    • Adaptive Allocation Routing Scheme for Smart and Cooperative Networks

      摘要:The architecture and mechanism of current Internet are relatively static and rigid,which makes it difficult for the Internet to support smart communications.To overcome the serious shortcomings of the Internet,it is necessary to establish new network architecture and its related theories.Oriented to the adaptive allocation routing of network component layer,we proposed a bio-inspired adaptive allocation routing scheme for retransmission network family based on the smart and cooperative network architecture with three layers and two realms.The scheme can achieve smart cooperation,dynamic reconfiguration and optimizing decision among router components,and solve the static and rigid problems for current routing schemes.Setting μ ∈(0,1),the proposed schemes can achieve stability consistently.Finally,we designed a prototype system to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme.

      摘要:In this paper,we propose a small target tracking method based on duo-temporal-scale signal analysis (DTS).The proposed tracking method exploits the natural difference between objects and noise in two phases:short-temporal-scale noise reduction phase (STS) and long-temporal-scale motion analysis phase (LTS),which simulates the small target tracking process in human vision system.In STS,we propose a new space-temporal noise filter to remove random noise or blocks that are easy to be distinguished in appearance,and then we get the candidate targets with high probability to initialize moving targets' trajectories.In LTS,we propose a new trajectory smoothness constraint function based on different motion patterns between small targets and noise.Finally we get the small targets' trajectories by optimizing smoothness constraint function in long temporal scale using Viterbi algorithm.Experiments on different kinds of outdoor scenarios show the efficiency and robustness of the proposed method.

    • Domain-Oriented and Tag-Aided Web Service Clustering Method

      摘要:The growing number of web services puts forward higher requirements for searching desired web services and clustering Web services can greatly enhance the discovery of Web service.However,the existing clustering approaches are only for a single type of service documents,and they are lacking of considering the domain characteristic and the tags information of services.To solve these problems,the proposed approach constructs the feature vectors of Web service contents by using ontology empowered SVM and domain oriented feature dimension reduction technology.Then a tag aided service clustering model called T-LDA is proposed to construct the hidden topic representations of Web service and general topical information which has less discriminative power is normalized.Finally all methods mentioned above are combined to form the domain oriented and tag aided Web service clustering (DTWSC).Experimental results show that the proposed approach can improve the effect of clustering.Compared with the approaches of LDA and K-means,the proposed approach achieves better performance of the purity,entropy and F-measure.

      摘要:Super resolution is a very important issue in the field of image processing.In this paper,Second order total general variation (TGV) is used to solve a reconstruction based multi-frame images super resolution problem.A second order total general variation based super resolution model is built in the paper.In order to preserve the edges and detail information,a spatial adaptive regularization parameter of the image is applied.For solving the non-smooth problem,a half quadric and alternating direction based numerical algorithm is proposed.Experiments verified that the proposed model and numerical algorithm can effectively increase the resolution of an image,and they can preserve the texture and detail information.

      摘要:It is known that the target echoes extraction is difficult under the intense reverberation interference for deep-sea mining environment.So a new simulation method of bottom reverberation environment is proposed and the reverberation interference of AR model in the simulation environment of mining is set up based on this simulation method.Then the signal's Itakura distance is calculated under the simulation environment by using the AR model.The bottom reverberation simulation model is established which is based on the AR model and Itakura distance.Then signals with different Itakura distance are detected using the pre-whiten processing,as well as a lot of experimental data of known Itakura distance.The processing results of simulation and experimental data show the reverberation under the simulated mining environment has local stationary.

      摘要:Based on the periodic characteristics of speech and audio,a layered coding method by using uniform analysis and synthesis model is proposed in this paper.The constructed coder can perform equally well on speech and audio at the bit rates of 24kbps and 32kbps.First,the input signal which has time-varying period is warped into a constant period signal.Second,a sparse representation of the warped signal is achieved by applying the MLT and DCT on the warped matrix derived from the warped signal.Finally,the sub-band quantization and Huffman coding are applied on the transform coefficients.Both the objective PESQ/PEAQ results and the subjective A/B listening tests show that the proposed coder outperforms the ITU-T G.722.1 and AMR-WB codec.

