摘要:One novel protection capacities reservation algorithm is proposed in this paper.Through reserving protection capacities in all trunks and partial chords on one pre-created spanning tree,the proposed algorithm assures that every node-pair on network keeps connection by at least two diverse protection routes,which can protect the networks from failing in case of the single link or node failure event.
摘要:The properties of supercapacitors utilizing carbon nanotube electrodes are studied in this paper.The effects of modification treatment and adhesives on the properties of electrodes are investigated.The working mechanism of supercapacior is also discussed.When carbon nanotubes modified by nitric acid are used as electrodes and 30%(wt) H2SO4 aqueous solution is used as the electrolyte,supercapacitors with specific capacitance of 69 F/g and good frequency response are obtained .For this type of supercapacitor,there is not only electric double-layer capacitance,but also pseudo capacitance.
摘要:A new kind of blind separation algorithm for real-time linear mixture signals is presented in this paper.At first,the mixture matrix is changed into orthogonal matrix by using whitened mixture signals.Then based on QR decomposing theory,a series of primary rotating transforms are performed for mixture signals.It is also considered that the mutual information is the least if source signals are independent and a new kind of adaptive blind separation algorithm is educed.This method avoids the complex calculation of |det w| with the present information theory method (e.g.Torkkola 1996,Pham 1999,Lee 2000,as well as Tang 2000).In the paper we not only give the theoretic proof in detail,but also carry out the simulation experiments.Both of theoretic analysis and simulation results show that this algorithm saves the separation time and has a good separation effect.
摘要:Coordination plays a very important role in mobile agent-based applications.Unfortunately,current coordination models can't finely meet the coordination need of mobile agents.In this paper,role-based coordination thinking is introduced,in which the key thinking is the separation of coordination function from the implementation of mobile agent.Then a coordination model using this thinking-RBRS-is given in detail,which indicates that this kind of separation not only simplifies the design and implementation of mobile agent,but also improves the scalability of whole mobile agent system.
摘要:Critical point detection (CPD) of planar curves can be well applied in approaching of curves using poly-lines,which has very important applications in image recognition,measurement and analysis.As digital lines are commonly composed by several continuous short lines,which are horizontal (k is 0),vertical (k is 1) and ±45°(k is ±1) lines.We call these four lines basic lines and define the maximum length of every basic line as corresponded directional pixel length (DPL),which are further denoted as Lx,Ly,L+ and L-.Furthermore,four theorems on DPL are proposed,based on which,an automatic algorithm for CPD is also presented.The comparisons of algorithms from Ansari-Huang,Zhu-Chirlian and ours was showed.The satisfactory experimental results have demonstrated that our algorithm has apparent advantages in reducing critical point number and spatial-temporal spending.

摘要:To solve the problem of vessel bifurcation and overlap,an adaptive tracking algorithm based on the constraint of directional information measure is proposed.In the heuristics tracking procedure,an edge measure function is defined to detect vessel edge.Simultaneously,some strategies are introduced to improve the detective precision,such as step adjustment,direction inertia and quadrangle modification.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can correctly track the vessel when bifurcate and overlap occurs.

摘要:DFH which comes down to a kind of G function algorithm is the key technique of CHESS radio.This algorithm can generate FH pattern and realize the information's modulation and demodulation at the same time.A new G function algorithm based on additivity fuzzy system principle is put forward and the test of its FH pattern is done in this paper.The conclusion shows that this algorithm whose FH pattern has better randomicity and uniformity,and is robust to initial condition.The analysis also shows it has high complexity and good stealthiness.

摘要:A new recognition method of handwritten Chinese characters by support vector machine is presented.Support vector machines(SVM) operate on the principle of structure risk minimization which not only keeps the empirical risk minimal but also controls VC confidence of discriminant functions,hence a better generalization ability is guaranteed.In this paper,the problems to be solved while applying SVM in Chinese character recognition are addressed at first,and then a two stage of recognition scheme is suggested.Finally,experimental results on 1034 categories of Chinese character from 120 sets of samples are given.For the Polynomial kernel SVM,a 3.38% average increment of recognition rate is obtained showing the efficiency of the proposed approach.

