    • A New Active Queue Management Algorithm Based on Dynamic Matrix Control

      摘要:Through the analysis of the fluid-based model,a new predictive model is proposed for Internet system.This model is simple,and the way of selecting parameters is relatively easy.It's able to predict the change of congestion window according to the network environment.Based on the theory of Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC),a new Active Queue Management (AQM) algorithm is proposed,called DMCAQM.The design details,the stability analysis and the principles of choosing parameters are also presented.The results of simulations under different network environments demonstrate that DMCAQM is effective in controlling the queue length to the desired value.In comparison to other AQM algorithms,such as PI,RaQ and REM,DMCAQM have faster response and lower queue fluctuations.In addition,DMCAQM has larger interval while with simple implementation,so it use less resource on the routers.

      摘要:According to the characteristics of the type 2 two-sided assembly line balancing problem,an improved ant colony optimization is proposed.A novel pheromone between two adjacent tasks in the same side station is defined to describe the order relation between them.A new bound strategy is proposed to reduce the search space of ants,by decreasing the upper bound of station times according to the current best solution,and bounding their lower bounds with the mean processing time of assigned stations.An improved task assignment rule is applied to assign the suitable task to station,in which three kinds ideal task with different prior permissions are used.A side station determination rule is proposed to balance the increase speed of both side times.Computational results show the effectiveness and stability of proposed algorithm.

      摘要:Focusing on the solving of the shortest paths in the conditions of complicated constraints for network analysis and application,geometric algebra is used to develop the network analysis algorithms.We built a network model and bilateral search algorithms based on the multivector representation and multidimensional operators of geometric algebra.Then,we implemented the algorithm by taking the example of finding the shortest paths that pass the specified necessary nodes and the least segments.According to the experiment analysis of the road network data,this algorithm can directly estimate the constrained nodes by applying the outer algorithm and has better versatility and less path traversal times.Moreover,this algorithm has an advantage on many-to-many path solution and multi-user parallel solution.

      摘要:The few-trial extraction of evoked potentials is very meaningful to the study of brain and many clinical applications.According to the characteristics of Electroencephalogram signal,this paper presents a novel algorithm for double-trial extracting evoked potentials based on joint sparse representation.Taking advantage of the quasi-periodic structure of evoked potentials and randomness of ongoing spontaneous Electroencephalogram,the observations of evoked potentials are considered as the superposition of the similar components and the different components.Evoked potential obtained by same stimulation of the nerves changes only in latency and scale parameters.Our method uses the average evoked potentials to model and construct the sparse dictionary,so the double-trial extraction of evoked potentials can be achieved with joint sparse representation.Experiment results show that the performance of the proposed method is better than that of other methods.

      摘要:According to the distribution characteristics of the Pareto set (PS) of multi-objective optimization problems (MOPs),a cooperative coevolutionary model with new problem decomposition method was designed.By introducing the proposed coevolutionary model into artificial immune system,a cooperative immune coevolutionary algorithm for multi-objective optimization (CICAMO) was proposed.In CICAMO,the Tchebycheff decomposition method is employed to divide sub-populations at first,and then linear probabilistic models are built for each sub-population to piecewise approximate the distribution of the whole PS.In antibody reproducing step,two types of approaches based on clonal selection and model sampling are employed.Experimental results indicate that CICAMO can achieve a good performance in terms of both solution quality and convergence rate,especially when solving MOPs with non-linear relationship between decision variables.

      摘要:In order to predict the random time-delay of Internet-based networked control system effectively,a hybrid one step time-delay forecasting method based on Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)and Least Squared Support Vector Machines(LS-SVM)is presented in the paper.Firstly,EMD algorithm can decompose time-delay sequences into some intrinsic mode functions(IMF),the IMF after decomposed remove the long-range dependence of original time-delay sequences and prominent the different local feature of the time-delay sequences.Secondly,according to the change law of each IMF,chose different LS-SVM model to predict time-delay.At last,all the forecasted values corresponded to these partitions are superposed to get the forecasted time-delay.Simulation results show that the proposed method has higher prediction accuracy.

