This paper proposes a new hybrid optical CDMA coding scheme of frequency hopping/time spreading together with the structure of its coder and decoder.This new coding scheme uses (L

1)-OOC as frequency hopping pattern
prime code as time spreading pattern
and we call it as Prime/OOC code.This new coding scheme has good performance in autocorrelation
crosscorrelation and code's capacity.More important
the coder and decoder of the hybrid code can be implemented by multiple-bragg grating fiber.Compared with coder and decoder of time spread CDMA system
