摘要:In this paper the contamination of water for ULSI by dissolved oxygen(DO) and total organic carbon (TOC) and the dependence of the density of defects in the gate oxide on the concentration of TOC in high purity water are described.The factors influencing the DO incorporation in water are studied and the different methods for abating TOC are compared.A membrane contactor used to remove DO has been designed.Concentration of DO and TOC in high-purity water treated by deoxy-membrane contactor in conjunction with the double reverse osmosis (RO),electrodeionization desalting and radiation by 185nm UV can reach 0.6μg/L and 0.7μg/L,respectively,The mechanism of decreasing TOC by 185nmUV jrradiation has been explained by using bond energy theory.

摘要:In a single-stage multi-bit ∑-Δ modulator,the implementation of the multi-bit quantizer is often size and power consuming.When the bits of the quantizer increase,the scale of the circuit increases exponentially and soon becomes practically impracticable.In this paper,a new architecture,Noise-Reducing Loop,is proposed.It employs a quantizer with only a few bits and achieves much better performance that can only be achieved by using a huge quantizer in the conventional structure.Accompanied with the Dynamic Quantization algorithm,the modulator can trace the change of the input signal and achieve the near optimal performance adaptively.
摘要:A novel approach for timing-driven placement of very large integrated circuits is presented.Our strategy is to apply clustering technique to a quadratic placement procedure.By clustering,the number of components for placement is reduced considerably.We design a high-efficiency clustering algorithm,named CARGO,which has global optimality and runs very fast.We use a path-based timing-driven quadratic placement algorithm to complete the placement of the condensed circuit.Because quadratic based placement algorithm can mathematically find global optima in very short time,our new approach might be more promising for solving the problem thoroughly.We have tested our algorithm on a set of MCNC circuits and obtained satisfactory results.

摘要:This paper presents a learning algorithm for recognizing the common features of different samples using neural networks.This algorithm is different from the mathematical feature extraction which reduces the dimension of the samples.What this algorithm does is to recognize some common abstract features which the original different samples can not embody definitely.The realization principle is described,and the feasibility is validated by an experiment.This paper provides a new approach for studying some common abstract features of different objects.
摘要:The concept,fundamental and design methodology of stress-sensitive operational amplifier are proposed on the basis of piezoresistive effect of MOS field-effect transistor.As one of its applications,a novel integrated pressure sensor with stress-sensitive MOS operational amplifier is designed and fabricated.This kind of pressure sensor is of very high pressure sensitivity and promising to achieve widespread application in many fields.
摘要:A kind of vehicle routing problem with uncertain client demand is discussed.False depot and new clustering determinat rules are introduced,clustering and taxis are syncretized completely,and the conflict of global sampling and local search is effectively solved.2-OPT algorithm based on possibility and 2-OPT algorithm based on demand upper bound are presented,and simulated with fuzzy simulation methods.It is proved by large numbers of experimental(4000 experiments)results show that the two algorithms are much better than existing algorithms in this field,and that the total distance and vehicle required are sharply reduced.

摘要:A large-scale active reliable multicast protocol:LARMP is presented.LARMP resolves five crucial problems of reliable multicast in the Internet such as negotiate acknowledge / acknowledge implosion,scope retransmission etc.LARMP employs an active dynamic multicast tree supported by the four-level active routers.The active routers in the tree implement the creation and maintenance of the active dynamic multicast tree,NACK suppression,NACK/ACK aggregation,datagram buffering,limitation of the delivery of repair packets to the nodes experiencing loss,and timely detection and report of net congestion to allow the sender to adjust its sending speed.The initial experiments have shown good performance.
摘要:There are no universal criteria and foundations to evaluate approximate algorithms in combinatorial optimization fields at present,however,the focusing problems make great difference to the efficiency of algorithms.In this paper,we take the Job-shop problem as an example ,analyze the characteristics of the scheduling problem and its solutions space,and propose a concept:cutting-factor.Our research shows that cutting-factor can decide the size of the solution space,and processing time of the operations can influence the roughness of the solution space;cutting-faiter and processing-time's distribution can indicate the complexity of the scheduling problem.Our study is an exploring step towards establishing universal criteria for approximate algorithms,and can guide the design of algorithms to some extent.
摘要:Bell&LaPadula (BLP) model is the ground for the implementation of multilevel security (MLS) in secure operating systems.The key spirit of BLP model is to make decision on subject's request to access objects according to subject's current sensitivity label.This paper discusses a scheme for the dynamic determination of subject's current sensitivity label.First,as the basis of further exploration,the BLP model is briefly described.Then,the scheme in question is constructed based on the BLP model.Finally,the qualifying condition for the scheme is presented and its necessity and correctness are demonstrated.
摘要:A digital home network management model used to control and manage digital appliances in families,called HNMP(Home Network Management Protocol),is introduced in this paper.The second section of the paper introduces all the parts of HNMP model; the third section discuses how to describe the attributes and behaviors of digital appliances in home by extending MIB tree; the fourth section describes the format and alternating process of HNMP messages in detail.HNMP model can be implemented easily and has features of simplicity,high expansibility and compatibility with SNMP model.

