摘要:Based on interval fuzzy sets,the inductive learning space is fuzzified,the distinction interval is newly defined to measure the learnable performance of concepts to be learned. By applying the operator of partition for basic event space,the value of distinction interval and the effieiency of inductive learning for concepts to be learned are improved.Fuzzy inductive learning Algorithm (ILA) is presented for fuzzy inductive Learning problems. In terms of the example sets of concepts offered by experts,algorithm ILA can learn fuzzy inference rules about concepts to be learned. Finally,the complexity of algorithm ILA is also discussed.
摘要:A technique is presented for the determination of complex permittivity of low-loss liquid materials at microwave frequencies. By using high Q factor TEOmn multimeding circular cavity ,ε’γ and tanδ of the low-loss liquid materials can be measured accurately. The uncertainty of ε’γ is ±0. 5% ,and that of tanδ is ± 5. 8%. Frequency response of ε’γ and tanδ is observed within a band. The technique is simple ,rapid and automated for measurement ,and it can be used for measurements of different low-loss liquid materials.
摘要:In miniature optically pumped NH3 submillimeter wave lasers,interaction of Raman processes becomes an important effect,which dominates the laser output intensity and spectral characteristics. AsCO2-9R (16) laser line pumps NH3, two Raman processes s→a P ( 7,0 ) and s→a P (7,1)interact and enhance each other,while CO2- 9R (30) line pumping , competrtion among the Raman processes appears.

摘要:The new nonuniform mesh FDTD method is presented in this paper. The special treatments of calculation are taken at interfaces between little and large lattice,and the problem of accuracy and amount of computation is solved fairly well. The 2-D transient scattering by cylindrical targets is considered using this method ,and compared with the conventional FDTD method.
摘要:A new dispersion compensation method for high-speed terrestrial cascaded Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier wavelength division multiplexed (WDM) optical transmission systems is proposed in this paper. By means of specially designed dispersion-shifted fiber(SDDSF) with zero dispersion wavelength around 1. 6μm and dispersion slope S0=0. 05ps/km/nm ,-2~-4ps/km/nm dispersion is generated at 1550nm to avoid severe four-wave mixing in WDM systems using ITU-T G. 653 DSF. The positive dispersion of ITU-T G. 652 standard single-mode fiber is utilized to compensate for the negative dispersion of SDDSF over 1530~1570nm (EDFA bandwidth ). With this method, dispersion induced eye opening penalty could still be less than 1dB after 1000km fiber transmission in systems with bit-rate higher than 10Gb/s per channel.

The formulas of the phase noise spectrum density of receiver video signals are given when radar signals are in the form of rectangular pulse or linear FM pulse. The formulas of the limited improvement factor are also given.It is proved that the formulas in frequency domain and time domain are identical.
摘要:This paper deals with the performance of the multilevel PSK spread spectrum (SS)systems with trellis coded modulation(TCM) for indoor communications. A tight upper bound of the performance,which is verified by computer simulation,is derived.The moment method based on the maximum entropy is exploited to extimate the probability density function for the multiple access interference and multipath interference. The construction criteria of TCM in indoor channel is discussed briefly. The effect of the phase error on the system performance is studied.The numerical and simulation results show that the performance of the trellis coded SS system is improved considerably over that of the conventional uncoded SS system.
摘要:The paper presents a speech coding system, called Chinese speech recognition vocoder,with extremely low bit rate-60bps. Experiments on 32 sentences comprising 267 syllables showed that, the average intelligibility of sentences is 91.9% while the average syllable recognition correct rate is 74. 16%. The structure of the vocoder is introduced,and experimental results are given.

摘要:The Harmonic Balance method is an efficient method in steady state analysis of nonlinear circuits.As a very important part,algorithms of spectra calculation should be selected carefully.In this paper,we apply a new algorithm to calculate the spectra of nonlinear elements,which fully utilizes the nonlinear functions’characteristics and the known frequency components in the steady-state response.Without any sampling,we get the spectra directly.The time and memory have been greatly reduced.

摘要:Neumann’s method has been used to investigate the low-frequency electromagnetic scattering problems by an infinitely long conducting cylinder ,Both E-wave incidence and H-wave incidence have been studied and some numerical examples have been expounded. The Neumann’s series solution has the virtues of fast convergency for low frequency calculations and does not involve the matrix inversion in the numerical formulation. The surface current distributions are obtained as simple summations ,and hence the computational time is greatly saved compared with other numerical methods.

摘要:The probability distribution and the average ambiguity function of the radar waveform ,and the probability distribution of the range sidelobe (RSL) are systematically analysed for a new kind of noise radar-random binary phase coded (RBPC) CW radar.A statistical method of reducing the RSL by 30dB is presented. In the meantime,the design of the system parameters is made and the extention of the doppler Eolerance is discussed.It is shown that this kind of noise radar can detect long-range and high-speed targets.
摘要:A novel toplolgic construction and the synthetic method of mirowave active filter are presented,and the computer simulation is made. The CAD results show that the given microwave active filter does have a good narrow-band filter property. The positive gain of more than 10dB in passband and the attenuation of more than 30dB in stopband are achieved.
摘要:A Scheme of radar image for achieving high range resolution is presented.The high resolution is achieved by processing a carrier with frequency kept constant wrthin each pulse ,but frequency shifted from pulse to pulse by a fixed frequency step size. According to the requirement of engineering design,the effects of system errors including frequency error and the error from the quadrature demodulation are analysed and experiment simulated with computer.A series of simulation results and quantitative relationships with some error are given.

摘要:Calculations have been made for the rotationally symmetric monopole antennas with different shapes by moment method. By comparing VSWR, gain and the volume of the antenna, an ideal configuration is obtained. The curves of the low cut-off frequency and the frequency at which the maximum direction of the radiation pattern begins to turn upwards versus the antenna height are given.Theoretical calculations and experimental results are compared with excellent agreement.
摘要:An antenna with frequency selective subreflector is introduced ,and the measured radiation patterns and RCS of the antenna are given. The resuhs show that this antenna can obtain about 20dB of RCS reudction and similar radiation properties in comparison with the antenna having ordinary subreflector.

摘要:A novel microstrip antenna with large bandwidth is studied in this paper,with the design method and the experimental results to be presented. Also,the relationship between the input impedance and the structure parameters has been discussed. A more than 33% measured impedance bandwidth for the antenna with VSWR less than 2 can be achieved ,and the 3dB beamwidths of the antenna at different frequencies in the band are between 50°and 70°.

摘要:In this paper,under limited-band condition,the precise solution of sampling-variance with N samples and ALLAN variance and Two samplies without any approximation condition are derived for the frequency flicker noise which has power law spectral density in frequency source,to be based on the results given in literature[2] ,by using stochastic signal processing theory and transformation technique. This problem has not been solved from literature[1] to [6].

摘要:This paper has given a new nonsymmetric neural network model,which can be used to solve unconstrained minimax problem. We have proved that nonsymmtric linear and nonlinear neural networks are Lyapunov stable and the solution is the stable point of the Lagrange equation. The computing result show that this method is better.

摘要:Based on the structure of linear programming neural circuits and a simiplified neuron model as a principal component analyzer, a left-right neural network (LRNN) is proposed, and its boundedness and stability are given and proved. Both LRNN and its anti-Hebb rule can solve the singularvalue decomposition of the general matrices and the eigenvalue decomposition of the symmetric matrices. The related simulations are also given.
