摘要:A new HTS planar microwave filter using dual-mode multi-zigzag square loop resonators is developed.A method for the accurate calculation of the coupling coefficent between two degenerate modes in this structure is presented.The results of the full wave analysis of the 4-pole filter have shown that the filter has high performance,selectivity,and substantial size reduction.A 4-pole HTS bandpass filter with the bandwidth 1.8% at a central frequancy 1.396 GHz is designed,fabricated and measured.The ag-reement between theoretical and experiment results is good.
摘要:Fuzzy Kohonen clustering network(FKCN) is a kind of self-organizing fuzzy neural network.It shows great super-iority in processing the ambiguity and uncertainty of image for its integration of the fuzzy c-means(FCM) conception into the learning mechanism of Kohonen network.But there are many defects such as the number of network nodes can't be determined automatically,the speed of network convergence is very slow,and the computation cost is too large,when using FKCN to segment images.To over-come these defects,an adaptive FKCN model is presented in this paper,which can determine the network structure automatically accor-ding to the gray level distribution character of the image.By using the new fuzzy intensification operator and implementing a sample space transition in the network learning procedure,the network convergence speed is greatly improved and the segmentation result is also improved.
摘要:Based on threshold decomposition,combined structural method and optimal estimate theory,optimal stack filter model with structural elements constrains is established and analyzed.It's proved that optimal stack filter with structural elements constrains is a class of multi-level rank order filter only including Max and Min operations.And two kinds of algorithm structures based on stack processing operation and multi-level rank order operation are proposed.At last,the kind of optimal filter's performance is compared with other traditional multi-level rank order filters in image processing experiments,and its effectiveness is proven.

摘要:A full-wave analysis of lossy interconnection lines on doped semiconductor substrates in high-speed integrated circuits is carried out by means of a finite difference time-domain (FDTD) approach.By using lossy absorbing boundary conditions (LABCs) and an efficient calculation procedure for lossy structures,frequency-dependent line parameters are calculated over a wide frequency range.All these provide the reliable parameters for the circuit simulation of IC.
摘要:Based on curvilinear trajectory equations,the geometrical aberrations and their coefficients with second order-approximation have been discussed,and the computational form also given in the paper.On the computational base of large numbers of tube type,the paper has offered the computational results of geometrical aberrations and their coefficients by two practical tubes,and given the trend of difference between geometrical aberrations with first-order and ones with second-order,which have certain meanings to the design and computation of practical imaging tubes.

