In this paper
a new fast partial spectrum computation method called subband spectrum analysis (SSA) is presented
which is based on the theory of subband decomposition.The new method not only holds the high-resolution feature of ZFFF using complex modulation
but also has the advantages of simplicity
easy implementation
less arithmetic operations and memory requirements.SSAalgorithm has been successfully used in the maneuvering target velocity tracking system.Accuracy and efficiency of the method are proved by the simulation results.
