摘要:The techniques of adaptive scheduling and multitarget data processing applicableto multifunction array radars are presented. The software and hardware architecture of schedulingand data processing are described. The function of scheduling and data processing is implementedin C language. The test results show that the method and algorithm of the adaptive scheduling andmultitarget data processing are satisfactory.

In this paper,on the basis of AR-based ARLPM detectionmethod proposed by Nohara,a new detection method based on Dechirp and SPMAD is developed.Simulation results show that this method is superior to the ARLPM method in performance.
摘要:This paper presents two sequential track correlation algorithms applying to distributed multisensor data fusion. These two sequential track correlation criteria are dented and described in detail,and track correlation mass and multivalency processing methods are discussed aswell. Moreover,they are compared with two classical methods through simulation. The simulationresults show that the performance of the two sequential track correlation algorithms is much betterthan that of the classical methods in dense multitarget environments,more cross,split and maneuvering track situations. Under the above situations,their correct correlation rate is improved about30 percent over the classical methods.
摘要:This paper deals with the estimation of DOAs for signals with Temporal-Spatial2-Dimension model. Following the description of the T-S 2-D data model,the CRBs of DOA estimation of signals with this data model are analyzed in the cases that the signals’ temporal information is not utilizable,the signals’ temproal information is utilizable and the signals’ temporal information are entirely known. The relationship between these CRBs is also discussed. In the end ofthis paper,some main results are given.

摘要:Suboptimum performance may be obtained by partially adaptive processing at subarray level where the problem of how to group the subarrays is an important task. A rule named equal noise power method is proposed to divide a uniform linear array which employs amplitude tapering into contiguous subarrays of unequally sized. A set of results of computer simulation aregiven to show that this subarray configuration has few obvious grating lobes while its adapted antenna pattern and adaptive performance in interference suppression are close to that of the full optimum processing.
摘要:A fuzzy logic algorithm for ATM traffic policing is studied. The fuzzy desicionprocess is made according to both the average and burstiness characterastics of the cell flow. Simulation results show that the fuzzy algorithm is superior to the leaky bucket in average rate sensitivity as well as in burstiness sensitivity.
摘要:The wavelet-based multigrid method is presented on the comparative study between the multiresolution anaylsis of wavelet theory and multigrid method. The scaling spaces inwavelet theory serve as the grids in the multigrid method. The wavelet transform transfers the information between two grids. It solves the basic difficulty of the construction of grids and thechoice of the sufficiently good transfer formulae between the fine and coarse grids. The numericalresults show that the novel method is convergent faster and more accurate than the conventionalone. Due to the perfect frame of wavelet theory,the coarse grids and transform operators can beconstructed automatically. So this method can be used as a black-box solver for a wide range ofproblems.
摘要:A new wavelet method is represented in this paper to analyze the propagation andreflection of a monopulse in a layered non-uniform medium on a finite interval. As an example,wavelet solution is comparied with Fourier solution when the medium is uniform and it is foundthat these two solutions from different methods are the same. More importantly,wavelet methodcan resolve non-uniform medium while Fourier method can not.
摘要:In this paper,the Measured Equation of Invariance (MEI) method is used to calculate the capacitance and inductance matrices of the multilayered multiconductor interconnectionsfor the first time. Because of the introduction of the measuring loop,the deduction of Green’s function in multilayered multicopductor structure and the calculation of Sommerfeld type integrals areavoided. At the same time,the postulate of geometry specific in the conventional MEI method iscanceled. Numerical results show that the new algorithm in this paper is correct and faster than thecommon methods such as MoM,BEM,FEM,etc. It is also a very nexible method and can be usedto analyze the interconnections with arbitrary shape and lossy conductors. Therefore it is an idealmethod for the parameter extraction. Based upon the capacitance and inductance matrices,we havealso calculated the transient response of an interconnection terminated in nonlinear loads.
摘要:A novel plane integrated ultra-wide band(UWB)antenna used as the radiation andreception of the short pulse is developed. A new UWB feed structure of the coplanar waveguide toslot line is invented and used in slot antenna initially. The experimetal results show the advantageof high fidelity of the waveform,high radiating efficiency, and high antenna gain compared withsome common wide band antennas such as biconical antennas,V-conical antennas,and some otherTEM horns.
摘要:In this paper, a new technique - multiplaten Z-buffer technique - is presented.This technique combines the computer graphics with the analysis of the electromagnetic scattering. Employing the CAD-geometry based on the multiplaten Z-buffer technique,we can solve thehidden-surface elimination and the ray tracing problems,which are two formidable tasks in theradar cross section(RCS)analysis of the complex body. Some calculation results are given and compared with the experimental results. The comparisons show that our technique is effective. In addition,this technique can be applied to other research domain.

摘要:The foundamental theory of a rotatory optic fiber is briefly described,the numericanalysis and calculation for the rotatory optic fiber have been done and the parameters(v.βi.ui.wiand Ki) of a single mode rotatory optic fiber,as an example,are calculated in this paper. In general,it may make some troubles for calculating the fiber when the tensor dielectric coefficients ε1 .ε2can not be known previously for the rotatory optic fiber. We conclude a handy numeric way for calculating the rotatory optic fiber as ε1 and ε2 not known yet.