    • Online Learning of Multiple Detectors for Visual Object Tracking

      摘要:In order to study the problem of long-term visual tracking in unconstrained environments,this paper proposes a method of learning multiple detectors online for visual object tracking.The method uses the random ferns as the basic detector.The entire and the local appearances of the target and the connected objects which are explored by the context learning are used synchronously as the training data to build and upgrade the object detector on the fly.Thus it is able to detect the objects with different classes independently.Since different detections are related to different object classes,the results of object detections are fused as the measurements and the probabilities of configuration hypotheses for the measurements to the target are calculated to find the target location for visual tracking task.Experimental results based on the real-world video sequences validate the effectiveness and robustness of our approach and demonstrate its better tracking performance than several state-of-the-art methods.

      摘要:In order to solve the problem of low output power of piezoelectric energy harvesting systems caused by less energy and wide band of ambient vibration,the method of optimizing the output power of cantilever piezoelectric energy harvesting system with the parallel or series inductance are explored and the influence of different parallel or series inductance to the output power is analyzed.Since the frequency of piezoelectric cantilever is low,and the matching inductor value is large,lossless simulated inductor is used in experiment.The theoretical analysis and experiment results show that the maximum output power of resonance can also be obtained at the deviating points with different matching inductance corresponding to different excitation frequencies,which broadens the operating frequency band and improves the total energy harvesting energy level of the system.When the excitation frequency is 0.8 or 1.2 times of the resonant frequency,the maximum output power with parallel or series inductance is 26.4 and 18.2 times of that of the purely resistive load.

    • A Vision Substitution Method Based on Visual Attention Models

      摘要:The existing vision substitution methods are only used in special environments because their mapping features are obtained by object recognition.Aiming at this problem,a vision substitution method based on visual attention models is proposed.Firstly,regions of interest are extracted according to human visual properties.And on the basis of the auditory display theory,PSC mapping method is presented that the position,size and color of regions of interest are respectively mapped into note loudness,duration and pitch.Results show that this method corresponds with the cognitive processes of human vision.It is good at helping the blind to obtain the important information and reducing the difficulty of training and learning.Moreover,the mapped electronic music is pleasing to ear and enjoyable.

      摘要:In allusion to l-diversity model not considering sensitivity differences between the sensitive attributes,a new attack pattern which named sensitivity attack was proposed.Secondly,a new sensitive groups constructing method which based on sensitive attributes decomposition was proposed,and a keyword weight evaluation method called IDF was used to measure the sensitivity of the sensitive values.At the same time,a multi sensitive attributes (l1,l2,…,ld)-diversity privacy preserving method for sensitivity attack which called MICD was proposed,which guaranteed the sensitivity difference between sensitive values in sensitive groups by sensitivity inverse clustering.Experiment results demonstrated that the MICD algorithm could better protect sensitive attributes against sensitivity attack,and more effective on information loss.

    • A Constrained Trust Recommendation Using Probabilistic Matrix Factorization

      摘要:Existing recommendation algorithms can not give accurate recommendations for users who have few historical records or even none,namely the user cold recommendation problem.In this paper,a constrained trust recommendation using probabilistic matrix factorization (CTRPMF) is proposed.The trust is propagated with the constraint of distrust to get accurate and comprehensive trust relationship matrix.User trust relationship matrix and user-item matrix are factorized using probabilistic matrix factorization to mix the information from trust relationship and user-item matrix,in order to give recommendations.The experimental results showed that CTRPMF could greatly improve the effectiveness of recommend ations for cold start users and users with sparse historical data,and effectively solve the cold recommendation problem.

      摘要:A major bottleneck in realizing a time-interleaved system is mismatches among the sub-ADCs,which may greatly degrade the receiver performance.In this paper,we investigated a novel mismatch estimation method,in which the coupling between time errors and gain errors is solved by using the rotational relationship between the signal subspaces with respect to two adjacent frequency bins.The decoupled mismatch errors can be estimated accurately free of iteration.Moreover,the presented method is robust to residual offset errors and system noise.The effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified by simulated data.

    • Combining Features of Question Based on Diversity and Importance

      摘要:In research on question classification in question answering system,combining features can greatly help construct efficient question classifier.In order to deal with the problem of low performance of existing methods,a new method of diversity and importance based feature combination(DIFC) is proposed.By calculating the diversity between candidate feature and current combination for error and correct classification respectively,and the importance of candidate feature,features can be dynamically selected from candidate feature set.The experimental results of bag-of-words binding features on the HIT Chinese question set show that,compared with other methods,the new method is flexible and efficient,and gets more optimal feature combination.

