摘要:This paper uses an improved charge density method (CDM) and a more realisticcathode operating mode to simulate the electron optical properties of field emission guns. In the paper a special 6-point quadrature formula has been derived to accurately calculate potentials near theemiter surface and a spherical diode model has been adopted with the cathode operating at the partial space charge limitation. The computational results show that the proposed method is applicableto the investigation of electron optical properties of field emission guns.

摘要:A coding strategy by weighted bits and a recursive algorithm of obtaining theweights for bidirectional associative memories are presented in the paper. This strategy modifiesKosko’s bidirectional associative memories matching patterns by Hamming distance into those byweighted Hamming distance so that ill structured sample pattern set without continuity can also bestored well. It is manifested that this method has high performance and practicability through storing and associating binary pixel patterns with computer simulations.
摘要:In this paper we define a spectral plot corresponding to one pixel in the scene ofthe 3-dimensional data cube from an imaging spectrometer as a vector for Vector Quantization(VQ). Then each such vector is encoded into binary codes by the Spectal-Feature-Based CodingScheme (SFBCS). The codevector searching is performed with the binary codes got by the SFBCS.In this way not only the processing time is greatly sped up (30 times faster than normal VQ whenthe codebook size is 256,and 43 times faster than normal VQ when codebook size is 4096),but alsothe precision of the reconstructed data is increased. The way of constituting vectors in this papercan well preserve spectral feature,and can make good use of the correlation in spectral domain aswell. With this proposal scheme compression ratios greater than 192: 1,PSNR’s of the coded hyperspectral sequences exceeding 45. 2dB can be achieved.

摘要:In this paper,the problem of slow output dynamic characteristic in power factorcorrection converter circuit is analyzed. A new control strategy-sliding mode control, which canmake trade-off between input current steady state distortion and output voltage transition,is presented to deal with the problem. Correspondent equations and coefficient relationships are derived.The schematic circuit of implement ation is provided with some experimental results for verification.
摘要:Based on the energy transport model (ETM), the influence of δ-shaped dopingprofiles on deep-submicron MOSFET performance is systematically investigated. It is discoveredthat δ-shaped doping configuration can not only effectively suppress short-channel effects,but alsocan provide high driving capability with improved doping fluctuation tolerances. Simulationsdemonstrate that the incorporation of δ-shaped doping will not result in noticeable increase in thehot-electron generation rate as long as the peak doping is placed for a desired distance away the Si/SiO2 interface. The proposed δ doping profile for 0. lμm MOSFET’s exhibits even higher figure ofmerits than the uniform substrate doping.

摘要:In the processing of light-emission of Metal/Insulator/Metal (MIM) tunnel junction, the roughness coupling with Surface Plasmon Polariton (SPP) plays an important role. withthe photos of the light-emission MIM junctions taken by Atomic Force Microscope(AFM),we discussed the results of the statistical roughness distribution and the emitting spectrum measuredfrom the same MIM junction.
摘要:A handwritten digit recognition system oriented for VLSI implementation is proposed,in which a modified Hamming neural network is used to extract local features from patternand a fuzzy logic processor is adopted to do the recognition. Some new techniques are used to improve the feature extraction performance under the constraint of the feature set size. Another twotechniques are also proposed in fuzzy logic processor design. Experiments show that it has strongability to deal with distortion and shift variations in handwritten characters recognition.
摘要:This paper describes a deformable elastic matching approach to Handwritten Chinese Character Recognition (HCCR). We assume that different handwriting variations share thesame topological structure,but may differ in shape details. The variations between differnet handwriting characters are modeled by a set of stroke displacement vectors (SDV). According to theSDV derived,a model character is deformed gradually,in an effort to transform itself much closerto an input character. Experiments show that the proposed elastic matching model can efficientlydeal with local shape changes and variations between characters.
摘要:It is a procedure of the label following an unsupervised fuzzy clustering that fuzzyc-means (FCM) algorithm is applied for intensity image segmentation,and it suits for the uncertainand ambiguous characteristic in intensity image. However,there are some deficiencies in the algorithm,for example,the number of clustering can not be determined automatically and the operational cost,for large data sets,is too high,which limit its application. In order to overcome the deficiencies,the number of clustering and the maximum of each cluster are automatically determinedthrough the histogram analysis ; Then, according to the character of FCM and intensity image, aquick fuzzy C-means (QFCM ) algorithm is presented for intensity images segmentation,with whichthe operational cost is reduced and the speed of clustering segmentation is greatly increased. Thefeasibility of the approach is proved by the mathematics and experiment result.

