Abstract

This paper mainly deals with the problems raised in tumor hyperthermia,with only a few measured temperatures to carry out the parameter identification for reconstruction temperature fields.In order to get the solutions to the optimal identification of the tumor blood perfusion parameter which plays an very important role in bio-heat transfer,this paper proposes firstly the method of applying genetic algorithm to implement the progress of parameter identification of the tumor blood perfusion.By using this genetic algorithm method,the high precision results of global optimal parameter identification of the tumor blood perfusion parameters are performed and automatically matched the model.At the same time,the genetic algorithm method applying to nonlinear parameter identification in bio-heat transfer has a great meaning in control problem of the same kinds.