摘要:Under pressure of 1×10-6~10-5Pa,a thin film of tungsten carbide is formed on the surface of tungsten tip of field emission microscopy after certain annealing treatment.Typical field emission patterns of tungsten carbide thin film is observed,and its I-V behavior and Fowler-Nordheim plot is measured.Using transmission electron microscopy ,we measure the curvature radius of emission tip,and estimate the ratio factor β with an empirical formula,then calculate the work function φ of tungsten carbide thin film to be 3.79eV according to Fowler-Nordheim formula.

摘要:Hot-carrier effects under AC(Alternating Current)stress are investigated in this paper.Alternative hot-hole and hot-electron injection effects on the degradation of NMOSFET's under pulse stress are discussed mainly.Enhanced degradation appears in both threshold voltage and transconductance under pulse stress.NMOSFET's after hot-hole injection followed by hot-electron injection produce serious degradation,which can be explained by neutral-electron-trap model and hot-carrier-induced gate oxide degradation under pulse stress.The pulsed delay time and pulse frequency effects on NMOSFET's degradation are investigated and analyzed quantitatively,and a detailed explanation is also given out.Under pulse stress,the hot-carrier-induced device degradation is caused by the cooperation of hot holes at low voltage and hot electrons at high voltage.

摘要:Carbon was coated on the surface of molybdenum-grids by ion beam assisted deposition(IBAD).Electron emission characteristics from the grids with and without carbon contaminated by active electron-emission substance of the cathode were measured using analogous diode method.The results show that electron-emission from the grid with carbon was much less than that from the grid without carbon.The cathode-emission substance deposited on the carbon surface of the grid was analyzed by XPS and electron probe (EPMA) and the mechanism for suppression of electron emission of the grid with carbon is discussed.
摘要:A new infrared thermometry is proposed.Planck's law is thought as the `self' mode of the measured object,and the emissivity and transmissivity are thought as `non-self'(antigens).The distorted `self' mode is recognized by coding self-performances based on artificial immune principle.Firstly,antibodies are produced.Secondly,antigens are neutralized.At last,the object temperature is got.The simulation results have verified effectiveness of the method.
摘要:Unique Input/Output (UIO) sequence is an efficient method to perform functional test of Finite State Machine (FSM),which arises in many applications,such as VLSI designs and communication protocols,etc.A heuristic algorithm based on Distinguished State Group (DSG) is described to generate UIO sequences.The optimizing methods include a hellristic strategy based on a specific 'less’ relation,several pruning strategies,and a novel access mechanism of multiple OPEN/CLOSED lists,and these methods eliminate ono-sense nodes and branches to a great extent.According to the experimental results,the practicability of all the measures is analyzed.Compared with brute algorithms,the optimized one is improved in terms of time and space complexities.

摘要:The low power design principle based on redundancy-restraining technique is explained in this paper.Various constructions for restraining redundancy in combinational circuits and their working mechanism are analyzed.Furthermore,a low power magnitude comparator design based on this technique is proposed.PSPICE simulation and energy analysis proves that saving energy dissipation can be effectively achieved by using this design technique.
摘要:This paper proposes a design of the self-adaptive learning fuzzy controller based on Genetic Algorithms optimization.Researching how this theory optimizes the parameters of fuzzy control in the whole scope is taken.Considering the implementation of hardware,the discussion is focused on the generation of control rules and the dynamic learning of the rules store.Some new computational methods are used based on traditional genetic algorithms.The nonlinear control system of inverted pendulum is simulated on-line with this design,by simulate tools-Simulink in Matlab,which proves the validity and the applicability of this proposed control method.This approach also provides a valuable theory basis to the implementation of hardware chip.
摘要:This paper analyzes the synchronization mechanism of distributed simulation model SDAG and obtains the sufficient conditions for events synchronization.Then MATW and GDSM algorithms have been proposed which can adjust the synchronization delay by predicting the runtime difference of simulation and the arriving time difference of input messages of all simulation entities.The test result has showed the good performance of the new algorithms in improving system synchronization.
摘要:Most current image watermarking schemes determine the detection threshold in experience,and test the algorithm performance only by experimental results.In this paper,we analyzed the stochastic process models of image and watermark,present the statistical property of watermark correlation detection,and describe the connection of watermark energy,decision variable and watermark correlator.Probabilities of incorrect detections are expressed in terms of watermark-to-image power ratio statistical properties.With the result of this paper,we can determine the watermark energy given the permitted bit error rate,and adaptively determine the threshold of the corrupted watermarked images.
摘要:Solving constrained mirror placement problem is very valuable to content providers in Internet.Constrained mirror placement problem can be modeled as a k-supplier problem,which belongs to NP-Complete problem and has only best possible 3-approximate algorithm.A heuristic genetic algorithm is presented in this paper,which uses the heuristic algorithm to revise the new illegal chromosome generated by standard two-points crossover and one-point mutation operations.The simulation results suggest that the algorithm is feasible and effective.

