摘要:Traditional approaches for the analysis of stability of neural networks are quanti tative such as analysis of weight matrixes.This paper presents a logical method based on inference and contradiction analysis and reveals what partial/local structures are unstable factors,which is useful in the design and analysis of neural networks.In the paper,a logical theory of binary neural networks(BNNs) is first presented.Then,the qualitative analysis of the stability of BNNs is given.Finally,the formation of contradiction loops with full-constraint and semi-constraint rules is discussed.The analysis indicates that the existence of contradictory loops inside BNNs is a neces sary condition for BNNs to be unstable,so that it is possible to study the global properties of net works by only analyzing their partial/local structures.
摘要:In this paper,a new global optimizing algorithm that combines the modified Quasi-Newton method and the improved genetic algorithm is proposed to find the global minimum of the total error function of a fuzzy neural network.A global linear search algorithm based on fuzzy logic and combinative interpolation techniques is developed in the modified Quasi-Newton rnodel.It is shown that this algorithm ensures convergence to a global minimum with probability 1in a compact region of a weight vector space.The results of computer simulations also reveal that this algorithm has a better convergence property and the times of global search decrease obviously.

摘要:The precision of CCD calibration depends on both distortion models in imagery process and signal-noise-ratio.The former is called intrinsic factor,and the latter is called extrinsic factor.The paper presents to select distortion model using statistic notable check and correlation coefficient check,and use signal-noise-ratio,which is a proportion of distortions in data noise,as criterion.A large number of simulative and realistic experiments show(1) Various distortion models exist in various imagery system;(2)There is high correlation among distortion parameters or between distortion parameters and camera parameters;In addition,(3) The larger the signal-tonoise ratio is,the larger the compensation capability to distortion is,on the contrary,the smaller the ratio of signal-to-noise is,the smaller the compensation capability is;(4)The relation of precision improving with signal-to-noise ratio is exponential function.

摘要:The decomposition method-a new approach analyzing the repairable queueing system is provided,and by using this method the M/G/l queueing system with repairable service station is discussed again.Some decomposition results of two main reliability quantities-the propability that the service station fails at time t and the expected number of failure occurring during the time interval(0,t] are obtained,and further the Gl/G/l queneing system with repairable service station is also analysed.It is noteworthy that the decomposition method provided in this paper is new and concise.
摘要:Based on Kosko’s bidirectional associative memory(BAM) and Kohonen’s generalized inverse associative memory(GIAM),we propose a constrained least square bidirectional associative memory(CLSBAM)whose associative matrix(or connection weight matrix)satisfies a famous Lyapunov matrix equation.Unlike BAM,CLSBAM can handle not only dual polar data but also real number,and unlike GIAM,it possesses bidirectional and optimal assocative function under some constraints.Finally,with matrix singular value decomposition(SVD) theory and computer simulation,the feasibility of CLSBAM is confirmed.
摘要:In the generation of fuzzy systems,the primary work is to extract and modulate membership functions and fuzzy rules,but,using traditional methods, the amount of this work expands startlingly with the increasing of the number of variables.This paper presents a neural network based algorithm to automatically extract membership functions and rules of fuzzy systems.The complicated input-output relationship is firstly decomposed into the accumulation of simple input-output relationships.For each individual variable,the algorithm will generate a set of membership functions that are appropriate for all simple input-output relationships.The fuzzy rules of the whole system are then generated based on these membership functions.At last,an example is given to show the potential of the method.
摘要:This paper discusses the total dose radiation characteristics of 1.0μm SIMOX MOSFETs,CMOS/SIMOX inverters and ring oscillators.The thin film SIMOX MOSFETs have a good radiation characteristics.The radiation induced threshold voltage shifts are less than 1.0V when the irradiation dose is 3x105rad(Si) and 7x105rad(Si) for N-and P-MOSFET,respectively.The ring oscillator can operate well after irradiation of 5x105rad(Si) γ ray.Its propagation delay increases from 237ps to 328ps.The radiation tolerance of PMOSFET is better than that of NMOSFET.The radiation induced leakage of NMOSFET is mainly caused by the parasitic backchannel transistor.
摘要:The gain of compress strained multiple-quantum-well(CSMQW) lasers is theoretically analyzed and calculated.The energy movement of the hole Fermi level and the variation of the differential gain in the condition of p-type modulation doping(p-MD) in CSMQW barrier is also discussed.The relationship between the linewidth enhancement factor(α) and compress strain,p -MD density and injection carrier density is evaluated.The results show that strain effect and large injection can reduce α-parameter,however,it’s difficult to make the zero-point of α- parameter penetrate to the gain region,while the use of the P-MD can effectively reduce α-parameter at some wavelength in the gain region to zero.The increase of compressed strain and injection carrier density can effectively improve the reduction of α-parameter caused by P-MD.
摘要:Based on the site-binding model,being the recombination/generation concept of semiconductor physics for reference,a surface-site/recombination center model for the process of H+-ion dissociation-association in electrolyte-insulator(E-I) interface is presented.The effect of the Si3N4 insulator which contains two types of surface-sites and the ratio of silanol site to amine site on sensitive characteristic and stability of Si3N4-gate pH-ISFET is also discussed,and the results correspond with experimental results.It is useful in improving sensitive characteristic of pHISFET sensors.

