘要:The optical soliton transmission at 2. 5GHz by using semiconductor optical soliton source and EDFAs was achieved. In addition,numerical simulation was done according to a simplified theoretical model including generation and transmission of semiconductor optical soliton. The results agree well with experimental data.
摘要:To the coupled MP type equations, we propose a strategy to find the optimal convergent system when the equilibrium states are given,categorize the weights by the different dynamical properties of systems,provide the representative element of these equivalent classes and a linear relation about the evolution of the system, and then we acquire the information on equilibrium states,oscillation and fault tolerance (the error of inputs and weights).

摘要:Vector Quantization (VQ) codebooks of speech signals are researched in this paper.Codeword expection or codeword difference is chosen as characteristic variable and correlative coefficients of charcteristic variable sequences are presented ,which are used to analyze the VQ codebooks of different speech signals. Some results are shown.
摘要:The overall scheme aiming at the three-dimensional reconstruction of vascular structures from X-ray projections relies greatly on the efficient detection and structural description of the vessels in the image frames. In this paper an approach for primitive organization and selection is proposed, which deals with an intermediate visual processing level, separating the principal structures from the image for structural analysis by using a structural saliency algorithm (SSA)to organize and select the salient centerline curves and salient contour curves separately and then combining them to verify the result of the SSA and to eliminate noisy structures.
摘要:An energy band model amorphous semiconductor is presented for alkali metal antimonide photocathode ,which is different from previous crystalline model. Current Transport Characteristics of alkali metal antimonide and bulk effect of Cesium in Na2KSb(Cs) photocathode are interpreted successfully for the first time on the basis of Mott-Davis amorphous theory. It’s of significance for alkali antimonide photocathodes’ recognition and development. The self-consistent results about the strength of amorphous characteristics are obtained.

Its frequency response to the direct modulation is measured. Then the equivalent parameters of LD are extracted. The technical way is discussed to improve the properties of LD in China.
摘要:A New configuration of an erbium-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA) has been proposed to improve the pumping efficiency and saturated output power. For 1. 48μm pumping ,this configuration can double the pumping efficiency with the same fiber length. The maximum value of small signal gain is 3dB larger ,and the saturated output power of this configuration is 1. 5dBm higher than those of the normal type.
摘要:A novel variable radix fast multiplication algorithm is presented. In the algorithm,redundant binary representation is adopted to carry out addition of two big numbers (512 bits or more)without carry propagation. The idea of variable radix fast multiplication is proposed. It makes the algorithm 33% more efficient than the radix-4 multiplication algorithm,and 11% more efficient than the radix-8 multiplication algorithm. Compared with the radix-8 multiplication algorithm, its hardware realization is simpler and it can overcome the radix-8 algorithm’s drawback that efficiency is seriously descended at worse and worst conditions. As a kernal,it is efficient for the hardware VLSI implementation for many public-key cryptosystems such as RSA cryptosystem.

摘要:This paper proposes a new clustering method by using genetic algorithms for the optimization of the objective functions in conventional clustering algorithms. Experimental results show that our algorithms have much higher likelihood of finding the global or near global optimum solutionsthan the c-means and the c-lines clustering algorithms.

摘要:A two dimensional simulator has been developed for thin film submicron and deep submicron SOI MOSFET. In order to improve the calculation efficiency,the dynamic method of two steps has been used to solve Poisson’s equation and the current continuity equations for electrons and holes. The characteristics and mechanism of thin film SOI MOSFET have been discussed by means of simulation results. All of the characteristics of thin film deep submicron SOI MOSFET are more excellent than thick film SOI MOSFET. The simulation results are in agreement with experimental results.

摘要:A unified and systematic parameter extraction for SOI MOSFET’s has been presented,thereby the CMOS/SOI ICs simulation can use simulator such as SPICE after implemented with SOI MOSFET model. The results show that the SOI MOSFET model and the utilization of extraction program are trustworthy.

摘要:An analog circuit hardware implementation of artificial neuron is studied. The programmable synapse circuit and gain adjustable neuron circuit are analyzed. As an application example,a 8 X 7 single-layer perceptron network is built. PSPICE simulation results using level-2 model parameters of a 3μm CMOS process are given,and the predicted function for pattern identification is obtained.
摘要:Optical guidings in Ramarn FELs are studied theoretically and calculated. We have performed a two-dimensional program (FELOG) ,which is used to study optical guidings without and with wave-guide constructions. The numerical simulatins include optical field profile optical field radius. filling factor , and equivalent index of refraction,etc. The simualated results from experimental parameters agree well with experimental results. And the factors that affect optical guidings are analysed and discussed.

摘要:By using the unified analytical method,the performances of various inductance tuned optical receivers with pin photodiode and FET are studied. The tuned optical receiver was designed and made. The calculated curves agree well with the tested results. The 3dB band width of the receiver is more than 600MHz. The receiver can be used in the microwave subcarrier multiplexed lightwave system between 0. 9 GHz and 1.5GHz.
