摘要:An approach of variable ordering for TBDD, based on genetic algorithm, is presented. The fitness is calculated based on the short time scaling merit and the size of TBDD. The template Ordering crossover (TOX) is proposed as an efficient crossover method which is suitable for variable Ordering of TBDD. Adaptive calculation of mutation probability is adopted and a mutation algorithm is proposed. Experimental results show that our method is efficient.

摘要:RF-SQUIDs are usually modeled as the second order nonlinear electronic systems. The numerical solution to the nonlinear differential equations describing the systems containing the RF-SQUIDs is frequently needed to get the dynamic performances, noise characterizations and optimum operation conditions of the systems,which often proves to be very complicated and timeconsuming because it is involved with such problems as the efficiency, accuracy and reliability of the numerical algorithm chosen, as well as the software programming of the algorithm and its debugging[1] PSpice is employed to do these with great ease because the RF-SQUID equivalent circuit which can be accepted by the PSpice simulator is developted from the nonlinear differential equations describing the RF-SQUIDs.
摘要:We present a novel method for analyzing the nonlinearity of the DFB laser for the first time.The method is based on a spectrum analysis with discrete Fourier transform(DFT)on the model of laser mapping functions. In view of the signal analysis, it avoids using some semiconductor parameters that are difficult to measure but necessary for analyzing in the method. The algorithm together with the mapping function derived from the measurement can examine the harmonic and intermodulation distortions of laser chip and laser property of DFB laser module. The method is also applied to simulate the linear property of DFB laser and evaluate the linearity request for the laser chips. The comparison between the measurement and calculation shows that the algorithm is simple and effective for laser distortion analysis.
摘要:In this paper modulo subtraction and modulo division, the inverse operations of modulo addition and modulo multiplication, are presented and analyzed. Their introduction extends the domain of radix (module) for modulo subtraction and modulo division to composite, and thus perfect the research on modulo subtraction and modulo division in modulo algebra.
摘要:A novel method based on convergence acceleration of the dielectric Green’s function by Pade approximation is presented for the first time to calculate the capacitance matrix of interconnection lines embedded in multilayered dielectric media. In our approach, the segmentation is kept on the conductor surfaces so as to reduce the scale of unknowns and the dielectric Green’s functions converge very fast since Pads approximations are employed.The new method demonstrates improved computational efficiency due to the above stated advantages. The computed results show good agreement with those presented in previous publications.

摘要:In this paper, a novel approach to study IC process-back propagation neural networks(BP neural networks)is introduced, and the improvement of network learning speed is discussed; We have used the improved BP neural networks to model IC surface passivation process and discover the exact nature of the relationship between film properties and controllable deposition conditions by computer simulation. The neural networks application programs using C language have been realized in computer.
摘要:Based on doubol-layer dielectric measurements, a new techniqUe for measuring the complex permittivity of thin-film materials by means of an open resonator, in which the multilayer films are folded together and pressed with a heavy flat sample whose dielectric property is wen known to eliminate air gaps and flatten warped materials, is presented in this paper. The theoretical formulae are derived and the literature errors corrected. Applying the simply equipped length-varying method, measurements on several thin films were carried out and satisfactory results were achieved.
摘要:A novel method that can lead to generation of a train of ultrashort optical pulses from cw light in the anomalous-dispersion regime of single-mode fibers is proposed. It consists of copropagating a cw signal with a train of intense pump pulses in an optical fiber whose minimum-dispersion wavelength is chosen such that it falls between the pump and the signal wavelength .The pump pulses impose nearly linear frequency chirps on the signal through cross-phase modulation and at the same time amplify the signal through stimulated Raman scattering,which induce the cw signal to evolve into a train of ultrashort pulses. Numerical simulations are used to study the generation of ultrashort pulse train in various cases.
摘要:The electrochromic characteristics of sol-gel film WO3 single doped with Mo6+ and double doped with Mo6+、Cr6+ have been introduced. The shift rules of transmittance absorption peaks of the complex films in experiments are in accordance with those in theory predications of transition of charges between bands.The mechanism of this absorptive model electrochromics can be attributed to the optical absorption caused by transition of small polarons between bands in the film.