摘要:The heterojunction barrier effects(HBE) in Si/SiGe/Si double heterojunction bipolar transistors (DHBTs) at various temperatures are studied.It is found that HBE becomes more evident with the increase of the valence-band discontinuity △Ev at the BC heterojunction.For a given △Ev at the BC heterojunction,as the temperature is reduced,HBE becomes more remarkable and seriously degrades HBT performance parameters.Based on above results,the effective measures to alleviate the HBE are proposed.These results will be very important for the design and development of low-temperature-operation microwave power SiGe HBT.
摘要:In this paper a novel method for fabricating large area metal field emission cathode arrays,in which flat glass is used as substrate and thick photosensitive organic film as mold,has been put forward.The result is simulated and the specific process is probed tentatively under our current conditions.Finally,the improvement of the process is discussed.
摘要:The microstructures of SIMOX(Separation by IMplanted OXygen) structures implanted at 170keV with doses between 0.6x1018O+/cm2and 1.8x1018O+/cm2,as-implanted and annealed at 1300℃ in Ar+0.5%O2,have been investigated by SIMS,RBS and TEM.The results show that implantation with dose as low as 0.6x1018O+/cm2 can form high qualitative surface silicon layer with atom-abrupt interfaces between Si/SiO2 after annealing,but there exist silicon islands with size as up to 60% the SiO2 width in the continuous oxide layer. Conventional 1.8x1018O+/cm2 implantation can cause big dislocation density which will affect the microstructure at the wafer surface after annealing.The experimentaly determined values of layer thickness are compared with values calculated from POISS(Program of Oxygen Implantation in Silicon Substrates) we developed earlier.It is found that the optimum dose for both surface Si and buried oxide is around the critical dose that forms an as-implanted continuous buried layer.

摘要:A soft switched DC resonant inverter with simple structure is researched.the principles and control strategies of the inverter are illustrated in detail in the paper.After the parameters in control law is analyzed by Phase-Plane method,other questions including optimal control,compensation of storage time are also discussed.An experiment in 3kW 40 kHz three-phase RDCLI has proved that the analysis described above is correct.

