摘要:Adaptable architecture is required for rapidly increasing density of hardware.Based on VLSI,MTPS(Multiple T -Pipelines) architecture is built by coupling multiple T -Pipelines together.This architecture is divided into two stages instruction preparation and execution.By such hierarchy,more parallelisms among threads and within thread are exploited.Analysis to MTPS indicats that both the utility of execution units and the pipeline efficiency are increased.
摘要:An analysis of dynamics of synergetic approach on pattern recognition based on unbalanced attention parameters is presented.The distribution of stable equilibria is proved while the properties of attention parameters are studied,which will guide research on recognition problems with partial selectivity.

摘要:A new method to determine the minority carrier lifetime and the surface generation velocity simultaneously,called transient capacitance relaxation spectral analysis method,is proposed in this paper.Using this method,the minority carrier lifetime and the surface generation velocity can be obtained simultaneously,accurately and solely from the position and the height of the spectral peak.Meanwhile we compare the results from this method with those from Zerbst method.
摘要:This paper presents a synthesis of synchronous dynamic sequential circuits (SDSC) in which capacitor is used as memory element instead of flip flop for double edge trigger.On the basis of theory of three essential circuits elements (signal,network and load),the edge sampling theorem is derived first,then a Karnaugh map method is developed from gate stage into element stage and finally the state assignment principle for CDSC is presented,so that an efficient synthetic procedure of SDSC is formed.By the use of the synthetic procedures,we have designed some SDSC which structures are very simplified,such as that the error code detecting circuits consists of only 22 MOS transistors and 8421BCD 10 counter consists of only 31 MOS tramsisters.

摘要:In this paper,the reconstruction of cylinders with complex media is investigated.The forward scattering problem is first analyzed by using the FD MEI(Finite Difference Measured Equation of Invariance) method,then the objective function is constructed in terms of the difference between the computed scattering fields and the measured fields,and finally the objective function is minimized based on the conjugate gradient method and variable metric method.The solution results in the reconstruction of the media of the cylinder.In the optimization procedure,the gradient of the objective function is rigorously derived.Several reconstruction examples are presented,where the reconstruction of a conducting cylinder is based on the measured Ipswich.
摘要:Symmetry is widely spread in man made objects and objects in nature.Fast and effective symmetry detection is still a difficult problem in computer vision.In this paper,we convert the symmetry detection problem to a Principal Component Analysis (PCA) problem.And six theorems and four corollaries about PCA problem are given and proved.They tell us the conditions symmetry images satisfy.Following the instructions by the theorems and the corollaries,we design an algorithm to find symmetry axles.Experimental results show that the algorithm we given is fast and robustness.
摘要:In packet switched communication networks,traffics between any source destination(SD) pair are expected to be transmitted over multiple paths.In this paper,we focus on the problem how to optimally distribute the load on a set of alternative paths so that the average time delay of a packet can be minimized.Since real time processing of this problem is needed in most cases,we propose a neural network method to solve it.Experiments on a typical communication network demonstrate that the result obtained using our method is better than the best result yielded by other rigorous mathematical algorithms.
摘要:Several classes of authentication codes with the lowest probabilities of successful impersonation and substitution attack and the smallest encoding rules are constructed,and also authentication code with the lowest probabilities of successfully impersonation and substitution attack and the smallest encoding rules and the largest source states is constructed by elementary methods.A new modified method of restructuring Cartesian authentication codes into perfect secret authentication code is given and the quantity of encoding rules of the modified scheme is the same as original scheme.
摘要:The situation of non uniform material may often appear when we extract VLSI layout parameters using Boundary Element Method (BEM).It is difficult to deal with this problem by using traditional region division method of BEM.Particularly if there is lot of material in the region concerned,the advantages of BEM such as simplicity,convenience and rapidity will be weakened.In this paper the authors present a distributed algorithm for region division problem of BEM.The algorithm is implemented in a distributed system consisting of 3 Workstations to extract VLSI layout parameters.The results obtained show that the calculating time of this distributed algorithm is less than that of traditional methods.This demonstrates that the algorithm can speed up the calculation and is characterized by parallel operation and high efficiency.

摘要:Because the gain spectrum of an Erbium doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) varies with the saturation level,an iterative method of measurement on multichannel gain spectrum under equivalent saturation by using dual wavelength or broadband signal is introduced and the power of the equivalent saturation signal is derived.Only several iterations are required to reach enough accuracy.The error of the experiment is no greater than 0.15 dB.
摘要:This paper applies mathematical methods to analyse end to end traffic volumes in the telecommunication networks with K types services under the condition of natural failures.A theoretical algorithm to calculate end to end traffic volume is presented under the supposition of applying sequential routine.Using the algorithm can get the upper value of end to end traffic volume.

摘要:In all available defect outline models used for yield prediction and inductive fault analysis of integrated circuits (IC),real rugged outlines are usually replaced with circular discs or squares.Based on the idea of piecewise linear interpolation,this paper presents a new model to characterize those real defect outlines.The comparison of the new model with those models available indicates that the new model is a more accurate defect outline model.

摘要:Using the normal planar technology of bipolar junction transistor,we have fabricated the p n p high frequency,high breakdown voltage transistors which can operate in the wider temperature range from -55℃ to 180℃.In this paper we also describe the design,structure and fabrication of the new device with a smaller drift of h FE when temperature is changed.The tested results show that the changing rate of h FE of the new device is less than or equal to 35% when temperature is raised from 25℃ up to 180℃,which is 20% better than that of the normal bipolar transistor;whereas the changing rate of h FE is less than or equal to 30% when temperature is fallen from 25℃ down to -55℃.
摘要:The concept of HCS MOST (Heterogeneous Computing Systems with Machines of the Same Type) has been proposed recently by us.HCS MOST is classified into three classes and the general speedup formulas for them have been introduced.In this paper,with a different application task model,a new speedup model for the second class of them,i.e. HCS〈0,m *,0〉system,is presented.The calculation results derived from computation tasks with different parallelism distribution for an example system HCS〈0,18 *,0〉 are given and analyzed.