The authors apply the object-oriented technology to design the system,adoptsimple conference model to support the organization of the co-authoring activities,use the WNCHmodel to manage the multimedia information of the multimedia works,and base on the client/seryer architecture to accomplish the management of shared multimedia works. This system supportsdirectly the co-authoring procedure and the management of the shared multimedia works.
摘要:Guided by the switch-signal theory,this paper adopts current signal to express thelogic values,and studies how to realize threshold-control in I2L circuits. Furthermore,the groundedswitching operation expression used to realize threshold-control circuit is proposed,and used to design the corresponding ternary I2L Schmitt inverter. The simulation with PSPICE program provesthat the designed circuit has ideal character of Schmitt circuits.
摘要:Cache is an important way to increase BDD operation speed. This paper proposes ahigher level dynamic learning method for constructing BDD,which performs learning based on thecircuit structure. We compare the performances based on cache and dynamic learning. Experimentalresults on ISCAS’85 benchmark circuits show that our dynamic learning can significantly speed up’constructing BDD.
摘要:It is a key problem to abstract the feature-points in the structure match methodfor recognizing handwritten Chinese characters,and the OCR system’s recognition correct rate depends on the correct rate of abstracting the feature-points to a great extent too. Based on the pastresearch works,we have provided a new method for abstracting feature-points and obtained quiteeffective results by applying this method to the practical system. The testing results show that thecorrect rate of abstracting feature-points in our method is up to 98% for 1800×10 sample characters,thus providing the fundament for building the practical system of handwritten Chinese characters.

The paper de\scribes a C+ +--specific parallelizing compiler for local network. We propose a parallelizing recognition algorithm based on analysis of objects dependence and an object--based program partitioningalgorithm. At last,we discuss program restructuring.
摘要:This paper presents a noise analysis approach to negative feedback circuit basedon En-In noise model. For the needs of noise analysis on negative feedback circuit with differentforms, the relations between En-In model and each of four analysis models are provided. Comparisonbetween the results of simulation and measurement shows that this approach is accurate to noiseanalysis of low frequency circuit because the correlation of En-In noise is fully considered.
摘要:The main issue in designing the structure for CSCW systems is to provide efficientcollaboration mechanisms. We propose here a hierarchical collaboration mechanism scheme whichconsists of three levels:system-oriented,application-oriented and operation object-oriented collaboration support. In accordance to this hierarchical collaboration mechanism,we explore a platformbased architecture of CSCW systems that can accommodate multiple cooperative applications. Withproviding all of the three-layer cooperation mechanis ms, multimedia desktop conferencing systemTH-MDCS can support geographically separative group members which are of different fields,seated at their desks,cooperating at the same time or at different time by means of sharing information in such multimdia forms as video,audio,image,graphics and text to carry out various taskstogether.

The fundamental for infrared target’s camouflage is introduced. 摘要:A new algorithm, namely a simulated annealing algorithm with multi-molecule(SAMM),is proposed in this paper. Besides inheriting the global convergence of the traditionalsimulated annealing algorithm (SA),SAMM can avoid the excessively time-consuming final iterations of SA,so it is more efficient and suitable for analog synthesis. Synthesis examples are alsopresented to demonstrate the validity and high efficiency of SAMM.

However,most of them are vibratory gyroscopes because of its simple fabricating processes.In thispaper,a new configuration of micromachined gyroscope based on an open-loop,stable electrostaticsuspension disc is described.The input angular velocity axis of this gyroscope could be in any radialdirection of the disc.Its basic principle is given in this paper.The raw experimental result is alsopresented.
摘要:The fully differential continuous-time current-mode integrators based on the current mirrors are proposed in this paper. The basic filters including low-pass and band-pass employing the integrators are built up. The performances of the integrators and filters are analyzed andsimulated, and the results show that the proposed circuits have the advantages such as simplestructure,good symmetry,low harmonic distortion,suitable for fully integration.

摘要:Correct knowledge of noise statistics is essential for an estimator or controller tohave reliable performance. In practice,however,they are usually not known perfectly. Early effortson noise identification are mostly limited to stationary noise or noise with slowly-varying statisticsonly. We present a new noise identification algorithm for hybrid system. The new algorithm combines the innovation filtering and the interacting multiple model algorithm. The former decreasesthe sensitivity of probabilitic weightings to measurement noise and the later implement dynamic interaction and dynamic changing of multiple modes based on the Markovian chain process of thesystem models. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the new algorithm.
摘要:On the basis of one dimension model of the optical recording readout signal,theeye diagram’S height in Pulse Width Modulation recording and Pulse Position Modulation recording is analyzed respectively so as to find effective RLL code. With this method,it can be provedthat the (2, 7) code is suitable for PPM recording and (1, 7)code for PWM recording.
摘要:Various block truncation coding (BTC) algorithms proposed till now are in factthe two level quantizers. They quantize each image block into two levels,which result in obviousblocking effect especially in edges in the decoded images. In order to reduce the blocking distortion,we adopt a smooth filter for BTC and obtain modified block truncation coding(MBTC) algorithms. The experimental results show that MBTC can achieve the better image quality than otherBTC schemes,and decrease the blocking disortion.
摘要:A kind of effective passive location algorithm,which uses multiple group time delay data obtained in a short period of time,is proposed in this paper. It uses sphere interpolationmethod to calculate the position of the target. Four kinds of formula are given here along with theircomputer simulation results. They have no limitation for the number and position of the sensor ofthe array, and the corresponding calculation is simple. Furthermore, the calculationg time of thebest formula is proportional to the number of the groups of time delay,which is less than othermethod. Finally,this method can also be used to reduce the calculating time of other passive location methods when the array consists of many sensors.

摘要:A method for the implementation of Higdon absorbing boundary condition(ABC),which processes the higher order operator directly with the help of computer,is proposed in thispaper. The examination results of FDTD for the comparison between the method and the Mur’sABC are also given. It is shown that the method presented has an advantage of obvious higher accuracy for both normal and arbitrary incidence by selecting appropriate parameters.