摘要:This paper first presents a conversion of the m-dimensional discrete Fourier transform(MD-DFT) into a multiple sum involving a number of one-dimensional generalized discrete Fourier transforms (1D-GDFT's) by reordering the input data.An one-dimensional discrete W transform (DWT) and multidimensional polynomialtransform (MD-PT) are then used to compute the m-D DFT so that the number of arithmetic operations needed is reduced.The number of multiplications and additions required by the proposed algorithm is only 1/2m and (2m+1)/4m times that of the usually used row-column DFT algorithm.Besides,compared with the polynomial transform for 2-D DFT developed by Nussbaumer,the multiplications and additions needed by the proposed algorithm are reduced by 50% and 40%,respectively.The numerical experiments show that the proposed algorithm is not only simple in computational structure and but also highly efficient.

摘要:In order to observe the results of practical automatic control system using artificial neural networks as the controller,we developed a real time closed loop emulation system with two independent parts.One is the PC based simulating model of controlled plant and the other is the real neural networks hardware served as the controller.They are connected together by interface circuits.The emulation system works under real control time sequences.It meets the requirements of checking the results of neural networks controller in practical system.Experiments show that the real time emulation system is a useful tool in designing control system with the artificial neural networks.

摘要:Petri net modeling combined with heuristic search provides a new scheduling method for Integrated Circuits (IC) manufacturing systems.The method includes two steps.First,it formulates the scheduling problem with extended timed-place Petri net model.Second,with the help of heuristic function to limit the search space,it applies a search algorithm to reachability graph of the Petri net model to find an optimal or near optimal feasible schedule in terms of the firing sequence of the transitions.Introducing the test arc to traditional timed-place Petri net,this paper proposed a new Petri net,the extended timed-place Petri net.It can concisely represent not only features of IC manufacturing system,such as routing flexibility,shared resources,varied lot sizes,etc.,but also the device maintenance,device priority and operation priority.Therefore,the schedule obtained is more practical.Experimental results are presented to show the effectiveness of the method.
摘要:A transport model for conductivity modulation power devices with localized lifetime control by low energy He ion implantation is developed in this paper.The distribution of carriers and the forward drop of a conductivity modulation power device with localized lifetime control is obtained,based on the solution of 3-region ambipolar transport equations.The reverse recovery time is also obtained by using charge-controlled method.The results of the theoretical analysis and the experiments demonstrate that the reverse recovery time of power devices decreases to below 1/2,and forward drop only increases by a factor of 0.1 times.

摘要:This Paper reports the effects of 1 MeV-Electron irradiation on intrinsic a-Si∶H films and pin diodes at various fluences of 1.4×1015,4.2×1015,8.4×1015 cm2.The changes in the dark-photo conductivities and Photoluminescence(PL)of a-Si∶H films with the fluences of electron irradiation were measured.The changes in the illuminated J-V characteristics and the optical spectral response of a-Si∶H pin diodes with the fluences of electron irradiation were also measured.The electron irradiation could induce significant damage in the films and diodes,and redshifts of the peak value of the optical spectral response in the diodes,but there was no saturation phenomenon observed.The annealling behaviours of the irradiation induced-defects were also investigated.It was found that the electron irradiation induced effects could not be completely recovered by high temperature annealling,although a part of the irradiation damage was recovered at room temperature.We discussed these experimental results and gave a reasonble explaination for them.

摘要:Research on the velocity of the metal induced lateral crystallization (MILC) is reported in this paper. The velocity of MILC is found to decrease with the extended annealing time. One reason is the change of the a-Si during the extended annealing. Another reason is that the Ni diffusion through the MILC area to the MILC front plays an important role in MILC.A new mechanism of MIC and MILC is proposed to explain the observed phenomena.

