摘要:In this paper,we present a graph simplifying method which is fit for graph coloring problem. In this method,each node is deleted whenever its degree in the attained graph is less than a certain value. When graph coloring algorithms are combined with this simpliying method, their performances can be improved. We also exploit the schemes of setting the value and combining this method with GAs, and show the promising results of the simulation. Finally, it is pointed out that the method is also fit for other graph problems such as the largest clique, maximum independent set, etc.
摘要:This paper describes the design and implementation of a dual channel oversampled A/D converter. The converter uses a cascaded 4th order sigma-delta modulator. Through the modification of modulator’s interstage gains,the modulator’ large signal overload problem is alleviatednd the maximum output signal to noise ratio is increased. A low noise current-steering logic is introduced to replace static CMOS for digital circuit design,which reduces the digital switching noise coupling in the A/D converter.The experimental chip is fabricated in 3μm CMOS technology. Test results show that, with a oversampling ratio of 64,a 91dB and 84.5dB dynamic range for two channels is achieved which uses current-steering logic and static CMOS respectively.
摘要:This paper solved the boundary extension problem of wavelet. We presented two classes of zero-error extension methods, which establish extension equstion such that we can get perfect reconstruction at boundary. We described the second class algorithm in detail. The experimental results correspond with theory very well.

摘要:This paper presents some combinatorial algorithms for global optimization problems, which can be applied to solve model parameter extraction in bipolar junction transistors(BJT). The main advantage of combinatorial algorithms to a traditional algorithm like Gauss-Newton method lies in that it needs no computation of the gradient of the objective function. Moreover, the global optimality of this approach is also better than GaussNewton method. As the selection of the initial point and iterative straegies proposed in this paper are based on global search, the combinatorial algorithms are more simple, efficient, and suitable for global optimzing.
摘要:Motion perception is one of the most important components of biological vision system. In this paper,by simulating the lateral inhibitory mechanism of the neurons in the motion area of visual cortex,we propose a new Multiplicative Inhibitory Velocity Detector(MIVD). The optimum velocity of this detector is determined by its spatial-temporal joint parameter K. Based on the respoase disarity of MIVD,we construct two multi velocity fusion Neural Networks(a simple one and an active one)to detect the velocity of one dimensional motion.The experiments show that the active MIVD Neural Networks with feedback have better detecting result.
摘要:In this paper the absorption cross sections of Er3+ in the fluoride glasses host are obtained from its measured stimulated emission cross sections using the more general theory of McCumber. Based on this, we make the theoretical and experimental study of the multichannel signal amplification in an Erbium-doped fiber amplifiers which have a flattened small signal gain spectrum and get the same results. we also propose a new simple plan for gain equalization in "Wavelength Division Multiplexing + Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifiers"Trunk lightwave systems by using Erbium-Doped Fluoride Fiber Amplifiers as its repeaters.
摘要:The optimum design parameters of InGaAs(P)strained multiple-quantum-well lasers are presented .Taking the non-homogeneity of injection carriers and optical field into account, a new method of analysis and calculation is also provided.In the case of 1 .5% compressively strained lasers,the optimum number of wells is four,and the optimum lasers’ cavity length is about 500 micrometers.
摘要:In this paper,an efficient method known as Domain Decomposition Method(DDM)is first employed in parameter extraction of 3-D multilayered and multiconductor interconnects. The quasi-static capacitance matrix can be obtained quickly and exactly by using this method. Since DDM can separate a big problem into several small ones, not only is the problem size decreased, but also many different types of 3-D interconnects can be combined together in this algorithm flexibly. Then by choosing the best way to deal with each of small problems by taking full advantage of the characteristic of the stratified structure in integrated circuit, CPU time and physical memory are saved greatly. Compared with Ansoft’s parameter extractor 3D, the results given in this paper are quite accurate, and computing time and space needed are tens times less than those used by Ansoft software.
摘要:In this paper, it is argured that regular fuzzy neural networks can be universal approximators to continuously subtractable fuzzy valued functions, defined on the interval [0, T0]. Then arbitrarily accurate approximations of triangle fuzzy number valued functions that are continuously increasin on [0, T0] by regularfuzzy neural networks are showed.

