摘要

本文对各种条件下离子通道的建立及其暂态变化特征进行了研究

对影响其特性的因素进行了讨论

并用著名的粒子模拟软件MAGIC对其进行了动态模拟

所得结论对高功率微波电子器件及离子通道激光的开发与研究均有指导作用.

Abstract

The setting up of ion channel and its transient properties were studied and modelled by MAGIC code in this paper

and the factors affecting its performance were also discussed.The results are valuable for the development of plasma microwave devices and ion channel lasers.