摘要:A new kind of sandwich-like Praseodymium bis complex Pr(Pc*)2(Pc*=Pc(OC8H17)8;R=OC8H17)is used as film-forming material.Mixed ultrathin films of 1:3 Pr(Pc*)2:octadecanol(OA) have been fabricated using Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique.A new gas-sensing device——LB-OS chemFET has been designed on which the Pr(Pc*)2/OA mixed LB film is deposited replacing the gate metal of conventional MOSFET.The sensitive property of Pr(Pc*)2/OA mixed LB film to nitrogen dioxide (NO2) gas is studied by the change of drain current(IDS) during gas exposure.The chemFET consisting of Pr(Pc*)2/OA mixed LB film can detect NO2 gas down to 5ppm.The qualities are attributed to the amplification by the FET and the ordered nature of LB film.The mechanism of sensitivity of Pr(Pc*)2/OA mixed LB film to NO2 is also studied in the paper.

摘要:The weakness of the commonly-used Segment-Crossing Graph (SCG) model for VLSI multi-layer routing is first discussed,then a Modified Segment-Crossing Graph model is preserted,and finally a modified simulated annealing approach for constrained via minimization problem on the basis of this model is given.In the algorithm,many physical constraints are taken into consideration,and both restricted and non-restricted layer model routing can be treated.The experimental results prove the number of vias can be reduced largely.

摘要:This paper discusses about some algorithms of variable step size LMS adaptive filtering and establishes another new non-linear functional relationship between μ and e(n).The functional relationship is not only simpler than Sigmoid functional relationship,but also has the property of slight change e(n) near to zero.Therefore it is superior to Sigmoid functional relationship in the process of step size change of adaptive steady state.On the basis of the functional relationship,The author presents the new algorithm of variable step size LMS adaptive filtering and analyses the algorithm with various α and β.the algorithm has less computational complexity than the former algorithms,besides good convergence properties.Computer simulation results confirms the theoretical analysis and shows the algorithm performance is better than that of former algorithms.

摘要:In this paper,the principle of the quantum signature has been investigated,and a quantum signature scheme has been proposed.The presented scheme is based on the correlation of the Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger(GHz) triplet state.Results show that the proposed quantum signature scheme is provable secure.
摘要:Evolutionary algorithm has been used to optimize vector quantizer design,and a method to select the survived offspring codevectors based on equidistortion is introdnced.Those selected codevectors are used to adjust parent codebook to decrease the sub-region distortion.The experimental results prove that the algorithm has better improved the expected distortion by overcoming the local optimality of LBG algorithm.
摘要:Clique Partitioning is an important algorithm in data path synthesis.The present partition algorithm given by C.J.Tseng is widely used in High Level Synthesis.By analyzing the instance of Complete-point and Bi-partition point,two merge rules are presented in this paper to improve the partition algorithm.The experiments show that the partition results are improved notably by using the revised algorithm.
摘要:This paper studies and implements a motion fitting algorithm to realize a natural and smooth transition between different motions for virtual humans.According to existing motions,the algorithm adopts a warping function represented by multi-level B-spline function to generate detailed motion level by level in order to get the goal motion.Finally,experiments demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.

摘要:According to the situation of the network bandwidth,we filter MPEG video data and select the essential frames to be transmitted over the network.A frame selection algorithm is proposed which takes into consideration of the case that video's GoP may change in a single stream.To implement error control and concealment for video communication,the Newton's interpolation method is used.Our scheme can guarantee the video's transmission quality under the condition of limited network bandwidth.We also test our scheme on networks with different transmission rate and packet loss rate.
摘要:On the basis of describing the optimization of multicast routing with delay and bandwidth constrained,the paper presents a new heuristic algorithm.Then some experiments have been given to analyze the performances.The result shows that the routing mechanism in this paper successfully solves the QoS routing problems when many-to-many cast session exists.The scheme not only optimizes the routing tree with guarantee of the bandwidth and end to end delay,but also effectively controls the algorithm complexity which is suitable for large size of network.
摘要:The paper presents a framework for integrating the MIB and DIT by using JNDI API and CORBA Naming Service.The key approach of integration is to build a naming tree based on Distinguished Name using CORBA Naming Service.In addition,more details on how to set up a naming tree of MIT by using CORBA Naming Service are stated and discussed.