摘要:A novel programmable and expandable fuzzy processor for pattern recognition is proposed.In the processor,membership function can be programmable in order to meet the requirements of different fields.On the other hand,the processor chip can be expansible to improve its flexibility.Some core circuits in the fuzzy processor have been successfully fabricated in single-metal single-poly 2μm N-well standard digital CMOS process.
摘要:A remote password authentication scheme based on cross-product is proposed in this paper.In this scheme,any legal user can freely choose his own password in the card initialization phase.Using his password and smart card,he can then log into the remote system successfully.According to the analysis,intruders can not obtain any secret information from the public information or transmitted messages and impersonate another legal user.In addition,this scheme can withstand the attack of replaying previously intercepted log-in requests.The amount of computation in this scheme are smaller than that in C-H scheme.
摘要:This paper is to study genetic algorithm in the unified framework of stochastic processes in continuous space.The evolutionary processes of the probability density of the population in continuous space is analyzed and the recursive formulas of the probability density of the population are derived.The basic properties associated with selection and mutation are analyzed.Sufficient condition for monotonous increase of the average fitness converging to the global maximum value is derived.These conclusions provide a basis in theory for the adaptive mutation operator and the convergence of genetic algorithm to the global optimal solution.
摘要:Aiming at the problems existing in the present frequency planing,this article proposes a method,which incorporates expert system,improved genetic algorithm and layer technique etc,to overcome the obstacle of handwork frequency planing,high demand of electronic map and spectrum shortage.So it both gives a more precise frequency-planning scheme based on expert experience,professional knowledge and genetic algorithm in case of lacking accurate electronic map,and proposes the improved fuzzy rules inference and self-learning methods.In addition,we also develop intelligent multi-layer frequency planing software package and give the simulation results.
摘要:This paper proposes a design and implementation method for Quality of Service(QoS) control frames for Internet.This method is based on RSVP which is a resource reservation setup by protocol standardized by IETF RFC2205.We first give the definition of QoS parameters and then format the control frames of these QoS parameters in this paper.We also implement these control frames and the corresponding management schemes including packet scheduling algorithm and etc in routers,so that it becomes possible to control the QoS and provide integrated services in networks by using the proposed QoS control frames.
摘要:The FDTD method is presented to analyze the crosstalk characterization of three-dimensional multiconductor interconnect structures.First,Marple method of AR model,parameter extraction and correction technique are used to reduce the computing time and optimize the solution;Then,the super-absorbing boundary is applied to reduce the number of mesh nodes or memory.The effective dielectric constant and S-parameters are calculated.For some common structures,the results are in good agreement with that reported in other papers,and the crosstalk of some multi-conductor structures is analyzed.
摘要:The characteristics of a type of log-domain integrator and the impairment caused by junction capacitors are analyzed.A general filter designing method based on the integrator is proposed.Applications of the integrator in wide band current controlled oscillator (ICO) and phase locked loop are shown and simulation results are given.
摘要:Residual mechanical stresses near the Si/SiO2 interface in n-MOSFETs induced by different nitridation processings are investigated by means of Ar+ backsurface bombardment.The results show that the NH3 nitridation and the N2O growth result in larger residual stress,with the former from higher interfacial nitrogen incorporation and the later from its initial accelerated growth phase.However,the residual stress is negligible for N2O nitrided oxide,indicating that fresh N2O-nitrided oxide itself has excellent interfacial and bulk properties.
摘要:To solve the problem of 3-D human brain computer atlas,we present a method for reconstructing an accurate surface by image sequence using an algorithm named linear interpolation.The method not only works well for general problem,but also successfully solves the special sample that could not be solved by the method of elastic interpolation.Some experiments on a series of data show that this method is feasible to intermediate contour interpolation,and important in three-dimension reconstruction and display of medical image data.
摘要:The general analysis method of the re-radiation characteristics of the metal junction excited by microwave is given.This method can be used in all kinds of metal junctions.The I-V characteristic of metal-barrier-metal junction is analyzed by electron tunneling,and is expressed by the power series.The procedure of numerical analysis and the final result of the typical junction are given.From the numeric results,it can be found that the re-radiation wave amplitude of the 3rd harmonic is greater than that of the 2nd harmonic when the metal junction is excited by incident microwave at lower power.This characteristic can be used to distinguish the metal junction from the PN junction whose reradiated amplitude of the 3rd harmonic is less than that of the 2nd harmonic under the same condition.This distinction is just the theoretic base of many testing instruments.But when the power of incident wave is increased,the difference between the metal junction and PN junction will disappear.So in application,the power limitation of incident wave should be noted for keeping the reliability of the instruments.
摘要:We research on the thermal buckling characteristics of double layer membrane which is composed of different materials with different thermal expansion coefficiens under uniform temperature elevation.The energy method is proposed which is used to solve the problem and the symbolic relation between central buckling height and substrate height under small buckling height is also given.It is the primary theory of membrane resonant sensor,which makes the research and development of novel thermal sensor possible.

摘要:A modified PEEC model is introduced in this paper.For the convenience of utilization the reduction technology in large scale interconnect and packaging electric analysis,this model present the state equations instead of the equivalent circuit.To do that,the integral definition of vector magnetic potential and the Lorentz gauge is used to expand the integral equation of the PEEC model.This avoids the using of the integral definition of the scalar electric potential and consequently avoids the capacitance matrix extraction in complex dielectric structures,which can save a large part of computing time.This model is suitable for hierarchical electromagnetic modeling and reduction technology like PVL.The numerical results show the validity of the presented model.