摘要:Preparing process of carbon-nanotube cathode and vacuum package process of field-emission display is reseached.A carbon-nanotube cathode with good field emitting charater is prepared by a new synthesizing technique.Using as-grown carbon-nanotube film prepared by this technique as cathode,a field-emission display which can display simple figures and digits is developed.An elastic assembling technique is also developed to fabricate FED.The samples display high luminance at low drive voltage and the luminance is well proportional to drive voltage.This is very convenient for the realization of high luminance display and high gray-scale resolution in the future.The most important achievment of this project is that the continuous working life-time test of this sample have exceeded 5500 hours.This result proved that the stability of carbon-nanotube can meet the requirement of most commercial products.
摘要:The study on image theory of two-dimensional synthetic aperture microwave radiometer is presented.It is base on the aperture synthesis theory in both along track and cross track directions.Using the present theory,two different space borne baseline configurations are discussed together with their sampling schemes of the visibility function and the algorithm of retrieving the original brightness temperature.Numerical simulated results show that the theory presented is feasible.
摘要:This paper demonstrates that in the Galerkin method analysis of waveguide slot's characteristics the matrix element expression,obtained by the Fourier method,of the half-space field on the exterior surface of the waveguide slot is equivalent to that obtained by the general integral method.The double integrals in these expressions are reduced to single integrals.The advantages using the simplified expression are described.

摘要:The directional coupler based on the GaAs/GaAlAs optical strip waveguide is analyzed using three-dimensional beam propagation method based on the series expansion method (3D-SEM-BPM).The even and odd modes supported by this coupler are obtained,respectively,and the coupling length exponentially increases with the increasing of the waveguide separation.The simulation results for the injected field through the present device are also gotten,and the excitation selected as the fundamental mode supported by the single optical strip waveguide at left channel is transferred into the right channel after propagatiny 2.62mm,thus the cross state is obtained.The 3D-SEM-BPM reduces the basic BPM equation to the first-order normal differential equation system.Consequently,the computational program is simple.Moreover,the calculation is efficient due to the small matrix derived from the present method.In dealing with the boundary conditions,a tangent-type function is applied to map the infinite space into a unit square.As a result,the boundary truncation is eliminated.
摘要:A model that predicts the optical transmission switching curve of the ferroelectric liquid crystal (FELC) with an arbitrary drive voltage is presented using Pspice simulator,which is a general circuit analysis software,including square,sine,pulse and triangular waves.The model shows turn-on delay,transient response,and almost perfect memory characteristic of the FELC.The analytic results are in basic agreement with reported theoretical and experimental data.We also integrate these models into electronic computer-aided design tools,which will enable circuit and system designers to simultaneously simulate electrical and optical performance.