      摘要:To improve the performance of automatic mispronunciation detection,a discriminative feature compensation training algorithm is proposed.The method is to train a matrix projecting from posteriors of Gaussians to a normal size feature space,and then to add the projected features to traditional spectral features.The matrix is trained according to maximum F1-score criterion,which aims at maximizing the empirical mispronunciation detection F1-score on the annotated speech database.Mispronunciation detection experiments have shown the method is effective in increasing F1-score,precision and recall on both the training data and evaluation data.It is also shown model parameter discriminative training on new features obtained further improvements over both model training and feature training.

      摘要:Objective reduction approach is an effective means for many-objective optimization problems by eliminating redundant objectives with respect to the original objective set.The geometrical structural characteristics and Pareto-dominance relation of approximation set can represent the characteristics of the original problem in different aspects.This paper proposed a new algorithm based on sparse feature selection.It used the geometrical structural characteristics to construct a graph representing the original problem.A sparse projection matrix mapping the high dimensional data into low dimensional space was then learned by a sparse regression model,which was used to measure the importance of each objective.The change of Pareto-dominance relation induced by reduced set was also adopted to identify a minimum set with error not exceeding threshold value.By comparing with other algorithms,the experimental results show that the accuracy of the new algorithm outperforms other dimension reduction techniques,and is scarcely effected by the quality of approximation set.

      摘要:In order to overcome the long learning time caused by searching optimal basic function data based on greedy strategy from a redundant basis function dictionary for the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Kernel Matching Pursuit(IFKMP),the particle swarm optimization algorithm with powerful ability of global search and quick convergence rate is applied to speed up searching optimal basic function data in function dictionary.And the approach of intuitionistic fuzzy kernel matching pursuit based on particle swarm optimization algorithm,namely PS-IFKMP,is proposed.This algorithm is applied to the aero target recognition,which requires real-time ability.Simulation results show that,compared with the conventional approaches,the proposed algorithm can decrease training time and improve calculation efficiency obviously leaving the classification accuracy almost unchanged,while the model has better sparsity and generalization.It is also demonstrated that this approach is much suitable to the application requiring both accuracy and efficiency.

    • Adaptive Observer Based on HBF Neural Networks

      摘要:Conventional RBF neuron network is usually based on Gaussian activation function with single width for each activation function.This feature restricts neuron performance for modeling the complex nonlinear problems.To accommodate limitation of a single scale,this paper applies neural network with similar but yet different activation function—HBF(Hyper Basis Function).The state for nonlinear systems is estimated by using HBF neural networks.Combined with RBF (Radial Basis Function) networks,the structure of networks,the form of its basis functions and its influence on HBF(Hyper Basis Function) are analyzed.Decision tree algorithm is used to determine the network center.Then a design method of adaptive observer based on HBF neural networks is proposed.The Lyapunov function is introduced to prove the stability and the conditions of the bounded error of the observer.And this HBF neural network is turned out to observe system state very well by simulation.

    • Approximating Query with Semantic-Based Measure on RDF Graphs

      摘要:Approximating query is one of the operations for resource management in graph database.Existing works mainly based on the distance similarity to measure the query and graphs without considering the semantic similarity.For the approximating query on semantic graphs,disregarding the semantic similarity may fail the query.In this paper,we propose a semantic-based measure for approximating query on RDF graphs,considering the semantic similarity.In the meanwhile,we specify a semantic structural pruning strategy to ameliorate the efficiency of query process.Finally,we construct the query framework to answer approximating query,and design experiments to test our methods under this framework.Results show that the approaches in this paper can efficiently execute approximating query on RDF graphs and effectively return top-k results.

    • Overlapping Community Detection Based on Link Similarity Clustering

      摘要:Community structure is one of the most common and important social network topological properties.This paper proposes a link community detection algorithm based on hierarchical clustering.Firstly,the algorithm sets up similarity measure according to the degree distribution of links nearby;then sets up local link similarity clustering algorithm which takes the similarity matrix as input with the purpose of detecting the best link community;further more realizes link community detection effectively.And then,optimize the link community to solve the problem of excessive overlapping and isolated community.Experiment results based on real world and computer generated networks show that the algorithm is highly efficient.

      摘要:An approach was proposed to analyze the memory behavior of Java programs based on object reference relations.Unlike traditional methods that just consider the factor of memory consumption to find out program's important data structures and analyze their memory behavior,our approach considers both memory consumption and memory domination to decide whether a data structure is important,and get the important memory behaviors via analyzes the memory dominance relationship between data structures and references analysis.Experimental results show that the proposed approach is effective,and can get more precise analysis results than other methods.

