the high-order fractal feature is employed to analyze radar signal.The new fractal feature-lacunarity is used to identify target and clutter.We derive formula of lacunarity in additive noise.The experiments show that higher detection accuracy of sea-surface targets can be obtained by using lacunarity feature than by fractal dimension.