摘要:Based on the time-interleaved parallel technology,a new architecture of cascaded oversampling sigma-delta mod-ulators is presented in this paper.The new architecture overcomes the shortcoming of original time-interleaved structure while retaining its high speed.With the circuit being quite simple,it can be a practically useful architecture. Simulations of the case of 1-1 cascade, 4 channel indicates that,compared with the traditional second order sigma-delta modulator,the new architecture can achieve a 3bit be-tter precision under the same clock rate,or double the bandwidth while keeping the same precision.Most importantly,it is insensitive to the circuit non-idealities inhering to the time-interleaved structure.
摘要:The differential nonlinearties (DNL) and integral nonlinearities (INL) of high-speed ADC and a data-acquisition system with interleaving/multiplexing and their measurement methods are discussed.According to statistic method,the mathematical expression of DNL and INL of data-acquisition system with interleaving/multiplexing is demonstrated by the DNL and INL of monolithic ADC.Furthermore,the simulations of monolithic ADC and data-acquisition system with two ADCs are finished with histogram methods.It is shown that the DNL and INL errors of data-acquisition system with two ADCs are smaller than linearity errors of each ADC channel.

摘要:Since high performance control logics are usually hard for non-scan test generation,DFT structures could be embedded as offsets in tradition,while it will cause manufacturing cost increase and performance overhead.In this paper,an indirect test generation method based on retiming is proposed,which could dramatically reduce the cost of non-scan ATPG without any loss of original optimized attributes.Experiments on some ISCAS'89 benchmarks show the benefits of our approach in enhancing ATPG of performance-driven logic.

摘要:The concept of behaviors is adopted to describe fundamental simulation computing unit of virtual environment.A dynamic load allocation algorithm based on behavior is proposed to support fine-grain load schedule and promote the scalability of single-user distributed virtual environment.The algorithm has been implemented in a development platform of distributed virtual environment.The test result shows it can tune the system load efficiently to keep the behaviors' fidelity while promoting the real-time interactivity of users.
摘要:Based on the overlapped test scheme this paper proposes a region configuration method of multiple scan chains.According to the given number of scan chains we can obtain optimum region of the registers in scan chain by solving the linear programming problems,and sequentially construct the multiple scan chains.For the fixed set of test vectors,test application time is reduced very much when testied by use of multiple scan chains constructed by the method.Lastly the best configuration of multiple scan chains that have minimal routing complexity can be obtained with according to the qualitative analysis of the routing complexity of multiple scan chains.
摘要:A highly efficient numerical algorithm by using Multi-grid Method (MGM) is introduced to solve the three dimensional field distribution in the present paper.Formulae of the restriction and prolongation in MGM computation is deduced,and a 3D program of MGM is accomplished,which can solve the field distributions in electron optical systems for various electrostatic lenses.The 3D field distribution in an electrostatic concentric spherical model is tested with MGM algorithm and an algorithm based on Finite Difference Method (FDM) respectively.Comparing these two results in view of computational efficiency and computational accuracy,it appears that MGM is superior to FDM in solving electrostatic field distribution for the electron optics problem.This paper shows that the 3D field computation using MGM greatly improves the computational efficiency of field distributions in electron optical systems and shortens the computational time.

摘要:In this paper we proposed an improved fast LMS/Newton algorithm for application to acoustic echo cancellation.The new algorithm is different from not only the FNTF algorithm[1] based the FRLS,but also the algorithm 2[2] based on the LMS completely.For the proposed one we use the fast RLS algorithm in lattice predictive filtering part with some modification and the LMS in adaptive transversal filtering part.Therefore it has the advantage of both the fast convergence for FNTF and the stability for the algorithm 2[2].The simulation experiments using Chinese speech exciting for modeling actual acoustic channel justify the previous issue.