      摘要:The wear-leveling algorithm significantly impacts the lifetime and performance of solid-state storage systems in smart meters.To prolong the lifespan,this paper proposes a wear leveling design which can reduce the maximum erase-cycle difference.According to the erase-cycle difference between blocks pointed by the position pointers,our proposed design actives the wear-leveling algorithm and picks the data block needed to be replaced for wear leveling.Experimental results show that our design reduces the maximum erase-cycle difference and standard deviation,and effectively levels the wear even,which is compared with previous methods.The trigger threshold impacting wear leveling is also discussed,and the conclusion that the balance between wear leveling and time cost need to be considered is obtained in the choice of trigger threshold.

      摘要:Multiple source transfer learning (MSTL) has been obtaining more and more applications especially from several related source domains to help the learning task on target domain.However,multiple source transfer learning algorithms often deal with the corresponding quadratic programming problems which may suffer a big computational burden caused by the kernel matrix computation.In this paper,a novel common-decision-vector based multiple source transfer classification learning (CDV-MSTL) is proposed which doesn't depend on the intrinsic structure of data.This algorithm is based on the structural risk minimization principle and the SVM like framework,so it has good adaptability and better accuracy.Based on the theory of CVM,CDV-MSTL is extended to its CVM based version which can realize fast training for large scale data.Extensive experiments on synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate the significant improvement in classification performance obtained by the proposed algorithm over existing MSTL algorithm.

      摘要:Most of the existing concept drift algorithm focuses on the classification model data streams,some of which overlook the distribution of the feature space and sample space,and the importance of feature selection and weighting.To solve this problem,we propose a dynamic information entropy and feature weighting algorithm based on the distribution of feature items from the dynamic evolution of the concept drift departure.To realize the concept transition,we capture the concept drifting of the data stream by the information entropy,according to the fitness degree between the sample and feature space.We improve the feature dynamic weighting latent dirichlet model,to overcome the problem of the current and historical feature weight assignment,as well as cropping the invalid features.Furthermore,the validity of the proposed algorithm was confirmed by the test in open corpus CCERT and Trec06.

      摘要:In recent years,while the location-based services have become very popular,location privacy issue has also attracted more and more attention from researchers to users.In this article,we present a privacy preserving strategy based on an active diffusion mechanism.The sharing mechanism of location service information in the neighborhood was introduced to reduce the dependence of users on LBS server,thereby resisting the private information disclosure.Through theoretical analysis and simulation results,we have verified the effectiveness of our proposal.

      摘要:According to the needs of automatic and efficient detection for the urban areas,an urban area detection algorithm is proposed in this paper.First,the intelligent haze removal processing is used to reduce the interference in detection.Second,the primary feature locations of urban are extracted by the feature points.Then with the combination of the global and local constraints,the highly reliable urban locations are selected.Finally,the urban characteristic locations are integrated by the method of Gaussian rendering weighted and the final urban areas are obtained through adaptive segmentation.The algorithm is tested using Google satellite images to get accurate results.It can meet the needs for automatic and real-time detection in the remote sensing image of urban areas and greatly reduce the workload of manual interpretation.

      摘要:A change detection method is proposed to improve the robustness,detection accuracy and noise immunity.Wavelet fusion is employed to combine the difference image obtained by subtraction operator with that obtained by ratio operator.Then,the fused image is partitioned into non-overlapping blocks,and an orthonormal basis is extracted from them through principal component analysis (PCA).Each pixel in the fused image is represented by a feature vector which is the projection of neighborhood patch onto the orthonormal basis.Finally,the change detection image is achieved by clustering the feature vectors using kernel based fuzzy C means (kernel-FCM) clustering algorithm.Experiments show that the strategy of image fusion enhances the robustness of the algorithm when compared with those based on single difference image,and kernel-FCM improves the accuracy further.In addition,due to the use of feature extraction technique,the method performs well on combating noise.