摘要:In order to solve the problem of low yield by defects in VLSI manufacture,or that of fault tolerance in parallel arrays, we usually employ a redundant repair method supported by laser repair technology. The problem of how to use limited spares to repair a whole faulty array can be described as a cover problem of bipartite graph and was proved NP-hard. In this paper, a new approach is proposed where the concept of independent subgraph is employed in separation of a bipartite graph. Based on this method, a bipartite graph is decomposed into some independent and smaller bipartite subgraphs. Thus the cover problem of bipartite graph becomes that of independent subgraph,so the complexity of the problem is reduced and the analysis time is decreased consequently.
摘要:For making the electro-optical modulator which can generate ultra wide sideband spectrum, a kind of stripline electrode with complex pattern was proposed. So we present a numerical method which combines Planar Waveguide Model Method and Boundary Element Method to determine the resonant frequencies of the kind of electrode in wide frequency band width of microwave. And we use Gaussian integrating formula to get the solution of a derived boundary integral equation .The calculating result approximately corresponds to the experimental result.

摘要:A new VLSI architecture for Vector Quantization(VQ) based on Minimum Mean Absolute Error (MMAE) is proposed.By using a criterion based on sum inequality of distortion measure,presorted codebook and nearest search method,a large number of codewords will be rejected before computing MMAE while main taining image quality.Furthermore,a dichotomy search method,an optimized MAE computation and comparasion structure has been been used .All of the above methods result in a considerable reduction in VLSI area.
摘要:An approach to the calculation of the bias noise in each pin of three configurations of transistor amplifier is firstly presented, in which the bias noise of transistor amplifier in different operating modes can be quantitatively simultated.Moreover, the approach presents an effective tool to the noise analysis and the low-noise optimization design for the bias circuit of transistor amplifier.
摘要:This paper describes a silicon microresonator with which a new class of fiberoptic sensors can be formed. The basic principle is that the measured value changs the resonance frequency of the microresonater.The flexural vibrations of the microresonator are excited photothermally under the action of modulated optical radiation. The fabrication of microbridge-type resonators made of single-crystal silicon is presented. The mechanism by which microresonators are optically activated is identified and discussed.
摘要:A new scheme which utilizes fuzzy rules and reasoning to determine the parameters of PID controller for process control is proposed. Based on multiple-valued logic circuits, its hardware implementation is realized.Simulation results demonstrate that the design is right and that the control performance is better than Ziegler-Nichols PID Controller’s. Also, the fuzzy selforganizing PID controller is robust to systems with changing parameters.
摘要:Constructed by a set of distributively associated subnets, a multi-valued learning network (KLN) is proposed in this paper for approximating nonlinear function. Based on the proposed netword, the multivalued logic control is further studied. Network operations are mainly integer addition and logic judgment. Simulation results show that the KLN-based multi-valued control system is strong in self-learning and simple in computation, and has good learning control performance for complex nonlinear systems.

摘要:A graphics generation and auto-alignment system for the focused-ion-beam is described. The development and improvement of the system are also discussed. The feature of the system is using hardware to achieve the scan control and coordinate conversion. Under our experiment condition, scanning one frame takes 2 seconds, an alignment calculation takes 4 seconds. This system is also suitable for the electron beam lithography system.
摘要:This paper presents a novel AR model-based maximum entropy method for magnetic resonance imaging. Since it is computationally effecient and we have obtained better quality of reconstructed images, it will be an alternative method to conventional fast Fourier Transform algorithm in the reconstruction of magnetic resonance images. In practical cases, the FFT algorithm leads to artifacts and lower resolution in the image due to the truncated spectral data sets, but our imaging algorithm is superior both in enhancing resolution and in suppressing truncation artifacts.