摘要:Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics(LTCC) is an excellent packaging technique for achieving highly reliable and miniature microwave multichip modules(MMCM).A three dimensional(3D) LTCC microwave transmission structure was studied in this paper,and stacked vias were applied in the structure to realize vertical microwave interconnecting.The 3D LTCC structure and the way of vertical interconnecting were simulated and optimized by the electromagnetic field analysis software.Good agreement was acquired between the simulated results and the experimental results.The testing of monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC) chips and the bonding interconnecting technique for MMCM were described,and an application example of X-band MMCM was introduced.
摘要:A secure vector space secret sharing scheme with the secret k∈GF(q) is presented.This scheme can detect the cheaters more effectively,with the probability of cheating 1/q2 and asymptotically optimal information rate 1/3.Meanwhile,a robust threshold scheme is studied and the expression of its probability of cheating is given.
摘要:In this paper,based on blind adaptive gradient algorithm (BAG) for multiuser detection,an improved blind adaptive gradient algorithm (IBAG) for code-aided suppression of multiple-access interference (MAI) and narrow-band interference (NBI) in direct-sequence code-division multiple-access system is proposed.The blind adaptive gradient algorithm (BAG) has two types:tracking blind adaptive gradient algorithm (TBAG),which has the tracking ability,and time-invariant blind adaptive gradient algorithm (TIBAG),which is applied in time-invariant circumstances.TIBAG has good constringency but no tracking ability,while TBAG has good tracking ability but its SIR rises slowly at beginning.so,IBAG modifies TIBAG to make its SIR riss more quickly and to keep its tracking abilty as time goes on.The simulation results show that the IBAG has the similar computational complexity to BAG,but the tracking ability and convergence performance of the IBAG is much better than the BAG.
摘要:In mobile communication system,a continuous channel estimation and tracing method is needed to implement the Viterbi algorithm of MLSE because of fading and Doppler effect.In this paper,we propose a novel MLSE receiver based on interpolating channel processing (ICP).To reduce the computational complexity of VA,we use an effective method named-adaptive threshold algorithm (ATA).A comparison in performance and computational cost is given with two other reference algorithms:Per-survivor Processing and Minimum Survivor Processing.
摘要:EMV96 is a representative IC card payment specification presented by Europay,MasterCard and Visa.Many IC card payment schemes are implemented based on it.In this paper,we analyze the security mechanism of payment protocols of EMV96 and put forward some assumptions based on which EMV96 sets up its payment application.Further analysis shows that EMV96 can't satisfy secure payment based on those assumptions.Finally,we present our improvement advice without modifying the flow of application.
摘要:A composite neural network model with many sub-network stages is presented.The flaw identification is accomplished stage by stage.Each stage consists of different sub-networks and is trained by a stochastic learning algorithm independently.Numerical simulations of crack identification have shown that the composite neural network model decreases the input vector dimensions of neural network from N2 to N,simplifies the structure of network,saves the learning time,and has a better generalization ability.It can be used effectively in eddy current testing.

摘要:Now many video segmentation algorithms can detect cuts efficiently,but the detection of gradual transitions is left as a challenge,which is becoming a new active research region.In this paper,a new wipe transition detection method in MPEG compressed domain is presented based on the spatio-temporal distribution of the macroblock coding types in B frames and P frames.Hough transform is utilized to analyze the continuity of change regions.At last,the histogram analysis of DC-image is used to reconfirm the detection.This method can get not only the beginning and end frame number of the wipe transition,but also the transition patterns,such as the wipe direction.It requires less calculations and can distinguish wipes from other transition types and motions in some cases.
摘要:A new algorithm that combined Support Vector Machine (SVM) with K Nearest neighbour (KNN) is presented and it comes into being a new classifier.The classifier based on taking SVM as a 1NN classifier in which only one representative point is selected for each class.In the class phase,the algorithm computes the distance from the test sample to the optimal super-plane of SVM in feature space.If the distance is greater than the given threshold,the test sample would be classified on SVM;otherwise,the KNN algorithm will be used.In KNN algorithm,we select every support vector as representative point and compare the distance between the testing sample and every support vector.The testing sample can be classed by finding the k-nearest neighbour of testing sample.The numerical experiments show that the mixed algorithm can not only improve the accuracy compared to sole SVM,but also better solve the problem of selecting the parameter of kernel function for SVM.
摘要:EIDI model which makes the embedded Internet devices intelligent has been presented.The architecture,function and realization methods have been proposed.Based on our products,two design examples have been shown.This model is based on the Embedded Internet technology which was developed by us at the same time,to make EI from discrete management stage to intelligent management one.The realization of EIDI model can enable the unintelligent devices to have a certain adaptive processing capabilities and mutual controlling capabilities,which can communicate with human being actively.
摘要:The charge pump is designed for LCD-driver used in mobile telephone.By estimation of the rise time of the Fibonacci-like charge pump,an optimal switching frequency is suggested to make a compromise between the rise time and the dynamic power dissipation.The simulating comparison results based on 1.2μm CMOS technology parameters show that the charge pump has a high pumping speed and a high power efficiency.By some techniques,a novel charge pump is proposed which can operate in versatile portable equipments supplied by 1.2V~5V.One is to improve the VGS voltage potential,the second is to connect substrates always to highest voltage by sets of two transistors.