      摘要:The calculation of formal concepts is a very important part in the theory of formal concept analysis.This paper proposes a visualization algorithm of formal concept calculation that used the attribute topology of formal context.This algorithm puts the top attributes as the cores to decompose the topology into some sub-topologies,gets all the formal concepts by the visualization full path searching in present sub-topology,combine them to get a full set of concepts of the formal context.Through the analysis of the method,using the full path searching of the sub-topology to get formal concepts not only makes the calculation of formal concept simple and easy to operate,and will not result in lost or redundant computing formal concept.

      摘要:Many-objective optimization problems are common and important in real-world applications,previous theories and methods suitable for them,however,are few so far.We presented a set-based many-objective evolutionary optimization algorithm with integrating a decision-maker's preferences to effectively solve the problems above in this study.In the proposed method,each objective function of the original optimization problem was first transformed into a desirability function based on preference areas given by the decision-maker over it;thereafter,the optimization problem was further transformed into a bi-objective optimization one by taking such indicators as hyper-volume and the decision-maker's satisfaction as two new objectives in which a set formed by multiple solutions of the original optimization problem is as the new decision variable;finally,the transformed bi-objective optimization problem was solved by using a set-based evolutionary optimization algorithm to obtain a Pareto optimal set which meets the decision-maker's preferences and balances the convergence and the distribution.The proposed method was applied to four benchmark many-objective optimization problems and compared with the other methods.The experimental results showed its advantages.

      摘要:Classification algorithms are widely used in the areas of machine learning and data mining.It is an important task to evaluate the classification algorithms securely when both the classification algorithm and the input data of the algorithm are private.In order to improve the efficiency of existing secure evaluation protocols,a solution based on both the algebraic decision diagram and the linear multi-branching program was presented.Firstly,a secure function evaluation protocol based on algebraic decision diagram was designed for evaluating decision functions securely.Secondly,a structure named linear multi-branching program was proposed to represent the classification algorithms.Based on both the secure function evaluation protocol and the structure of linear multi-branching program,a protocol for securely evaluating the private linear multi-branching programs was constructed.Both the correctness and the security of the new protocol were analyzed.Experimental results show that the new protocol is more efficient than the existing solutions.

    • The Spectrum Support’s Properties of Plateaued Functions

      摘要:This paper discusses the structure and properties of spectrum support for plateaued functions.We give the relationship between the set of rth-order plateaued functions’ all nonzero walsh spectrum points and the dimension of linear structure set.Meanwhile,we utilize spectrum index to analyze the autocorrelation properties of both second-order and 4th-order plateaued functions.And the distribution of their autocorrelation coefficient is given.Moreover,we talk about the structure characteristics of rth-order plateaued functions’ spectrum support and zero walsh spectrum points set.We present the relationship among their autocorrelation coefficients and point out the relationship between the spectrum support and the balance property when more rth-order plateaued functions’ spectrum supports are not cross.

    • Coupling Loss Model of CICC with Contact Resistance and Cabling Sequence

      摘要:International thermal-nuclear experimental reactor and China fusion engineering testing reactor,to be built in the future,will run in the transient complex magnetic field with the large current quick exciting,which makes the conductor on the center spiral magnet suffer the impact of the magnetic field above 10 T.So,the Nb3Sn material has been used.However,for the Nb3Sn-based conductor,research of the critical performance degradation due to strain is still inadequate.Especially,it is lack of the experimental analysis study of the influence of the twist pitch and contact characteristics on coupling loss.Therefore,by simulating strain with the cycle load,the effect exploration of coupling loss is carried out with the different cabling sequence ratio and a contact resistance.Compared with calculation models of classical coupling loss and the spectrum loss,the coupling loss error with the combination model of conductor cabling sequence ratio and contact resistance is small,the combination model calculation is the closest to the measured value.The result shows that the calculation technology of the cabling sequence ratio and contact resistance can obtain satisfactory result.

      摘要:Fog is one of the crucial factors in determining the performance of millimeter-wave communication systems.Because of the fact that the multipath propagation is not be taken into account by the traditional empirical formulae,this paper developed a parabolic equation model for estimating fog attenuation.The fog attenuation rate predicted by the model agrees well with that obtained by the Rayleigh approximation and an empirical formula,which verify the accuracy of our method.Finally,the model is applied to simulate the propagation characteristics of millimeter-wave at frequency of 35 GHz and 94 GHz in Advection fog and Radiation fog with complex environments,respectively.The results demonstrate that the model can take account of wave diffraction and reflection,and thus our scheme provides an efficient numerical method for computation of the propagation characteristics of millimeter-wave in complex environments.

