A Modified Chaos-Based Weak Sinusoidal Signal Amplitude Detection Approach

Abstract: We presented a modified approach of weak sinusoid signal detection by using the sensitive dependence on parameters of chaotic system.Through Linear Least Square (LS) method,we find the relationship between the amplitude of weak signal and the characteristic exponent of chaotic dynamical system;we also give the estimator a weak signal amplitude.Theory and simulation study have shown that this approach has high-accuracy estimation and lower computational complexity and is easy to realize in engineering.

摘要: 本文根据混沌系统在特定状态下对参数的敏感性,提出了一种检测微弱正弦信号幅值的改进方案.该方案采用线性最小二乘方法找到了待测微弱信号幅值与混沌动力系统特征指数之间的关系,给出了弱信号幅值的估计式.理论与数值仿真实验表明该方案的估计精度较高,计算量小,易于工程实现.