摘要:This paper proposes a MAC protocol and a DCA algorithm for Wireless ATM Communications Network.The proposed MAC scheme,which is named as Orthogonal-code Reservation Multiple Access (ORMA),can reduce the packet colllisions effectively.Due to limited bandwidth in Wireless ATM Network,a dynamic channel assignment algorithm for VBR RTT traffics,which is named as Dynamic Channel Assignment for Burst Traffic (DCA-BT),is also proposed in this paper.From the simulation results,we can find that the performances of the VBR voice and VBR video traffics can be improved significantly.
摘要:In this paper,the mechanism to cause positioning error of zero crossing when D.Marr's 2G method is used to detect the edges in an image is discussed.It is elucidated that the main reason to cause the positioning error is that the neighborhood of the edge center is asymmetric to the center.Two mapping functions of the second derivatives of Gaussian function.2GL and 2GR,are proposed.The two mapping functions are all odd function.The position of spike or valley of the convolution of the mapping function and image is not affected by variance σ,and it has extremely high accuracy of positioning.The odd-even complementary method is proposed which applies synthetically the results of 2G operator (a even function) and 2GL or 2GR operator (a odd function).This method has obvious effect for overcoming positioning error of D.Marr's 2G method when σ is large.After all an engineering application example is given.

摘要:Hand gestures play a natural and intuitive communication mode for all human dialogs.The ability for computer to visually recognize hand gestures is essential for future human-computer interaction.However,vision-based recognition of hand gestures is an extremely challenging interdisciplinary project due to following three reasons:(1)hand gestures are rich in diversities,multi-meanings,and space-time varieties;(2)human hands are complex non-rigid objects;(3)computer vision itself is an ill-posed problem.This paper presents a survey on visual recognition of hand gestures from points of modeling,analysis and recognition techniques of vision-based hand gestures recognition.
摘要:A novel megnetically actuated micromachined deflector with structure of multiple nested cantilevers is designed and fabricated.The device is manufactured using 1.2μm CMOS process followed by anisotropoic etching.Actuation is produced by Lorentz force due to interaction between the currents flowing in the cantilevers and an external magnetic field.Static and dynamic responses are measured.The results show that the deflector has the features of a large,bidirectional angular deflection and fast time response.
摘要:This paper presents a dynamic muscle and skin model based on the characteristics of facial anatomy,histology and biomechanics.In this model,facial outline facet is constructed with regular logical lattices which are designed in layers.Layered synthetic tissue model is created in accordance with the Action Unit (AU) of Facial Action Coding System (FACS).Facial tissue motion is controlled by muscle force,muscle spring force and volume preservation force and position restoration force of the skin layer and thus the facial expression animation is generated.

摘要:A fast codebook search method based on the mean squared error (MSE) distortion for vector quantization is presented.The sums of the codewords are computed and saved in the codebook before every search.During the search process,a lot of codewords can be rejected by utilizing the relationship among the sum of the input vector,the sums of the codewords and MSE.The test result shows that the reduction of computation is about 90% in the encoding time against full search method,and a little precomputation and extra storage are required.
摘要:In this paper,a new textural images segmentation method is proposed which is based on textural-statistical concept.This method can well abstract the textural characteristics.By using this method to describe texture,a non-supervised generalized minimum volume ellipsoid (GMVE) clustering algorithm is adopted to realize non-supervised textural images segmentation.The effectivity and efficiency of the proposed algorithm are illustrated in the experiments for real textural images segmentation.
摘要:Conventional ISAR image technique is based on the presumption of ideal scatterer model of the target.In practical situation,however,the non-ideal scatterers usually exist which will degrade the final image by traditional method.In this paper,we develop a new method to improve the image quality by removing the effect of non-ideal scatterers via AGR method.We introduce the RELAX technique into AGR to improve its estimation accuracy.The quality of the image of the experimental data is evidently improved by our new method.