      摘要:Since curved antenna surface is approximated by flat facets,the electromagnetic (EM) properties of an AstroMesh reflector are determined by the size and shape of the facets.A period disturbance technique is presented to decrease the grating lobe level generated by periodic geometric approximation error.At first,the periodicity of the error and the effects of the periodicity on EM properties are studied.Secondly,two strategies are developed to disturb the periodicity of the error,one is to introduce radial direction disturbance parameters,and the other is to change the shape of the rings.At last,an optimization model is built to obtain fewer segments,proper disturbance parameters and better EM performance.Numerical examples show that the presened method can eliminate the grating lobes level without decreasing the gain and increasing the structural complexity of AstroMesh antennas.

      摘要:The attitude of target at sea may vary with the fluctuation of sea surface,which induces the effect of power modulation of radar echo,and also the Doppler reflects time-varying and nonstationary properties.In this paper,micro-Doppler theory is applied to weak target detection within sea clutter,and an algorithm of detecting micro-motion target at sea is proposed via Gaussian short-time fractional Fourier transform (GSTFRFT).Firstly,signal model of target on the sea surface is established including translation and 3-D rotation movements.Then,radar returns are selected based on sea spikes identification for better signal-to-clutter ratio.Moreover,micro-motion signal is enhanced via GSTFRFT,and signature differences between target and sea clutter are utilized for designing constant false alarm ratio detector.Finally,micro-motion signature and instantaneous frequency can be extracted and obtained by filtering in GSTFRFT domain.Simulation results with real datasets validate the effectiveness of the algorithm,which is qualified for detecting weak target in strong sea clutter environment.

      摘要:Electromagnetic correlation method flow measurement sensor has wide application prospect for its unique structure in flow measurement field of two-phase or multiphase flow. By establishing the magnetic theoretic model of the sensor’s excitation coil in measuring area,and numerical simulating to the magnetic field of excitation coil which axial length is different,analyze and determine the axial length of excitation coil by using magnetic field analysis index,provide a reference basis for the design of axis length of sensor’s excitation coil and lay the foundation for its implementation.

    • Dynamic Configurable Instruction Cache with Prediction Correction

      摘要:A cache optimal parameters search method which balances the performance and power dissipation is proposed.According to the cache evaluation index,prediction correction for parameter search space and search order is made to improve the result accuracy.It can reduce about 80% iterations of exhaustive method.At a modest loss of performance,it improves 13.4% of all parameters accuracy and 40% of capacity parameter accuracy of dimensionality reduction search method.

    • Latent Topic Fusion-Based Cross-Media Image Semantic Annotation

      摘要:Image semantic annotation is an important issue in image semantic analysis research.Based on the topic model,this paper proposes a novel cross-media image annotation approach for propagating the semantics among images.First,the topic model is used to capture the latent semantic topics from the visual and textual modal information in the training images.Then,a fused topic distribution is learned by merging the topic distribution of each modality using a weight parameter.Finally,an annotation model based on the fused topic distribution is trained to assign the target images using appropriate semantics.A comparison of the proposed approach with the recent state-of-the-art annotation approaches on the standard MSRC and Corel5K datasets is presented,and a detailed evaluation of the performance shows the validity of our approach.

      摘要:This paper proposes a fourth order cunmulant of tensor decomposition method to solve the problem for blind identification of underdetermined separation.First,the fourth order cumulant of covariance is constructed based on observe signals.By assuming that the source signals are independent,and are of zero mean,the hierarchical alternating least squares method is used to decompose fourth order cumulant of tensor into the nonnegative Tucker.Then,the mixture matrix is acquired by the parameters of nonnegative Tucker model.The source is also acquired by solving the pseudo-inverse of mixture matrix.Finally,by using the speech signals and the biomedical signals,two numerical examples are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

      摘要:Widely weighted least squares twin support vector machine (WWLSTSVM) is proposed for pattern classification.In WWLSTSVM,weights are widely added on error variables of data samples both in one class and the other.This widely weighted method is especially effective on eliminating the interference of intercrossing noise samples.Moreover,a regularization term is added with the theory of maximizing margin,in which the structural risk is minimized and the possible ill-conditioning is avoided for matrix inversion.Also,an effective weight algorithm with exponential function is proposed to reduce the time complexity of computing weight values and enhance its robustness for cross plane dataset.Comparative experiments show that WWLSTSVM obtains better results on eliminating the interference of noise samples and higher classification accuracy with less computing time in both linear and nonlinear cases compared with the other classifiers.