摘要:Fully dense β-Sialon ceramics were fabricated from SHS-prepared β-Sialon powders with 6wt% Y2O3 as additive in a TE103 single mode cavity microwave oven operating at 2.45 GHz. Proper insulation configuration and sintering measures were adopted to achieve rapid and stable heating to correct sintering temperature .The microwave sintering behavior of SHS-prepared β-sialon powders was investigated with special emphasis in the evolution of densification and microstructure feature and mechanical properties. Microstructure observation by SEM,TEM and HREM showed fine and uniform grain feature of microwave sintered samples. The flexure strength of the β-sialon samples sintered at 1600℃ and 1650℃ with 5 min holding time were 470MPa and 630MPa while their toughnesses were 5.0MPa·m1/2 and 5.8MPa·m1/2.

摘要:A new concept-function of vector membership from algebraic theory and fuzzy math is derived.The function of image membership is constructed and a feature extraction and recognition method is presented based on the function of image membership. Finally,this method is used to solve the recognition problem of human facial images. Experimental results have shown that the membership has effective ability of recognition and distinction.

摘要:There are three types of codes for tolerating double disk failures in RAID(Redundant Arrays of Independent Disks) architectures: two dimension (2D) parity codes, Reed-Solomon(RS) codes and EVENODD codes.The complexity of encoding and decoding and the small write performance of the three types of codes are compared and analyzed. It is pointed out that the encoding of 2D codes is the simplest of the three, but the performance/price is lowest. Both RS and EVENODD codes require an optimal number of redundant disks, namely two.The RS codes are more complex than EVENODD, but the small write performance of RS is better than that of EVENODD.
摘要:Based on nonuniform sampling and selective attention mechanism, a novel multiresolution edge detection method is proposed. It imitates the characteristics of human retina and tries to allocate bandwidths and computational resources in accordance with the information distribution over the areas of interest. Compared with the method proposed by Mallat,our method can obtain a further reduction of computational complexity due to a more rational visual model.
摘要:A LiNbO3 optical modulator with coplanar microshield line is discussed. The characteristic impedance, effective index and available bandwidth of the modulator have been derived by conformal mapping.According to theses results, the needed modulating voltage is presented. These numerical results show that this structure effectively decreases velocity-mismatching between optical wave and microwave and increases the modulation bandwidth.
摘要:The design and implementation of a conformance testing system in which the IUT is a TCP protocol implementation are presented. Especially, we discuss the testing method and the system structure, and analyze the techniques to generate the conformance test suite.

摘要:There is much interest in closed-loop system identification recently. In this paper, based on historical input and output data,an initial model using fuzzy method is constructed to encounter the difficulty of sparse identification data. The initial model is then enhanced by a radial basis function neural network model trained using input-output data. The new identification method is used in real data from an ammonia process with satisfactory results.

摘要:Multiple Travelling Salesmen Problem(MTSP) is divided into four sub-problems by different original-city and returning information. For each problem, the energy function and file iterative formula of neural network are set up. Particularly, the intelligent oplimization method is proposed and used to simulate by computer for solving MTSP with the examples of the thirty-one cities of China. The results of simulation prove that the method is very effieient.

摘要:The traditional method to design a magnitude comparator is studied. A new type of magnitude comparator circuit using CMOS transfer-gate is proposed and analyzed in the switch level. The research results show that, compared with traditional circuit, the new circuit is simpler to design, easier to realize, more regular in layout and faster to operate. So it can be used effectively in digital systems.
摘要:The Si3N4 passivation films have been successfully used in the UHF high power semiconducting transistor shallow junction chip by ECR-PECVD. The electric properlies of passivated chip have been improved.The scratch of the chip has completely avoided in the post-process. The finished product rate has been increased. The passivation mechanism of Si3N4 thin film has been analyzed.
摘要:Thermistors have been fabricated from B-doped polycrystalline films by microwave plasma CVD method. The device structure consisted of 2μm thick of boron doped diamond films on a Si3N4 substrate.Ohmic contacts were established with an annealed titanium/gold bilayer structure. As a result, the thermistors with good ohmic contact,liner temperature response and high TCR (temperature coefficient of resistance) from room temperature to 600℃ have been obtained.

摘要:Both processing capability index Cp and yield y in one step are key parameters in Total Quality Control(TQC). The function y of Cp is calculated by means of Co-error function table and linear interpolating correction in this paper, and a table of y-Cp is also given. It will he very convenient to apply mathematic-statistical method to industrial mass production.