摘要:The sparse-array Synthetic Impulse and Aperture Radar(SIAR)is a new type of4D radar using metric wavelengths. The coincidence effects between distance and angles are discussed existing in the different-sum channel of distance and the tracking beams of azimuth and elevation formatted by time-space 3D matched filtering. The optimized frequency coding of the transmitting signals is presented in order to delete the effects.

摘要:In this paper,from the view point of Maximum Likelihood (ML) estimation,wepresent and classify the DOA estimation methods for signals based on 2-dimension spatial-temporalmodel as. ①spatial-only procesing ; ②temporal-spatial joint processing ; and ③temporal-spatial sequential processing. We also derive these methods’ theoritical performance. Finally,some numericalstudy and computer simulation are presented,and useful results are given.

摘要:The clutter Doppler frequency estimation method based on the auto-correlationfunction ry(1) is commonly employed in practical radar. The performance of this method degrades,however, in bimodal clutter einvironment due to the bias of the estimation. In this paper we presenta cumulant-based frequency estimation method under the assumption that the bimodal clutter consists of a Gaussian distributed clutter and a non-Gaussian distributed one. The method makes a fullutilization of all non-redundant sample fourth-order cumulants corresponding to the one-lag cumulant K4y(1),a counterpart of ry(1) in cumulant domain. It is shown by asymptotic analysis and simulation experiments that the method is unbiassed and outperforms the conventional correlationbased method and the cumulant-based 1-D slice method with reduced estimation mean square error.
摘要:The paper deals with the auto-calibration problem for the gain and phase errors oflinear equi-spaced array. Based on the Teoplitz structure of the ideal covariance matrix,linear equations of phase and gain errors are established,and by making use of the least square criterion andthe splitting approachois adopted. Under two different hypotheses of perturbation of the systemand the number of the sensors of the array,several criterions are formed,and the statistical analysis is provided for these constraint conditions. Finally, the generalized eigen-decomposition autocalibration method is presented.

摘要:This paper presents a ne design method of totally self-checking(TSC) triplemodular redundancy(TMR) system voter. In comparison to others TMR systems with self-checking capabilities,voter is TSC, and no extra redundancy is incorporated into the system. This designis suitable for the VLSI implementation. The concept of TMR TSC voter could be expanded as thedesign of NMR TSC voter.
摘要:In this paper,based on the normal theory of nonuniform sampling,we propose analgorithm to estimate the sampling time offsets and give a new waveform digitizer architecture.Simulation results indicate that with a multi-frequency sinewave as input signal,using an 8- bitquantizer,the residual timing error can be reduced to about 0. 15 percent of the sampling period.

摘要:Wavelet transform and Fourier-Mellin transform are applied to classify threekinds of model planes. The correct rate of classification of the two methods is compared,so is thesensitivity to azimuth of the two methods. The comparison results are presented. The results indicate that radar target recognition in HF domain wavelet transform method is better than FourierMellin transform method, while the stability of Fourier-Mellin transform is better than wavelettransform. The experimental result is accord with theory.
摘要:A fusion method for the tracking of a maneuvering target is presented,the fusioninfromation is from track files of multisensor in the presence of clutter. Though the performance ofthis method is degraded compared with that of fusion from measurements, the requirements ofcommunication and data processing ability can be effectively reduced,especially with high desityclutter. Since the common process noise correction is taken into account,the optimal track fusionmethod is derived.
摘要:The paper emphatically studies the way for solving the problem of batch numberconfusion in multiple targets tracking by using message fusion technique. The discussion is on thebasis of measurement data of practical bistatic systems. At first the paper introduces association algorithms used in multiple targets tracking of bistatic systems under weak countermeasure condition and points out that batch number confusion easily happens if the dynamic parameters are theonly ones used for association process. And then it gives several association methods which fusemessage of target state, Doppler frequency(Fds ) and radar cross - section(RCS). From one hundredstatistical results it is clear that confusion frequency drops greatly when using message fusion techniques.
摘要:A novel imaging method to reconstruct a 2-D perfectly conducting object embedded in a dielectric region is presented. Based on the bounary integral equations established for scattering problem of an embedded conducting object,the Newton-Kantorovitch method and MOM areused to derive the basic inverse scattering equations. In order to treat the ill-posedness,the objectis successively illuminated by different TM plane waves to get abundant information and an iterative procedure is then applied. Finally,some reconstruction results are given to show the feasibilityof presented method. The effects of random noise on reconstruction are also investigated.

摘要:In the paper,an effiCacious phase control technique is presented to design the array pattern with deep nulls at different positions for an arbitrary array. We employ the weightfunction to construct an effective objective function and apply an iterative method to minimize it.The iterative method is based on the quasi-Newton method to ensure the super-linear convergence.Some numerical results based on a 21-element Chebyshev array are presented to demonstrate theefficiency of our method.

It has advantages of human brain,and the algorithm uses "matching function"and "compromising function" toremove the correlation of information and to obtain the ability of processing contradictory infromation. Meantime,the MART model can control the output of belief-level by adaptively adjusting theparameters of network.