    • Opportunistic Routing for Multi-Flow in Wireless Mesh Networks

      摘要:Opportunistic routing (OR) does not take account of the traffic load,therefore,some nodes may be overloaded while the others may be idle,leading to network performance decline.The OR for multi-flow is described as a convex optimization problem.By primal-dual and sub-gradient methods,a distributed joint candidate nodes selection and rate allocation opportunistic routing for multi-flow algorithm (ORMF) is proposed.ORMF allocates the flow rate iteratively which decides the candidate node.The simulation results show that the throughputs of ORMF are 33.4% and 27.9%,higher than those of OR with expected transmission number and expected anycast transmission metrics,respectively.

      摘要:Multi-Objective Space-Mapping is proposed.Furthermore,it is applied to the optimal design of microstrip filter.Instead of using ADS software,a method combining Multi-Objective particle swarm optimization with the Matrix theory is used to simulate S parameters of coarse model,and then artificial neural network (ANN) is used to map the coarse model to fine model.Together with coarse model and ANN,Fine model’s Pareto optimal set can be achieved.

      摘要:In the other one paper,a new non-classical logic,called Lawry logic of Vague propositions with same subject on same label was presented based on Lawry’s uncertainty model.In the paper,its researchful object is extended.The concept of truth degree of Lawry product-adition (infimum-supremum) of vague propositions on same label,is introduced using product and addition (infimum and supremum),operators.Further,their logical laws are given.Consequently,non-classical logics,called Lawry Product-Addition (Lawry Infimum-Supremum) logic of vague propositions on same label,is presented.These two logics are novel,and comparing Lawry's uncertainty model,their applied scopes are wide.

      摘要:Reversible logic has obtained more and more attention and research as the basis for several emerging technologies such as quantum computing,nanotechnologies and low-power design.However,currently most synthesis algorithms for reversible circuits suffer from being restricted to deal with relatively small functions only,since they rely on a truth table representation of the function to be synthesized.Decision Diagram serving as a more compact Boolean function description provides anther way to synthesis of reversible logic.Here,a synthesis approach based on Kronecker Functional Decision Diagram (KFDD) is proposed,that generates KFDD for a logic function by means of choosing the local optimal one from three alternative node decomposition types.Finally,the result circuit can be produced by substituting all nodes of the KFDD with circuit modules and cascading them.Verified by reversible benchmarks,experiments show the adaption of the proposed approach to large functions with better results.

    • A Low-Voltage Sense Amplifier Based on Resistor Mirror

      摘要:A new low-voltage and high speed sense amplifier based on very simple direct current-mode comparison is presented.It adopts low-voltage reference cell current generator implemented through using resistor mirror instead of traditional transistor mirror to avoid threshold voltage drop of the transistor mirror thus reducing voltage supply of sense amplifier.The use of operation amplifier in control circuit of bit-line voltage reduces voltage variation due to the variation of temperature and process corner,thus enhancing access precision.The proposed sense amplifier is designed in SMIC (Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation) 90nm process and the sense time is 14.7ns at power supply of 1.2V.Meanwhile,the current power of single sense amplifier is optimized by 13% over conventional structure.

      摘要:For AC to AC variable frequency speed drive system of synchronous motors applied in hot strip continuous mills,the harmonic impact on power supply net side is analyzed in detail by advanced simulation approach.Variety of situations have been studied by changing parameters of different parts in the synchronous frequency speed drive system,such as internal inductance of original/secondary sides of the transformers,external line commutating reactors and several kinds of synchronous motors with different resistance and inductance.An approach of power supply is proposed that adopting multi-group AC-AC inverters with incremental-shifting phase module to supply power.A comparative analysis of harmonic interference between the AC-AC inverter and AC-DC-AC inverter is given.Simulation results show that the approach combination regulating transformer inductance with the incremental-shifting phase modular power supply can effectively reduce harmonic interference and make the total harmonic distribution tend to be balanced in three phases.
