本文针对目前电磁理论微扰法处理中的某些不足
提出微扰量、不变量和逐级处理这三个概念.以介质微扰为例
得到了精度更高的谐振腔和波导的二级微扰结果.
According to some disadvantages in the disposal process of the perturbation method
the concepts of perturbation quantity
constant quantity and stepwise disposal have been introduced.For the case of dielectric waveguide
we have obtained the more accurate two orders perturbation results of resonant cavity and waveguide.