摘要:This paper presents a new kind of scheme called concealed ElGamal type signature schemes.In these schemes,ordinary true signatures are concealed,the signer only send the concealed signatures to the receiver.Many concealed signatures are proposed based on generalized ElGamal type signature schemes.Analysis shows that the concealed ElGamal type signature schemes not only are more secure than ordinary ElGamal type signature schemes,but also can used to seal subliminal channel and sign two different messages at once.
摘要:The deep submicron technology becomes mature day by day,which is paving the way for a wealth of opportunities for the electronic design automation(EDA).On the other hand,EDA has to face some challenges,and the fast timing simulation and interconnect-driven techniques are the most eye-catching ones.After reviewing the recent advancements in the above-mentioned fields,this paper addresses some imperative problems related to EDA.
摘要:The theory analysis and calculation on loss of a metal cladding optical guide has been given,and a large amount of experiment have been done.The results show that when the guide diameter is 200μm,its loss is 0.06dB/mm,varing linearly with the length.When the measured parameters affect the length of this guide clading,by measuring the loss,we can get the clading length and then measured parameters.For the loss measurement is accurate,cheap and easy,we can find a new good method to make up optical fiber sensor.
摘要:The multi-layer perceptron is introduced to charcacterize the microstrip discontinuity by describing s-parameters.The size of the microstrip and the frequency are defined as the input samples of the multi-layer perceptron, and the S-parameters are determined as the desired output samples.As the perceptron has been trained with the back propagation algorithm,the S-parameters of the microstrip at any arbitrary sizes and frequencies can be obtained quickly from the perceptron.
摘要:The problem of military blank region in reality,which is based on multi-sensor data fusion,is studied. The solving method using geometry feature of blank region in route algorithm is given. The blank region recognition algorithm,blank region counting algorithm and feature abstract algorithm of blank region are posed.The experimental results show that the technology here overcomes the weakness of original algorithm and improves the performance obviously.

摘要:This paper presents a new method for fuzzy-logic-based vision navigation of an autonomous vehicle in out-door environments.Its idea is that,based on a general approach for edge extraction by fuzzy inference,some special knowledge is integrated into a fuzzy rule base to recognize white lines or edges on roads for robot motion.This method is noise protection,and robustness to environment changes.Some experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method.

摘要:The propagation constant and rise time of High-Tc superconducting interconnect for VLSI packaging are calculated and simulated by using a generalized two-fluid model and transmission line theory.Meanwhile,the temperature dependences of attenuation constant and phase velocity as well as the rise time based on the generalized two-fluid model are compared with those based on conventional two-fluid model.The limitation of the later is indicated.Our results could be used in the VLSI system CAD.

摘要:FTP(Force telepresence) technique can realize the reappearance of force and tectile sense based on multi-sensor signal.In this paper,we analyze the activity and signal deviation caused by transmission time delay.A new passive transmission algortihm is proposed,which can maintain both the passivity of the transmission line and the reappearance of environment impedance without deviation.Lastly, the result of the experiment shows the effectiveness of the new passive transmission algorithm.

摘要:The aim of this work is to accelerate VLSI mask checking by transforming the linescan algorthm into a firmware implementation architecture.The firmware is impleniented by the structures of finite state machine and pipeline,and can be viewed as directly interpreting a sorted stream of possibly oblique edges which comes from PC I/O ports.Simulations of this firmware implementation yield speedups of approximate 50 times.

摘要:In this paper the complete noise equivalent circuit models for PIN and HEMT devices are presented.The accurate analysis and calculation for 2.5Gb/s PIN-HEMT optical receiver noise and sensitivity are made.In addition,the infiuence of low-frequency flicker noise on the sensitivity penalty is discussed.The measured results of optical receiver noise and its simulated results have a better agreement.
摘要:The process developed recently for vacuum microelectronic flat-panel nixie is introduced,including mainly how to fabricate the anode pillars(array)and the transparent flat-panel vacuum packages.Flat-panel nixies have been fabricated by the processing.TheⅠ-Ⅴ characteristic between gates and cathodes is ideal.Field emission characteristic,accompanied with fluorescence light,is also detected between cathodes and anodes.There are still some problems in maintaining the vacuum in package.The reasons are analyzed at the last part of the paper.
摘要:In this paper a principle of magnetoresistive effect has been discussed,a structure design of a magneto position sensor has been presented.We adopted a herringbone in short-circuit of magneto resistor.We designed a cantilever structure for the sensor.The experimental results show that sensor’s resolution factor has reached 0.01°.