摘要:A method to calculate the requirement of the uniformity of the threshold voltage in GaAs IC based on PSPICE simulation is presented and three different GaAs ICs are concerned.The result shows that SDFL has lower requirement of uniformity, σV th is 218mV while DCFL and BDCFL have higher requirements, σV th is 38mV and 35mV respectively.Also find that optimized and unoptimized circuits have different requirements,so do different processes.This conclusion is helpful to the circuit design and process choice.

摘要:In this paper,minimal energy principle and finite element method were employed to develop solder joint shapes evolving model of PBGA.And three dimensional solder joint shapes of PBGA was predicted and analyzed.Comparisons were made between results predicted by the current model here and experimental measurements and those generated by mathematical analysis model at abroad.

摘要:A novel extensible current mode sorter based on magnitude is proposed.This sorter not only outputs sorted currents based on magnitude,but also determines the order of input terminals corresponding to the order of input currents magnitude.The time and area complexity of the sorter is O(N).The structure of this sorter is simple,flexible and its scale can be easily extended.This sorter is able to be directly fabricated in a standard digital CMOS process and easily implemented in VLSI technology.

摘要:By using 4×2 5Gb/s wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) transmission system,an experiment on 3×150 km througth 4 cascaded erbium doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) was carried out.It is shown that the gain coupling effect leads to the differences of gain between the channels due to homogeneous broadening performance of the erbium doped fiber.The population inversion level,or say,saturation depth of the EDFA is the factor that affects the gain spectrum performance.

摘要:Instead of the direct expansion of the charge distribution by the orthogonal wavelet basis,the large full matrix gained from MoM (Method of Moments) discretization of the integral equations is taken as discrete digital signals and sparsified by two dimensional multiresolution representation.Thus,the difficulty of using wavelets on the two and three dimensional structures is overcome.Computational results are given for several typical interconnects and the data obtained show that the proposed method substantially sparsifies the matrix equation.The capacitance values calculated by the matrix equations with high sparsity agree well with the results of the previous papers and that of capacitance extractor FASTCAP.

摘要:A method to optimize CMOS IC parameters using experimental design combining simulations was presented.The effect of process factors′fluctuation on circuit parameters was analyzed and the macro model of circuit parameters was set up to model the relationship between circuit parameters and process factors.Using the model we can get the optimum process conditions which make the threshold voltage at the expected value and with the smallest deviation.
摘要:To erase the bootless power dissipation of the redundant leap of the clock,this paper proposes the design of DETFF (double edge triggered flip flop) and the logic structure based on NAND gates.PSPICE simulation shows that this type of flip flop has correct logic function and can be normally used in the design of sequential circuits.By using the half working frequency of the clock,power dissipation of the system can be reduced evidently.
摘要:This paper presents a new multistage co channel interference cancellation algorithm for DS/CDMA system.By inserting known symbols into the information stream periodically,the pllot symbol aided channel estimation technique is used to facilitate the coherent demodulation of the reverse link.Interference signals are precisely reconstructed from the output of Viterbi decoder of the convolutional codes.By combining plot symbol alded channel estimation and convolutional codes,the residual error is reduced dramatically but the overall processing delay remains the same.Signal processing procedures and channel estimation algorithm are described along with the performance analyses of the proposed algorithm.Numerical results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the conventional one.

摘要:Speech vocoder presented in this paper classifies input speech into silent,unvoiced,voiced and mixed classes.Adaptive multi band classification algorithm is applied for unvoiced/voiced decision and active/inactive decision.Such algorithm has improved robustness,accuracy and flexibility of classification,and the quality of mixed speech is also maintained without coding of U/V decision vector.Spectra of unvoiced and voiced classes are encoded with different LSP quantization tables,respectively,and then a scale quantizer could replace a vector quantizer,therefore less complexity is achieved.Bit rates of the vocoder are maximum 2.4kbps and minimum 0.1kbps,and average bit rate is 1.4kbps.A real time software implementation of the vocoder has 0.3 second of system delay.A 40MHz TMS320C50 fixed point DSP is chosen for real time implementation of the decoder and synthesizer parts,and the average computation is 11.3MIPS.
摘要:A kinetic admittance parameter was introduced on the basis of our general small signal model of superconducting field effect devices.A numerical simulation of low frequency current voltage characteristic for the high Tc superconducting field effect transistor is conducted.Dependence of the normal current and supercurrent in the generalized two fluid model on gate voltage,drain voltage,temperature and frequency was analyzed.A new investigation method of low frequency characteristic of high Tc superconducting field effect devices was founded.

摘要:The traditional Hilbert Transform (HT) used in extracting and analyzing the envelop of speech signal suffers from some drawbacks,for example,unexpected blurs will appear in the extracted envelops which cause a lot of difficulties in the postprocessing of the speech signal.To overcome these draw backs a novel approach CAWT (Complex Analytical Wavelet Transform) for extracting and analyzing speech signal envelops is proposed in the present paper.The CAWT algorithm together with some simulation results are given which show many advantages over the HT extraction method.It is expected that the CAWT will be helpful in the Chinese speech recognition.