      摘要:A unified ADE-FDTD-CPML scheme is proposed for one-stop simulation of electromagnetic (EM) wave propagation in different electrically dispersive media with isotropic,linear and nonmagnetic properties.This unification is manifested from two aspects.One aspect is unified FDTD treatment of problem space and its absorbing boundaries,the other is unified implementation of frequency-dependent properties for several types of media such as single Havriliak-Negami (H-N),Davidson-Cole (D-C),Cole-Cole (C-C),Debye dispersive media,ordinary media or their arbitrary combination,which are lossless or lossy with single pole or multiple relaxation times.The main difficulty in the presented scheme is appearance of fractional derivatives.This difficulty is overcomed by using the Padé approximant method,resulting in a set of auxiliary differential equations (ADEs) of integer order.The feasibility,validity,good generality and low complexity of the scheme is preliminarily demonstrated by the comparisons between analytic and calculated results from several one-dimensional (1-D) and three-dimensional (3-D) examples.

    • Motion Characteristics Analysis of P&Q Control MPPT System

      摘要:A perturb and observe (P&Q) method is the most commonly used MPPT (maximum power point tracing) algorithm for photovoltaic system.For achieving accurate tracking effect,based on the idea of P&Q method equivalent to piecewise constant voltage method,the settled time formula of the P&Q control MPPT system was deduced in this paper.The motion characteristics of MPPT system operating point were analyzed when the light intensity changes,and then four concepts such as "wrong maintaining","right maintaining","misjudgment" and "good judgment",are proposed.It is summarized that 12 movement situations of P&Q control MPPT system operating point correspond to a dozen different dynamic effects;finally the simulations and experimental results verify 4 typical motions.Based on 12 motions,the fair evaluation method for different implementation of the P&Q method is presented,and then the method is used to study the fixed step and variable step method.Simulation results show that when a misjudgment occurs,the dynamic performance of a variable step size is less than the fixed step size.The results contribute to the improvement of the dynamic performance of the P&Q method.

      摘要:When simulating double-beam magnetron injection gun using EGUN and MAGIC,electromagnetic coils was used to match magnetic field of magnetron injection gun.Least square method was used to calculate parameters of electromagnetic coils,which was used to match magnetic field of magnetron injection gun.When simulating 34GHz double-beam magnetron injection gun,the parameters of electromagnetic coils were calculated by least square method.The result of simulation shows that least square method can calculate parameters of solenoid magnets and a 34GHz double-beam magnetron injection gun with a modest velocity ratio of the beam and a low velocity spread was designed.

      摘要:Formal concept analysis(FCA)is an approach to identify conceptual structures among data sets.It is a very useful clustering technique providing a formal framework to explore the binary relationship among the entities and recognize groups of entities that exhibit common properties.This paper tries to survey the studies of the FCA applications in software maintenance field from 2000 to 2013.These research results are categorized according to a simple framework of software maintenance activities,such as software comprehension,change impact analysis,refactoring,debugging and testing.Finally,the potential research directions in the related field are discussed.

      摘要:As the output power of electromagnetic energy harvester is not sufficient to drive the wireless sensor in weak power density,a power management circuit using frequency up-conversion is proposed for harvesting electromagnetic energy around power lines.Because the output power of the resonant circuit increases with the quality (Q) factor which is inversely proportional to the square root of the circuit resonant capacitor,the proposed frequency up-conversion matching circuit working at a higher resonant frequency with a smaller resonant capacitor can obtain a higher Q factor,a stronger output power and a lower energy loss.Experimental results reveal that the maximum charging power of this management circuit is 2.1 times higher than that in the traditional full-bridge rectifier circuit.A maximum charging power of 780μW and a harvest efficiency of 48.75% are achieved at a line current of 1A and a frequency of 50Hz.When the electric energy accumulates to a certain level,the storage capacitor will discharge to drive the wireless sensor.

      摘要:The Delta-Sigma modulator (DSM) can get a better performance by increasing the quantizer's levels.But the multi-level DSM output cannot drive the switching amplifier directly due to the structural restrict of switching amplifier.By using the equalarea theory,a level-transform strategy is proposed and analyzed in this paper.With an appropriate level-transform scheme,the transformed DSM output obtains a much better SNR performance compared to the origin 2-level output.

      摘要:Aiming to resolve the problems of Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT),which contains empirical mode decomposition(EMD)and Hilbert transform(HT),a new time-frequency analysis method based on improved local characteristic-scale decomposition(ILCD)and normalized quadrature(NQ)was proposed in this paper.ILCD solved the intrinsic problem of LCD and outperformed the EMD and LCD in accuracy and orthogonality.In addition,the NQ method for estimating instantaneous frequency was proposed based on the empirical AM-FM decomposition.By comparing ILCD with EMD and LCD,and comparing NQ with normalized HT and direct quadrature(DQ),the analysis results indicate that the proposed method is predominant.Finally,the proposed method was applied to fault diagnosis of rotor local rubbing and the conclusions verified its effectiveness and excellence.