摘要:A three-band analysis for power factor active correction circuits(abbrev. PFC) has been given in illustration of Boost PFC in this paper.The main contributions in the paper are as follows: 1. The formula of duty factor about SPWM and an ideal model of PF = 1 has been proved;2.A DC analysis of PFC has been developed with two-bine average mothed; 3. Based on average state equation, a low frequency analysis has been proposed;4. Using transient formulas of inductor current, a high frequency(carrier wave)analysis has been studied.The conclusion of thes paper provides the simple method of analysis and theoretical base of design and adjustment for all PFC circuits.
摘要:This paper proposes a network architecture to support mobile communications in a large university compus. The design allows each mobile host to maintain transport connectivity while roaming freely in the compus. The design combines wireless local-area netwrok (LAN) technology with high-speed Asynchronous Transfer Mode(ATM) switching technology. The combination provides a wireless communication system with sufficient aggregate bandwidth to handle massive, synchenized movements of mobile hosts.

Making use of the high sensitivity of PR at room temperature,we demonstrate that the combination of the PR with MBE can be a good in-situ measuring method.

摘要:The hydrogenated nanocrystalline silcon films (nc-Si:H) are deposited on silicon substrate byplasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition(PECVD) .The room temperature dark conductivity σof nc-Si: H is in the range of 10-3 -10-1Ω-cm1, higher than that of intrinsic silicon. Diodes consisting of nc-Si: H film are fabricated and their I-V curves show some quantum staircase below 77K. This novel physical features are explained qualitatively.
摘要:In this paper we present a novel physics based analytic model for C- V charactoristics of planar schottky doide which is made in GaAs MESFET process and used in GaAs MMIC.The model focuses on small size, planar technology and ion implant technology, pays much attention to the influnce of side-wall capacitance and under-gate channel series resistance on the C-V chazacteristics of planar schottky doide. Those influnces affect the characteristcs of planar schottky doide notably and are neglected or paid little attention to in other model. In the paper a calculation example of presented model and a comparison between presented model and some other models are presented. The results reveal that the parameter involved in presented model is easy to be determined and the calculation result fits the measured result well.

摘要:In this paper,a new image coding algorithm based on the correlation vector quantization scheme is presented. Improvements are developed in the proposed algorithm to reduce bit rate,such as increasing anticipation blocks, entropy coding of side information according to the condition of the adjacent blocks. The test results show that the reduction in the bit rate of the proposed algorithms is about 4O% against the memoryless vector quantizer,and about 15% against the algorithm proposed in[5].

摘要:This paper proposes a hierarchical modeling and simulation approach in power electronics (PE)CAD/CAA.With the help of PSPICE and using a high-power-factor AC-DC converter as an instance,and combining several modeling technologies, technologies, modeling and simulation in three levels have been attained. The result shows that it is a pragmatic analysis and design resolution of PE.

摘要:In the realm of DSP(Digital Signal Processing),much attention is focused on finding a good way to compress digital signals.Here we study the general features of 1-D digital signals and explore an efficient hybrid description method based on statistics and PIFS. While the compression ratio is between 10 and 20,the SNR of recovered signals is still quite high.

摘要:Taking logical function simplification as the background of study, this paper proposes a cognitive diagnosis model which can diagnose and correct the students’behavior for the ICAl system and conforms to chareter of human’s thinking. We discuss in detail the realization of the cognitive diagnosing system for students’behavior in logical function simplifieation. At the same time, some significant achievements trying to find the mistakes hiding in students’behavior and the causes producing the mistakes are achieved.

摘要:TIs paper proposes a mechanism of twe-layered multi-center multicast with ordering. This mechasm has been implemented on the workstations connected by the ethernet. We compare the performance of this model with three conventional methods: center-control model, distribute model and tree model. The analysis and esperiment results show that the center-coned model has the advantage of low communication cast and simple implementation, but has per robustness and low parallelism; the distribute model is robustness but has low parallelism and heavy communication cost, the tree model is more efficient than the above two models but it has lOw parallelism and poor robustness at the root node and a complex structure, the proposed method avoids the disadvantages of the three and has the advantages of robustness, high parallelism and simple structure.

The introduction of fractal parameters improves the result of ciassification Meanwhile, under certain assumptions and with consideration of Visual Entropy and the characteristies of Human Visual System, two special categories, Key-point and Random-Texture, can be extracted from the fourth groupMixed,which makes possible optimal arrangement of image coding scheme and allocation of bitrate for coefficients in the meaning of subjective visual quality for decoded images.
摘要:The resolution and reconstruction of component waves from signals by means of Wavelet transforms are studied. A method all a wavelet with scale 2m/a are given.Finally, the numerical simulation tests of the method are carried out.The results show that the method is effective.
