Abstract

To resolve the lack of wireless channel resource causing by load unbalance,a novel dynamic channel allocation algorithm in HAPS communication based on distance verdict is proposed through real-time monitor of distance which corresponded the transmit-receive power of wireless link.By comparison to two wireless channel allocation algorithms in literature, the call drop ratio is decreased greatly with slight blockage ratio increasing and the system performance is improved availably.