摘要:The geometric structure of nonlinear least squares solution for signals by complex exponents is offered in this paper.Beginning with analysis for the convergent state of alternative algorithm solving two equations together contented by the model's nonlinear least squares solution,the recognition for geometric structure of nonlinear least squares solution is acquired.It would help to construct a fully effective algorithm and understanding for the solution's structure is deepened.The alternative algorithm presented by this paper is fully effective in higher SNR or when the difference of frequency in model is slightly increased.Nevertheless,the invalid convergence (large error) appears in the condition with lower SNR(10dB) and smaller difference of frequency (0.02 Hz),if the convergent control condition of alternative algorithm is only in accordance with varying quantity of least squares error.

摘要:A novel CMOS ternary D-type edge-triggered flip-flop using a single latch is presented.In the proposed circuit,data are sampled into the latch during a short transparency period for rising edge of the clock signal.The proposed circuit has a simpler construction with respect to previously reported ternary flip-flop.This simple flip-flop with dual-rail outputs uses only twenty-four MOS transistors in addition to the clock driver,and hence requires a small silicon area.The computer simulation with PSPICE has validated that this flip-flop can realize the expected logic function,has desirable transient characteristics and lower power dissipation.Furthermore,the proposed construction can be easily extended to the design of multiple-valued edge-triggered flip-flop with a higher radix.
摘要:This paper presents a multilevel file system applicable to security kernel of operating system.It provides security policies and key techniques as well as analysis of security,compatibility and efficiency.The file system has been implemented in the secure operating system "SecLinux".

摘要:With the feature size of VLSI scaling down,interconnection delays begin to dominate the circuit performance.Interconnect nets reduction become an important part of high level synthesis.We present an algorithm which cope allocation and floorplan problems simultaneously,we use Min-cut method to multi-partition scheduled DFG,implementing resource allocation as well as mapping the partition procedure to Slicing structure based floorplan.During the partition procedure,floorplan informations are used to direct allocation,thus interconnections are efficiently optimized.Design examples are presented to help concluding that our algorithm is very efficient.
摘要:This paper investigates the topic of non-integral order differentiation.Following directly the limit definition of the classical integral order differentiation in the time-domain,it is difficult to expand the classical differential operation from the integral order case to the non-integral order case.Based on the expression of differential operation in the frequency domain,and wedding it to the wavelet transform,the non-integral order differential problem was solved in this paper.Meanwhile the inherent law between the non-integral order differential operation and the wavelet transform was discovered,and an approximate approach for computing the non-integral order differentiation was given.In this paper we introduce some new concepts,such as the magnitude operator and the generalized Hilbert transform etc,thereby study emphatically the construction and the localization characteristics of wavelet which is based on the non-integral order differentiation of a low-pass function.

摘要:Kanerva's sparse distributed memory model (SDM) was initially applied to associative memory,its application is limited for its reading-writing operation by using outer product.SDM is improved in this paper by changing its original rule of reading-writing operation and retaining its characteristics of sparse distributed memory,then a novel improved model that is similar to CMAC will be obtained,in which no block effect appear and Hashing technology is not used.Theoretical analysis and example have shown this improved model effective and reasonable.