摘要:Semi-analytical thermal analysis method of multilayer cylindrical electronic module with heat sources in the surface of the module is presented in this paper.The numerical solution of the temperature distribution in the surface of the modules is calculated by computer using this method.This method can be applied to thermal design of integrated circuits,hybrid circuits,or electronic module.

摘要:Through analyzing the internal current transport in photoelectric dual-base transistor(PDUBAT),the physical mechanism for the origin of the negative resistance characteristic in the device has been discussed.In this paper,we propose that the cause for the negative resistance in PDUBAT is coming from the feedback effect of the lateral component of output current of the vertical transistor in PDUBAT for the first time. This viewpoint has been confirmed by experiment.

摘要:This paper presents a direct extraction method for the associated noise temperature Td and Tg in the MOSFET temperature noise model.The method is related to two-port network noise theory and noise correlation matrix.Td and Tg are extracted from the small-signal model parameters and the noise parameters of the device.It is theoretically shown that the accuracy of extracted Td and Tg in the method is improved.The main factors that affect the accuracy of extracted Td and Tg are systematically analyzed.Comparisons of extracted Td and Tg between the method and other extraction method are presented and a good agreement is shown.

摘要:Fully-depleted CMOS/SOI 2000 gate sea-of-array are described in the paper.The structure of macrocell is used,Including 2×8 basic cells and eight channels,with size is 92μm×86μm.The SOG(Sea-Of-Array) were developed with 0.8μm Fully-depleted CMOS/SOI technology.Some frequency dividers and ring oscillators are built on it.Unloaded 101 stage 0.8μm fully-depleted ring oscillators reported here have very good speed performance.Under 5V supply voltage,the delay per stage reaches 45ps.

摘要:For homo-junction Si bipolar transistor operation under common emitter,because of the positive feedback of thermoelectricity,thermal breakdown occurs easily at high collector——emitter voltage and high current,this decreases the safe operation area of transistors.In this paper,due to negative feedback of thermoelectricity,negative resistance characteristics of Si/SiGe/Si double hetero-junction bipolar transistors with heavily doped base at high currents is reported.A new interpretation to this phenomenon is given.This is resulted from Auger recombination in the base and decrease in current gain at high current as temperature increases.This phenomenon has benefit to improve anti-burnout capability of bipolar transitors.The results suggest that Si/SiGe/HBT is suitable for high power applications.

摘要:An improved macro model is proposed based on ZSTT model,which is derived from the hysteresis loop of a ferroelectric capacitor.This model is proved to be very successful in the optimization and simulation for FeRAM design.It can also be adapted to express the P-V characteristic of a ferroelectric capacitor imposed by nonsymmetrical voltage,which is useful in some new operation scheme.
摘要:This paper reviews the recent studies on spatial characteristics of wireless channels with emphasis on experimental work.Some results and main features of the experiments are introduced,which could be references for further research.A novel experimental method is also proposed to overcome some practical difficulties.It is shown that the emerging high speed wireless communications have put their urgent requirements on more in-depth knowledge on spatial properties of wireless channel.
摘要:Explicit design formulas are given for relatively wideband diplexers.By modifying some of the elements according to the explicit design formulas,two bandpass filters based upon same lowpass prototype with same bandwidth but operating at different center frequencies can be connected directly into a diplexer with good performance.

摘要:ASIC(FPGA)+DSP+RAM is a popular model in high speed parallel pipeline signal processing.It is especially suitable for China.Based on the combination of FPGA's configurable logic blocks and external memory,the problem exist between limited PCB size and huge memory space is solved in radar data processing.On the other hand,the parallel pipeline functions of FPGA resolve the problem between mass radar data real-time processing and limited DSP speeds.The track correlation processing after using FPGA,FPGA's operation model control,data communication and exchange between DSP and host computer are all done by DSP.Therefore the optimal system structure is established.The system has been checked and accepted,and satisfies the requirement of the design.
摘要:An implementation scheme of all-optical network based on optical code division multiple access (OCDMA) via temporal encoding is proposed in this paper.OCDMA all-optical access network,optical cross connection,optical switching,optical add/drop,and optical multiplexing are given in this paper.The OCDMA all-optical network architecture is also given.
摘要:The paper presents the schematic of CDMA(Code dovision multiple access) base station transceiver.The CDMA three region base station is incorporated into this standard which has been defined in TIA/EIA/IS-95.Its receiver sensitivity is -117dBm and the noise figure is better than 3dB.The maximal effective radiated transmitter power is 47dBm and the 3rd intermodulation products from co-located transmitter shall not exceed 45dB.