    • DOA Estimation for Strong and Weak Signals Based on Adaptive Iteration

      摘要:To detect and estimate weak targets from the strong ones,a new method based on adaptive iteration is proposed to estimate the DOA.Firstly,the space angle is dispersed and the spatial spectrum function is constructed based on the property of signal subtraction.Secondly,the energy of strong signal is suppressed through adaptive iteration.Finally,the value of spatial spectrum is calculated,and the DOAs of the signals are estimated through the peaks.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the method can achieve high-resolution DOA estimation without the prior knowledge of angles,even with the low signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR) and small snapshots.In addition,the proposed method can improve the detection probability and estimation accuracy of weak signal.

      摘要:Currently,the resolution of industrial-grade array CCD sensor can hardly satisfy the high precision requirements on the edge detection across a huge field.For the system of steel plate dimensional measurement,this paper introduces running environment and operation principle.Then,it proposes a sub-pixel level edge detection algorithm for steel plate dimensional measurement based on Zernike moment and also its theory applied to sub-pixel detection.This algorithm has good anti-noise performance and high detection precision.Moreover the proposed algorithm also improves the traditional threshold method for processing edge points,which can obtain an edge within a single pixel width and the location in sub-pixel level.In practice,the results show that the proposed algorithm improves the measurement accuracy and has efficient effect as well as practical value.

    • A Fast Image Daze Removal Algorithm Using Dark Channel Prior

      摘要:While the dark channel prior algorithm works well for single image haze removal,it has to take long time to proces and require expensive computational overhead and huge memory resource.In this paper,we propose a fast daze removal algorithm based on dark channel prior knowledge.In the proposed approach,edge substitution method is developed to take place of the original soft-matting operator,which will substantially reduce the computational complexity.To deal with the invalid case of the dark channel,we exploit a scheme to identify bright area based on dual threshold and develop a way to correct transmission rate,which enables the dark channel prior to be more applicable.Additionally,enhanced processing is introduced by adopting nonlinear contrast stretching,thus improving the visual effect of defogging images.Several numerical experiments demonstrate that the proposed approach outperforms the original algorithm in daze removal effect at a much lower implementation cost.

      摘要:There are lots of challenges in terms of precision and real-time performance in the detection of vehicular infrared pedestrian.This article established the pedestrians'head and torso models as the frond-end classifiers based on the brightness distribution difference between the pedestrians'head,torso and the background,and adopted the support vector machine (SVM) as the rear-end classifier;multi-frame check and nearest matching were combined to track the pedestrians.Experiment results show that the detection time is basically unchanged,and the detection accuracy have been improved.

    • A Node-Self-Distribution Optimal Ad Hoc Multicast Tree and Its Application

      摘要:RTS/CTS handshake mechanism is especially designed for Ad hoc unicast mode but not for multicast mode.This leads Multicast tree nodes prone to collide with hidden terminal(HT).The m-rank collision domain,the distribution of nodes in m-rank collision domain indicators and the concept of nodes-self-distribution optimal tree(NSDOT) are proposed while the collision probability of tree node in the m-rank collision domain is analyzed considering the wireless network data multicast communication mechanism.They are integrated into the design of the multicast tree fitness function to eliminate bad trees and optimize the distribution of tree nodes in the collision domain of rank m.A preventive mechanism in advance is formed at the network layer,which reduces the collision probability of HT.As an application in MAODV,the simulation results on NS2 show that NSDOT obviously and stably increases the average ratio of data packet delivery.These can also be a valuable reference for the routing node distribution optimization of the mesh-based,the hybrid and the other types MANETs routing protocols.

    • Research on Audio Watermarking Algorithm Based on EMD

      摘要:An audio watermarking algorithm based on EMD(Empirical Mode Decomposition) was proposed.Residual signal components decomposed from EMD were selected to embed watermark by the proposed algorithm and the watermarked components are proved to be still residual signal components,which provides the theoretical basis for the watermark embedding and extraction.The optimal audio watermark embedding strength in EMD was solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm.The robustness and imperceptibility of watermarking can be satisfied according to this embedding strength.The simulation results show that using the optimal embedding strength to embed watermark can guarantee the imperceptibility and robustness of the watermark in most attack conditions.
